Embassy Suites Atlanta - Buckhead - أطلانطا

Stayed for a gals' night out in Buckhead. Very nice room, wonderful service. Only drawback was the street noise - our room faced Peachtree, and the noise of our neighbors. All in all, a great stay - would definitely do it again.

Very nice stay. Breakfast is a madhouse - stay in bed and skip the lines and strange bacon. Hotels.com didn't mention pool was closed for renovation. I was a little disappointed to see the notice when I checked the hotel's website after making my reservation. The kids were planning on swimming. When we checked in, the pool was open, but we had no suits. They should update their website! Plenty of other stuff to keep us busy. I slept like a rock. Hooray!

Lots of "extra's." We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail happy hour. The made to order breakfast was wonderful, too. The atrium of the hotel was beautiful with plants, trees, ponds, and fish. It offered a nice atmosphere. Good location.

Parking was pricey, but all and all the stay was awesome.

I have stayed here before and will most assuredly stay there again. Clean, quiet, courteous, and very professional. Bravo to your staff.

When I called for information as to how to get to the hotel from the airport, the person who spoke with me gave me no indication that the hotel was one block from the MARTA. Our cab ride cost us $52. Our return trip using MARTA was part of our 3 day pass that cost $16. total. After checking in, we asked the hotel desk how to get to downtown. Our answer was surprising: "I don't know, I've never been there". The person never asked someone else to help us.

The rooms were very nice and very clean. However, we came to Atlanta for the NCAA tornament and were unable to watch ESPN in our room because the TV's would only get audio of certain channels. When my son called the desk they said they would send someone up to fix it but no one showed up. We were not the only room affected. We had a friend staying on the 14th floor and her TV's were not working properly also

Wonderful, family-friendly hotel.......

this hotel and staff was excellent for a mother and two daughters stay. The van was so convenient and the staff was awesome We will be back

Bathroom had hair from previous tenants on toilet. Front dest was rude and not helpful. The breakfast buffet was not up to Embassy Suite standards. I'll stay at E S. again, but never this one.

Hotel has been recently updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location--close to Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. Many restaurants nearby. Excellent experience

If u know anything about hotels, then u know that the Embassy is top flight.............amazing hotel. This is where I am staying every time I'm in the A!!!!

This is a great hotel as most ES's are...shuttle service to local eateries...and the hot tub was just that...invigorating! Will stay here again!

Disappointed in the standarded of the Embassy Suite. I have stayed at the Embassy Suite in other States which were very good but this one was very poor

My overall experience was great however the parking lot situation was a complete turn-off for the hole experience for us. They need to look at the Personnel Running that part of their business and consider give that area of operations a re-vamp. I will be glad to go into further details with the right persons on this matter if necessary.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Customer service can make or break a product. In this case, everyone from the valet to the receptionist, and even the security personnel were absolutely rude. I know they had a "full house" when we arrived, but next time, it won't be because I'm there. Should've stayed at the Ritz.

Great value for the price. Staff very eager to help in any way. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed on 1-20-12. Fast check in. Great service. Comfortable and clean rooms. Loved happy hour and cook to order complimentary breakfast. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Remember to bring $25 for valet parking.

Stayed here 2 night for a meeting with a corporate customer whose office is in Buckhead. This location was perfect, just 3 blocks fromt the Subway and 5 blocks from their office. I took the train from the airport to the hotel and walked 3 blocks. The room was modern with 2 rooms. I was even able to do my P90X workout in te second room. There were lots of great restaurants around the hotel and I enjoyed the complimentary open bar each night. The complimentary breakfast was very good, they even made my omelet to order.

This hotel is a great find. we are a family of 5, and we were very happy with our stay here. We all got to stay in one room, which was a huge plus for us. There were 2 tvs in the room, so we could each watch what we liked. The breakfast is hot and fresh, and we all loved the decor of the hotel. They also provide a shuttle to nearby restaurants and malls - another huge bonus for us. We stayed there twice in one trip. The only disappointment for me was that it cost more money to stay there on the way home.

We have 4 kids and often stay at Embassy Suites b/c we can sleep all 6 of us in same suite. This time though the sofa bed was a miserable experience. Not sure you could call what they slept on a mattress, and one night my daughter even slept on floor. Other beds were quite comfortable but this hotel definitely needs to invest in better sofabed mattresses.

Embassy Suites was excellent in all areas! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Buckhead! The rooms are oversized. Plenty of room to spread out. Beds are very comfortable. For the area, this is the best priced hotel for quality of stay. The continental breakfast is AMAZING! I most certainly will stay here again!!

Close to the Marta, nearby eating and shopping- and the staff is very knowledgeable about the area. Will gladly stay again

We were pleased with everything except the parking. We did not understand that we could have parked our car and maybe have saved a few dollars. We chose the valet parking and then we got our car out and drove it ourselves and did not realize that we should not have done this. It would have been nice if the parking could have been explained as we drove up. We did not know enough to ask questions. I would have liked better coffee.

This is a great hotel to stay if you are in the ATL area. The only complaint was our bathroom was not at all clean and we had to call maintenance as the water would not drain (maintenance DID fix the water drainage problem very very fast). Other than that they already had a crib in our room and it was a very nice stay.

This hotel is centrally located in Buckhead, price is reasonable, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great buffet breakfast ( included). Nearby malls, plenty of great restaurants for dinner. Would definitely return....and actually have.

We always enjoy staying at the Embassy when we travel. We like having the 2 rooms, 2 tvs and breakfast. It was very clean, comfortable, with a friendly staff and the valet service really helped. We walked to a great restaurant across the street at 9pm Friday night. And we went to a delicious gourmet bakery down the street for Sunday breakfast. The shuttle was available to take us to Church and anywhere else within a mile. The Embassy had their usual full breakfast which we had on Saturday. It was good but not as great as we've had in other Embassy hotels. We highly recommend this hotel.

I won't say its entirely like that but its a party hotel for sure. Nothing to be afraid of...lol. this hotel has hospitable written all over it...they are so nice they might just invite you to their after party in their diamond swag suite on the top floor. Lol. It didn't get noisy or dangerous, and the walls are not thin. The breakfast is awesome and Ruth'sChris is a lil expensive but VERY worth the splurge. I sat at the bar and ate there every night....great convo with the people around me. Valet was always very quick and very friendly. The rooms and the views were really cool. It never got stuffy in my room bc I left the really cool vent at the bottom of my window open. (I don't think people realize its there.) The fitness room was well equipped...tvs on the cardio machines...brand new weights & equipment. Lots of great places to eat walking distance...if not, a very short drive. I have absolutely no complaints! and I will return.

Forgot my phone charger and it was DEAD! An employee @ the front desk was gracious enough to charge my phone. The entire staff was very helpful. We would definitely go again!!

This was the prettiest Embassy Suites I have seen. I adored the decor, location, and most importantly the suite!! Parking was a bit steep, not to mention as of October 1st the prices were raised by $2. I will definitely stay here again when in town.
