Bathroom is way nicer than the bedroom, bed was ok, room was small but not minuscule. The room was very hot, even with the heat off, had to open the window which let some noise in.

Very cozy but comfortable! Easy 10-15 walking distance to the metro and 20-40 minute walk to other sights in Paris. We used the map from the hotel to find our way to and from the hotel. Front desk staff offered wonderful help in planning our outings and finding food. They were kind and informative. Groceries and Bakery within 1-3 minute walking. Our room was very clean and our beds were comfortable. Our family of 4 was very pleased with this hotel for the price.

The hotel was very clean and nicely appointed. The staff were very friendly. I would stay there again.

Situated directly between 4 different Metro stops it makes it difficult to decide which walk is quickest. The hotel is close enough to everything though that you can walk just about anywhere if you're up for a stroll. My initial thoughts were, "This is quaint". The decoration, and amenities are simple. Our room had a hair dryer, TV, towels, all the basics, but nothing more than was absolutely necessary for a comfortable stay. Our view from the window was beautiful and relaxing! My wife loved it! She thought it was very classic Parisian.

The hotel was on a quiet street surrounded by antique shops. Close to Invalide and about 2 blocks from the Metro. We had a very comfortable and very clean room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was hard for us to find at first (on foot) but we soon found our way around. I would stay there again specifically because of the tranquility of the street and the comfort of the room. Rate was comparable to those in the area. Lesson hotel.com

We liked the staff at the hotel and the location, but the room has no extra amenities ( ie. free Wi Fi or a tea kettle) and the bed was not so comfortable. I have not stayed in any other hotels in Paris to compare it too, but I thinki I would try a different place next time. I noticed some other hotels did offer airport shuttle surface, free internet and a few extra's that this hotel did not have.

While we loved the location of the hotel, the room was very small and a bit uncomfortable. The bed linens were clean but old and we couldnt really hang out in the hotel or hotel room. However it did have air conditioning which worked well and was great to come back to a cool room. It was decent service but I'm not sure I would recommend staying there more than a day or so. Maybe we were spoiled by our other hotels on the trip but there was a charge for everything and you couldnt pay the extra fees with a credit card. It had to be cash. One of the men at the front desk didnt speak much English and seemed a bit put off by some of our questions. There was no concierge (sp?) so we were on our own with finding places and getting drinks and food. We did like the location a lot. Quiet street and easy to get to places. That was nice. if you dont mind an older hotel that was small this would work for you. The cleaning women worked very hard and it was much appreciated. They were kind. Also - we did laundry while there (for 6 nights) and they lost a shirt of ours for 2 days. Finally found it for us but the wait was inconvenient.

Amazing, charming little hotel with fantastic rates. My friend in I were visiting from NYC and found the place to be just what we needed. Neighborhood is fantastic! Will stay again!!

It was very much like Paris. Well situated to the area once you have arrived. Enjoy the courtyard with your favorite wine. Cozy and comfortable; we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very lovely and quaint. It was a little bigger then I expected. (but it was not huge) It was really close to the metro stop which was nice. Also it was only a short 10 min or so walk to the eiffel tower! The only thing was I thought the breakfast was free but it wasn't! which was a surprise at check out but all in all it was really nice and I would def. stay here again. Also, if your looking for a lively place to stay...don't stay here its more of a residential area although there are some nice little shops and food places near by.

the room was redone very tastefully - the courtyard was precious and the reception staff were excellent. close to high end shopping and super market. highly recommend.

Good basic hotel, in a nice building, with a courtyard. Though it's on a side street, still close to the major sights in the area. May be a tough walk from the Metro if you have a lot of luggage.

Hotel staff was friendly. Easy to find four blocks from Metro stop. Staff brought ice on request. Our Quad room had a beautiful view of a park from the 6th floor but the AC was pathetic - and it happened to be a blazing hot day and night in Paris. Sad for the price.

This hotel was nice and centrally located. Metro station was just around the corner. Museums, grocery store,restaurants and shops were just walking distance.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again at this hotel.

This is a good hotel, great location but when we came in late at night the key was simply sitting on the counter for you to grab (two nights in a row)? I suppose you can just take it with you even tho' it is attached to a medium sized metal keychain...would rather have staff member there to hand key back to you like we did at our German hotel. Staff is was good and treated us well, room was spectacular and hotel itself is unique. I would book this hotel again and take the key with me knowing what I know now.

Great little Hotel in a nice area a short walk to the Metro so easy to get to all the must see places in Paris, we found the room a bit hot, other than that we liked it and would stay again.

Having stayed one night at the Hotel de Suede St Germain Paris, I would definetely recommend it. Very good location, attentive staff, friendly atmosphere, ideal for a short break.

Having previously stayed in this hotel on several occasions I was REALLY disappointed this time. Our room was so tiny the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way and was damaged. The breakfast was poor, not at all like it was ten years ago.

This hotel is older, but the rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. The neighborhood is fine...probably a 15-20 minute walk to busy restaurant and shopping areas. Only a 5-minute walk to the metro. Most big sites are only a couple stops away. Paris subway is very easy to use, if you have a good metro map. We got a great room...on the top floor over-looking a park!! Great, big windows to open for fresh air and a beautiful view...but I'm sure it's the best of the hotel! There's a laundry mat about 5 blocks away......big money-saver. Breakfast was not good....but there is a fresh produce stand right there and good family bakery/deli just around the corner on Babylon.

Över förväntan! Lugnt läge men nära till det mesta. Rymligt rum med sköna sängar. Bra städat. Liten men bra frukostbuffé.

Roligt og centralt beliggende kvarter, Hotellet pænt og ordentligt, værelset mindre og mod gaden, men OK og rengøring i top. Morgenmad for dyr, men det er jo generelt i Frankrig - gode barer i nærheden til den halve pris. Efter en l a n g dag i Paris, med dejlig frokost undervejs, kom vi sent hjem og ville benyttte os af hotellets tilbud om sandwich og lidt vin, hvilket af den ungdommelige aftenvagt blev kommenteret med, hvordan jeg dog kunne forestille mig, at han både kunne være i køkkenet i kælderen og i receptionen på samme tid. Da jeg viste ham hotellets "tilbudskort" med 24 timers room-service, var kommentaren kort: "det er jo et gammelt kort- det gælder ikke mere" - Go`nat. = begrundelsen for den lave service bedømmelse. Skulle absolut kunna rekommendera detta hotell. Man bor i ett bra läge, rena rum och till ett bra pris. Det är inte svensk standard men det får man räkna med när man bor i Paris.

Le chauffage était bien trop fort et difficile à régler. Nous n'y sommes pas parvenus.

Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til både Eiffeltårnet, Invalides, Champs Elysées og Triumfbuen. Værelserne er fine og personalet hjælpsomme og venlige.

tout est dans le titre. l'hotesse d'accueil n'a pas été très aimable lors que lui avons posé des questions pour savoir en combien de temps se rendre de l'hotel a la Tour Eiffel et lorsque nous avons du payer, son terminal CB ne fonctionnait pas mais elle n'a pas chercher à comprendre et nous a demander de trouver nous meme un autre moyen de règlement. pour ce qui est de l'hotel, il est tres bien situé, les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable. par contre, la peinture s'écaille et meriterai un coup de neuf! enfin, le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix, il est assez cher pour un simple buffet. la salle ou nous prenons le petit dejeuner etait très froide également le matin ou nous y étions.

hôtel propre, personnel accueillant et arrangeant. les chambre sont bien préparées. l’hôtel se situe à proximité des points touristiques de la capitale.

O Elevador do Hotel não chega até o térreo, temos que carregar as malas até o 1o. andar, muito ruim isso. Contratei 2 camas de casal, eram 4 camas de solteiro separadas e pequenas. O quarto estava sempre bem limpo, banheiro com bom espaço. Bem localizado e seguro.

Hôtel bien situé - Rue Vaneau peu passante donc chambre au calme - Déco classique - chambre agréable - Petit-déjeuner occidental correct (sauf viennoiseries surgelées) -Bé mol sur la literie pas très confortable - Lit 140 (pour ma chambre!!) -

propreté, calme, et accueil chaleureux! à recommander!

Hôtel classique, de bonne qualité

Un hôtel très propre, très calme proche des ambassades. Nous y avons passé deux excellentes nuits, la literie est de bonne qualité. Il ne manquait que des oeufs sur le buffet du petit déjeuner, le café était excellent. Nous n'étions pas loin des théatres, ni du centre touristique, la Seine à traverser.

Hotel confortable au charme désuet mais propre. personnel et accueil mal aimable Chambre sur rue bruyante et insonorisation intérieure moyenne Pourquoi réclamer les 1€ de taxe de séjour et faire remplir une fiche de police à l'arrivée?

La chambre est un peu étroite, les peintures à refaire à certains endroits, les prises électriques ne sont pas super commodes car placées de façon incohérente par rapport au mobilier . La petite table qui sert de "bureau" était vraiment trop petite pour déposer des documents. Mais c'est propre, calme, avec une vue très reposante sur le parc. L'accueil est agréable et international. Bonne impression d'ensemble.

Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, aux alentours paisibles, dans un beau quartier, alors cet hôtel est pour vous! Très cosy, loin de l'agitation urbaine. On y accède de la gare de Lyon avec le bus 87 sans changement. J'y reviendrai.

enfin un hôtel à paris qui mérite ses étoiles !! propreté exemplaire, juste un poetit bémol pour l'insonorisation on entendait les voisin du dessus marcher !

Excellente situation, quartier calme, verdure et musée.Chambre propre et relativement grande.j'y reviendrai.

Litet hotell med lugnt läge och nära till det mesta. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vårt rum var aningen litet, men rent och renoverat. Frukosten innehöll det mesta man vill ha.

Hyggelig lite hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Perfekt for en familie som skal gjøre Paris. Betjeningen var hyggelig og hjelpsom. Fint bad på rommet. Rent og pent hver dag.
