Air conditioner didnt work!! Rm very SHABY!!!

only complaint we had was the brekfast not much there. When I went down 8am only thing left was juice and coffee.

We stayed at the Ecno Lodge only due to our electricity being out in the area due to a snow storm and all other hotels were booked. I've never stayed in a hotel where I could hear someone outside of the room so clearly it sounded as though they were in the room. There were black stains in the bathtub, even after we cleaned it ourself with clorox. When plugging in my cellphone to charge, we saw a dried up what appeared to be a spit cup from someone who uses tobacco down behind the night stand so how long had that been there? The hotel room is old, the floor is uneven, it felt as though there were "pot" holes in the floor under the carpet. We would only stay there again if it was an emergency, otherwise never again.

Older motel. Room was clean. Had to wait for hot water. It does not come on right away. Lady at front desk was nice.

This motel would be a fairly comfortable value if it were clean. The amount of dust in the room was appalling. Same, or actually, even worse was the air coming form the A/C unit. Turn it on & the sneezing would start. Carpeting was torn and toilet did not reset properly after a flush. I will say the beds were firm, and shower water was hot, thought the fixtures were set up opposite of what you would expect. Next time I'll spend an extra $10 and get a better motel.

Stayed in Bluefield so we could go riding ATV's the next day. I didn't need anything fance. Everything was clean and was your typical roadside motel. There was free wifi so I could look up maps etc. It really has everything you need to stay the night.

I have traveled a lot lately in both cheaper hotels and more expensive ones. This hotel is what I expected for the price. The room was clean, the housekeeping adequate. no frills or extras. The teenager at the front desk did his job proficiently, but without much enthusiasm. There is limited food in the area. there is wendy's, dairy queen, and subway that i was able to find. But it is in a pizza delivery area, so this isn't a problem. Good access to route 460 and I77 (about 15 min to get on the ramp). If I am planning to spend on an "economy hotel" I will stay here again. By the way, be careful goin in and out of the parking lot. There's a blind curve and people tend to drive a little fast around it.
