Everything was ok with only three notable discomforts. (1) Bed was extremely soft and spongie. I did not like that! (2) All Employees that I spoke with were not from this country and were hard to talk to and understand.(3) Alot of upscale hotels offer complementary breakfast. Courtyard was charging for their's. I DID NOT LIKE THAT. All in All Court Yards value did not live up to it's standard. I was disappointed.

This hotel was a great price and a wonderful hotel. Beds were so confy, very friendly staff. Great place to stay.

This was a good bargin. The Hotel was clean as well as the room. The staff was friendly and polite. The area was quiet. Great deal!

I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay , everything I needed, I received within a timely manner. All hostess were very pleasant and welcoming. The overall cleanliness was good and well kept. Enjoy your future stay!!!

What a gem of a hotel! This place was a hidden gem, from the service to the rooms, I couldn't have been more pleased. Right around the corner from my destination, Netherworld Haunted House, it was very easy to get to where I needed to go. The beds were some of the more comfortable beds I've ever slept in. When I come back next year, you can bet I'll be staying at this location!

Courtyard Marriott in Norcross is a great hotel and I feel I got a good deal through hotels.com. Very comfortable room and bed. Clean and well kept. Hotel was easy to get in and out of yet it was close to the major highway.

Eventhough the hotel was quite old fashion (not updated), I felt it had a very relaxing atmosphere and convenient to lots of restaurants and Stone Mountain.

The service was good. We had a little problem trying to schedule a wake up call late at night. The phone rang a long time before anyone at the front desk would pick up the phone after 10 PM.

i dont normally complain about hotel rooms but there were so many things that annoyed me about this place. when i came to check in i felt like i was disrupting the private telephone conversation of the woman at the front desk. after she got off the phone she was very friendly though. the lobby looked very nice and the furnishings in the room were nice. i found a few bugs in my room, the bathoom wasnt very clean, the toilet made running noises all night and the room was setup so that it was not comfortable to watch the tv from the bed. overall it didnt seem that clean to me and there was a stain on the sheets. also i specifically picked this hotel because they had high-speed internet available but it was only wired internet and no wifi! i didnt have my laptop with me to plug in so i was unable to do the work that i needed to on my wireless devices. also the streetlamps were out at the entrance to the parking lot which made the area look dark and uninviting. i would not go back here or recommend it for someone travelling through this area.

This hotels is very easy to access off I85 in the Norcross, GA region. Large, clean, smell-free room. Comfortable beds. One complaint - only 3 bath towels so we had to improvise. Personalized service for morning breakfast, which was provided w/ a friendly smile. Great choices for breakfast. Overall satisfied.

This was a little family weekend get-away for us. This location was very convenient located between the Discovery Mills Mall/Medieval Times and Downtown Atlanta museums & aquarium. It was a quick drive into uptown but in a much quieter area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did think the $12 for breakfast was a bit outrageous but maybe it's successful for them with all the business travelers who can expense it. Luckily there was a Cracker Barrel and a McDonalds just a block away. We ate big breakfasts there each morning for 1/2 the price of the hotel breakfast. Overall, this was a nice hotel for our family and we would stay again.

Cannot find anything negative to say about this hotel. By far one of the nicer stays I have had in years. Everything was clean, the staff was great, and even the landscaping was beautiful. Will definitely stay there on my next trip to Atlanta.

Room was clean and had a poolside view but had weird odor. Didn't like the fact they charge 40bucks extra in case you ate breakfast or watched a movie.However you get this back if you don't eat breakfast or order a movie. Easy access to interstate.Area has lots of places to eat.

This hotel is right off I85. It has a lot of restaurants surrounding it. Beds were really comfortable and the staff was friendly and came right up when our remote wasn't working to fix it.

Nice hotel for money. Clean. Did have a problem with noise from adjoining room (they seemed to be having a party), but they quieted down shortly after I called front desk. Hotel has no elevators. Night desk person was very nice, but the day/afternoon guy was pretty rude. My mom and I came in from our day's activities and went to use the computers in the lobby to look up places to eat. After a few minutes the guy asked if we were guests. We said yes and he glared at us. Then he asked, basically by shouting across lobby, what room we were in, which I told him. Then after pacing around for a second, he asked our names, which I gave him, at which point he stalked off. We were both dressed nicely, albeit casually in shorts and t-shirts, and the area is hardly in a location likely to attract indigents or walk-ins, so I'm not sure why he was so rude. I don't mid being asked, but he could have handled it much better. But otherwise, a decent hotel.
