if you care about having a beach, this is not the hotel for you. The beach is dirty and looks contaminated. Only a few guests dare to go in. Mexico has amazing beaches. This is not a good example of what you can find. Entertainment at this hotel is very poor. The shows lack quality. Pros: The hotel has the water park and the kids club that keep the kids entertained. The rooms are spacious and clean and the food at their a la carte restaurant (which you are allowed to go every 3 days with a reservation) is excellent.

Went there for 3 full days, Most of the people were there for a week plus, they all enjoyed their stays. I was there with girlfriend and her 7 yr old daughter, waterpark was very enjoyable for her and us adults also. Have been to Cancun 3 previous times, food was about average for the other resorts in the area. It was a little farther off the hotel strip so it was a little quieter and less hectic than some of the others. Staff was very friendly and helpful, resort was clean and kept up pretty well. Plenty of food and drinks for all at about any time. The shuttle ride was about 30 to 45 mins from the airport to the resort. All in all worth the money and we will return for family trip in the future.

Unfortunately, you do not even get what you pay for. While this hotel is priced reasonably for an all-inclusive, it's not even close to worth the money. The food was AWFUL. Our kids basically starved until we took them to McDonalds, and I couldn't stomach anything but bread and fruit. The pool was nice but small and crowded, the beach was full of seaweed, and there is NO proximity to anything you might want to do outside the hotel. This hotel is not in the hotel zone! You have to take 2 busses (over an hour) to get to the tourist area/nightlife. The neighborhood is very scary and security is virtually non-existent. PROS: Waterpark and activities staff CONS: Food, location, security, cleanliness, maintenance, front desk staff

I think the resort need a transpotation to take u to and from airport. I took a airport shuttle and was charge $85 usd from airport to hotel.

Sea Adventure and Water Resort is an amazing place to stay for the entire family. Staff were very courteous and the place was very clean and well maintained. Water park was very good and the kids enjoyed it a lot. There were shows in the Resort which was really creative. Ambience was nice and drinks were good. Would definitely go back again.

Rooms are quite clean, but small -- pictures do it no justice. Services are plenty. Beach is non-existent and ridden with seaweed. Visit was spoiled by welcome "host" who wanted to thrust down a "sales pitch" down our throats...saying "you do something for me and i will do something for you." Restaurant with reservations served excellent food. All other food was so so...mostly "junk."

Absolutely great for families with small (up to 12Y or so) kids.

Hotel é muito bom, pois tem atividades para crianças, porem a internet só fica ligado no horário comercial e depois os atendentes não se esforçam nem um pouco em resolver o seu problema. O café da manhã só começa as 07h00, sendo que as saídas para os Parques também são as 07h00 e com isso você fica sem o café da manhã devido ao horário de funcionamento do restaurante. O Hotel fica distante do centro hoteleiro.

REALMENTE ES UN HOTEL MONTADO PARA QUE LOS PAPAS DESCANSEN. HAY PROGRAMACION DIARIA PARA LOS NIÑOS, LOS TIENEN DISTRAIDOS EN MUCHAS ACTIVIDADES, MUY SEGURO. HAY SHOWS EN LA NOCHE Y SON ESPECTACULARES....DIFERENTES ALTERNATIVAS DE COMIDA Y A CUALQUIER HORA. NOS GUSTO MUCHO.

Selv om hotellet ligger lidt uden for Cancun, og stranden ikke har det samme krystalklare blå vand som Playa del Carmen og Cozumel, så er det helt igennem fantastisk. Personalet giver en helt enestående service, og forholdene på hotellet er super gode. Store værelser, god mad, super aquapark, og gode shows og aktiviteter. Men det bedste er entertainment personalet, der giver både børn og voksne en formidabel oplevelse. Hvis man køber det i en lavpris periode, så kan man ikke få meget bedre værdi for pengene. En anden fordel er, at hotellet ligger tæt på færgen til Isla Mujeres, som er helt fantastisk, men al det krystalklare vand man kan ønske sig. Det tager under 20 minutter at sejle dertil, og koster næsten ingen ting. Har i børn fra 0-12 år, så er det anbefalesfærdigt. Vi var 4 voksne og 4 børn der nød vores ophold.

Fantastiske 2 flotte uker. Eldorado for barnefamilier. Topp service, blid og hyggelig betjening.

Betjeningen på hotellet var glimrende. De gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha et flott opphold. Blide og imøtekommende. Virkelig god service. Flott hotellanlegg hvor alt er tilrettelagt for barn. Hadde et veldig fint opphold. Ungene kjedet seg ikke et sekund.
