The hotel & breakfast was slightly better than average. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are pretty small though.

Nice hotel close to nearby malls and other shopping.

We really like this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. The eggs at breakfast could be improved on. They seem to be those powdered eggs that they add water too and heat in the microwave. However, you can cover the taste when you add the sausage gravy to it.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great, convienently located by George Bush Turnpike and 121, theres a walgreens within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. Rooms were very clean, I will definately stay here again!!!

We have stayed at this same hotel several times because we bought our car right down the street and it is convenient when we need service etc. The hotel is clean and adequate. The breakfast SUCKS though, terrible, cold artificial eggs, etc. Also, this time around, there were shelled peanuts on the floor between the bed and the nightstand -- I guess the maids got in a hurry and didn't vacuum!! Usually the rooms are very clean.

Excellent! Only complaint is that the description of a "king study" is slightly misleading. It was essentially a slightly larger room with a sofa bed. Would have preferred a room with two doubles.

Hampton inn is always predictably comfortable and pleasant.

Room was fantastic. Location was great. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting North Dallas.

on arrival the hotel did not seem to be close to restaurants but thanks to the very helpful young lady on reception we were directed to some very nice places to eat within easy walking distance.Would you please pass on our thanks to this member of staff .

Staff was very unorganized!

Very nice. Wish they had queen beds. Always stay at Hampton's. This one is located in the area we like to shop.

The hotel is very nice and I would stay there again. Really enjoyed my stay!!

Only stayed one night but the bed was very comfortable. Room smelled good (sometimes smells like the air conditioner leaked). Bathroom was very clean. And the continental breakfast was great!!!

Excellent stay- very clean, worth the price and the surrounding neighborhood has every shop and restaurant you could think of. I will definitely be back!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was located outside which was a bonus during the summertime. While the elevators and hallways were extremely warm due to little air conditioning, the rooms and breakfast area were comfortably cool. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. We had to wait for breakfast items to be replinished as did other guests; we were have preferred a well stocked buffet area upon our arrival. However, the overall experience was pleasant.

The room was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Very awesome hotel at a great price. The entire place was so clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay at this place again even it was out of my way.

The staff was awesome here. I was there for my kids basketball tournament and stayed here. The hotel was filled with teams but it stayed clean, quiet,.and relaxing. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Stayed on a weekend when if was booked for a youth sports tournament, (very crazy with the kids). The room seemed small with the king bed and the sleeper sofa, but every thing was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is squeaky clean and located in a neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. We stayed here overnight while picking up our new car at the dealership down the street. Quick turnaround trip, so we didn't spend much time in the room and didn't sample the pool, etc., but the room was great! No bathtub, but loved the oversize shower with built in bench! As other reviewers have noted, the breakfast is nothing exciting and the eggs are, alas, HORRIBLE, but with the great rate we got -- who cares???

why would a hampton have canned fruit for breakfast. you have nice rooms , wonderfully clean beds, and trash for breakfast

I wish there was a bigger pool area, but other then that (which really wasnt that big of a deal) it was great! I would love to stay here again!

It was very nice. We have come to rely on Hampton for consistent cleanliness/comfort and reliabile reservations. We found that in the room and the staff here as well. We were a little disappointed in the breakfast on our first morning there.

Room is clean. Location is good. Breakfast is perfect. If you are in DFW area for whatever reasons, don't miss this hotel.

Hampton is near great shopping in Plano and Allen and Richardson. Its easy to get to on the GBTP. The room was big and very comfortable. The hot breakfast was ok, except for the eggs, which tasted like dried paste. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone with business in Plano or North Dallas and points nearby.

The hotel was OK and the service was average. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The day we checked-in, apparently there were some problems with the room keys (they didn't tell us, but we overheard them), so they only gave us one but that wan't a problem. The next morning the breakfast wasn't that great, by 9 there wasn't much left. The biggest problem was the lack of hot water the next day. They were having some issues with that, which I guess it's ok, but what really annoyed us was that they didn't inform us about it and could not give us an estimate on when would it be back whenever we called. Overall it was ok, but the one in Addison is much better...
