Had bed bugs

I enjoyed it, the room was comfortable. It was close to many of the sites. I'd stay again.

AN OLD HOTEL THEY STUCK SOME BAND-AIDS ON, CEILING STAINS, SEAMS IN THE WALLS OPENING UP, I DON'T THINK IT WAS BED BUGS BUT SOMETHING BIT MY WIFE IN THE BED. I WISH I HAD NOT STAYED THERE.

We needed a place to stay the night on the way home from Florida. The hotel is right off I-24 W and easy to find. Check in was fast and room was easy to find. The room itself was very clean except the bathroom; there was a dirty towel on the back of the door and I found a live bug. Besides the bathroom my only other compliant was the door. We have a young toddler so we locked the dead bolt but upon turning the handle the dead bolt unlocked. We locked the latch but it was still bothersome.

The hotel was in a good location. The pool is very small. The room was not the cleaniest and the matresses was terrible. There is not much to choose from for breakfast. We learned cheaper is not always better. We would not stay there again.

The hotel was dirty, our door was broken so you had to slam it to get it to close. while we were out they came in to leave towels and didnt shut the door all the way but like I said it was broken. If you do stay at this hotel I recommend asking to stay in the front of the hotel because the people who own it live on the backside and come out everytime you do. it was cheap and its right down the road from Ruby falls but i would recomend you spend a little more a night at someother hotel.

The carpets were dirty but they said it was "in the works" and there was a big nasty stain on the chair. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. However, the bed was pretty comfy with a soft fuzzy blanket and the staff were really nice. I'm not really sure if I would recommend it or not. Not bad for a night's stay but there is probably much better out there.

We had not taken a vacation in over 5 yrs! Even though it was a short vaca., we enjoyed it very much. The hotel was very clean and helpful and had a great view of the mountains. Our kids LOVED the indoor pool. The desk clerk was even helpful on directions to the places we were wanting to visit which made it less stressful driving around. We will definately book again @ this hotel!

The room smelled, the bathroom smelled worse, the blankets had stains, the door was drafty, the heater only worked for a couple of minutes (it also had a six inch hole behind it that let air in), we found a cockroach, the carpet had what looked like cigarette burns (It was a non-smoking room), the air filter appeared unchanged for over a year, the shower head shook, and two electrical outlets were loose. In short, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was clean ,the beds were soft. The only thing was there was a large crack under the door that we covered up with a towel

We stayed here for our 10th anniversary. Close to Walmart, Waffle House right next door. The must see sights were between 1 mile to 6 miles away. Right off the interstate, easy to find. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definately will be staying here again when we are in town. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable.

We only stayed one night. When we got there it took some time to get checked in and it took some jiggling to get the lights in the room to come on. The lights by the bed never did work. The room was clean and the hotel is just off the interstate so it was conveinent. It was a good value but we were put off by some guys who sat in their car (directly under our room's window) for hours. They sat there for about 4 hours before they finally left so I was creeped out a bit but had no trouble.

When we got there it was late. The clerk answered any questions we had and very friendly. She gave us a map of Chattanooga and explained how far it was to all sites. Very easy to access all and in town but not in the middle or heart of it all. Quiet, peacefull. The indoor pool was heated nicely!! The room was clean and smelled pleasant. Would I recommend it to others - ABSOLUTELY!!

The staff and surrounding scenery at this hotel are cause enough to make this a good place to stop. Located just off a major hwy so it's easy enough to go just about anywhere and there is a cracker barrel just down the road which is a plus. The breakfast I thought was pretty minimal but if you don't care about that then this would be a good hotel for you. There is an indoor heated pool, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had some issues opening the bathroom door a couple of time but nothing too bad.

Hotel was ok, not normally were we would have stayed but for the price I guess it was ok. It's just the hotel needs some updated and current new looks. The staff was very nice, the manager was very sweet! The pool was ok although we didn't get in. The rooms were cleaned daily from what you can see. The thing that I think was the worse was it was so cold up there when we were there and the doors to our room and our friends room had a gap between the door frame and the door and it allowed a cold draft to come in the room. They need upgrades!!

Stayed there for the weekend. I had made two individual reservations from a 3rd party website and wanted to check in and not have to change rooms. The desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast in the mornings wasn't the greatest, and the pool was small, but for the price it was a great stay. Close to Wal-Mart and other Chattanooga attractions such as Lookout Mnt. and Ruby Falls.

Easy booking through Hotels.com. Hotel very accommodating to needs. Within miles of everything you need or sites to visit. Shopping close by. Hotel staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

We spent 2 nights at this Days Inn over New Year's weekend. The room that we requested was available for us when we checked in at 6pm, and it was indeed no-smoking. We loved having a fridge and a microwave in our room! The indoor heated pool was a big hit with our 5 year old, she couldn't get enough of it. The location was perfect- very close to Rock City and to downtown. It also had good mountain views around it. The breakfast was not great, but it was adequate and tied us over until lunch. We would definitely come cabk to this hotel again!

Pretty good hotel overall for the price. My only complaint is that the bathroom smelled like dirty feet.

overall the hotel was good, but the pool was cold, we got in on friday night and they had just refilled it & it was not warmed up by the time we left on sunday morning, I feel that this kind of stuff should be done during the week not on a weekend. Our fridge was not working in the room, but they did get it changed out saturday morning while we were out.

This motel is right off of 24 so it was easy to find. The exterior was dated and very dark when we arrived at night. Rooms were clean, bed was just OK but it was surprisingly quiet despite being right next to the highway. The price was right and it was for one night so it fit what we needed. The breakfast in the morning was good; mini bagels and cream cheese, cereal, donuts and assorted juices, milk and coffee. If you have a car and are looking for economy this is the place. If you don't have a car - stay closer to the downtown area. We highly recommend visiting Ruby Falls, the Ignis Glass Studio (we were able to blow our own glass ornaments) and The Purple Daisy Cafe - great BBQ!

Needed 2 rooms for our large family.....both smelled of strong smoke, and breakfast left a lot to be desired. Good location - quite outdated though it looked like they were doing some updates. All in all, not bad for the price - except for the smoke smell.

Great place to stay. Very quiet at night. Clean rooms. Great service. Easy to find and only a couple of minutes from Ruby Falls, Rock City, Incline Railway, and downtown Chattanooga. I loved the fact it wasn't in the middle of the hustle and bustle of everything, but I was only minutes away. I would definately stay again

Hotel was in the process of renovation. Our completed room was very nice. Staff very friendly.

The location was good. The room was good. The breakfast was a joke. Security was poor. Someone's car was broken into while they ate breakfast. I would stay there again but watch my possessions and eat breakfast elsewhere

Not a five star hotel by any means but adequate for a night or two. The shower knobs were a little hard for my daughter to operate, and they could have done a little more to get the cobwebs out of the corners of the ceiling, but the beds were clean, and the bathroom as well. Try Logans neaby for an excellent steak dinner, and the breakfast isn't much but there is a waffle house right next door.

Not many food options near by -- Please no more waffle house! No elevator! Hotel was being rennovated while we were there.

Price was great room was very clean the only problem was that the fridge didn't work but called front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. Would stay again

After years of coming to this hotel, I am afraid to say that was our last time. The room was clean, but smelled musty. The door would not shut completely, but it would lock. We had no remote but they quickly brought us one. The beds were very worn out and rutted. The chlorine smell was so strong in the pool area it burnt your nose hairs.The hotel has really become run down. The desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel is just NOT nice anymore.

The room was clean and decent for the price. The fridge and microwave was nice to have. The complimentary breakast was nothing to get too excited about. Donut, pastry, cheap cereal. Juice was ...well...I'm not sure what you would call it. It didn't taste like there was really any actual juice in it. Hint: there's a Cracker Barrel just down the street.

We found a dirty plate with food behind the night table

This Days Inn needs repairs. Part of the motel complex is being worked on, but the rest needs immediate attention. Ceiling was falling down. The rest room had mold in it. It was in need of repairs as well.

We enjoyed our peaceful stay. The inside pool was a plus! Don't know about the breakfast because we choose the Waffle House right next door. Staff was very polite. Prices are very affordable. If you plan to visit it's a great place to stay; espically if you need a room at affordable price. We stayed out of the motel most of the time doing activities and would come back to a nice relaxing time in the pool!

I stay in 10-12 inexpensive hotels a month for my job and this one has to be in the top 5 worst places to stay. Bed smelled like BO, the shower curtain had mold all over it, sink and mirror had stains on them and AC units whistled all night. Not to mention it was very noisy from other rooms, the parking lot and highway traffic. Staff didn't seem to care much of my concerns either.
