Great location, room and hotel were both very clean. Very nice decor; newly renovated. Staff was friendly and the price was right! Location is perfect, close to everything. High recommend this hotel and Indy offers a lot to do for all! We'll come again for sure.

Came into Indianapolis for a one night stay. within walking distance of Lucas oil Stadium, which I was headed to. The staff was awesome. The room was great. When i left I had a mishap and left my wallet inside the parking garage. i got 20 minutes out of town before I noticed. I called the desk and they located it within seconds. They must have ran to the garage! they were so helpful in my mishap. I will stay here every time i go to Indy for a visit! Thanks guys!

Friendly staff, clean room, up to date style, great comfort.

Nice hotel with typical Marriott accommodations. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but convenient for our meeting. Friend had VIP status and we were able to have drinks and breakfast at the VIP lounge which had a very nice selection.

The price was lower than nearby hotels of equal quality.

Nice Hotel. Only a couple of surprizes and ideas. Small fridge in the room and microwave could be used. Other than that FANTASTIC!! HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!

Great hotel, great price. Easy to find convenient parking- and its free! The rooms were very clean, the staff extremely friendly. I would definitely give this an A+

The Fairfield Inn & Suites was a great place to stay. We thought the management was excellent, very friendly and informative. Would certainly stay again.

Very service oriented staff; front desk clerk especially helpful; very clean, modern and had eye appeal; room was comfortable and not much street noise; all areas in downtown Indianapolis were easily accessible

Booked this hotel because of the location and price. Parked the vehicle in the parking garage and walked everywhere due mostly to the holiday weekend. The parking garage is a bit confusing but is color coded to coordinate with the multiple hotels and elevators to use. Must check-in before you self park because of availability of spaces, especially when there are many events happening it is guarded for the patrons, and you will need the room key to swipe which wil be charged to the room. The state museum is on one side and Victory Field on the other. NCAA Hall of Champions, Indianapolis Zoo, Circle Center Shopping Mall, the Capitol, and some great eateries were all within walking distance. Lucas Stadium is not far away either. TGIFridays is adjacent to this hotel but is shared with the two surrounding it. It is also the room service. There is also an outside tavern. The breakfast that is offered was great because it provided a variety of hot and cold items (e.g. breakfast sandwiches, make your own waffles, fruit, cereal, etc.). The staff was very helpful and polite. There is ice cream and other items for sale by the lobby desk. FYI, if staying with children (or not) for a longer period of time, theTV has easy access for a gaming system, dvd player, or what have you. There were some issues with the room. There was no view except the concrete wall out the window. The description of the beds is double and feels every bit of it. Overall the hotel was above average and would recommend it. Picked it for the location mostly.

Close to museums, ball field, capitol, and restaurants. Easy walking distance to all of the above. Valet parking is easier than finding a spot for yourself, depending on how full parking garage is.

everything was good about the place Very basic breakfast cold eggs wafles Bagles Jimmy dean crasonts you could microwave .My kids coulnt make the trip that turned out ok because they gave me the wrong room I reserved a room with 2 beds and a couch pull out for 5 people . I am just lucky they could not come .This was the only Hotel I could find that would sleep 5

Great location so we could walk around Indy Front desk personel were friendly and helpful I just wish the room had a comfortable chair to sit in so i could enjoy reading my book while i relaxed

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Only stayed for one night. Room was standard for Fairfield, clean, roomy, two TVs, fridge, free wifi. Location was great, caddy corner to convention center and connected to the new JW Marriott. Would stay here again. Oh yeah, free breakfast.

Why is parking so much when you are a guest at the hotel? $20 is steep when you only have to pay $10 across the street.

After staying 1 night, me and my partner scratched all day the following day. we had rashes. i don't know if it was from the soap in the shower or the detergent from the sheets, but it was BAD. I have never had this experience from a Fairfield before and hope to not in the future. I will continue to use the chain, just not this location

Everything is good except 25 parking fee is kind of have to pay for there are no other options.

Brand new Hotel. TGI Fridays was attached. Was out a little from middle of downtown but could walk if you had to. A good hotel to stay @ if visiting Indiana University in Indy.

The ONLY complaint we had was that we were told at check-in breakfast was from 7-11. We went down at 10:20 and there was nothing to be had! It appears we were misinformed. There was a small sign at entrance to dining area that said 7-10.

Our stay at Fairfield was excellent. The rooms were nice and clean, easy check-in and easy access to local attractions. It was right across from the Museum and Imax and just a minute up the road from the Zoo and downtown Indianapolis. The only negative thing I really have to say is that the hotel charges $20 a day to park and there really is no other parking available. So, you are pretty much stuck paying this. I think it should be included with the hotel stay.

it was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpfull when you have qustions. The breakfast was awesome because they had a lot to choose from.

The staff at this hotel really knows what service is all about. Besides the bed and linnen was very comfortable, a delicioius breakfast and with running routes really close by not to mention the location in general. I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield and will definetely recommend.
