found this place to have the best friendly staff. had a problem when checked in and they took care of it on the spot . will stay there again

The staff was not all that friendly, we stayed there twice (coming and going) and found the same results. A smile would have went a long way especially after a long tiring trip.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was professional and pleasant; that's all anyone can ask for!

The hotel was wonderful, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, everything was very nice. I just wish the hotel was further away from the railroad. The trains kept my husband and I up much of the night. Fortunately my son slept through it. Also, the smoke detector light would literally blink every three seconds, and that was annoying as well. The proximity to the railroad is very unfortunate, since it really was an exceptional place to stay otherwise.

Great comfortable hotel for driving on thru w/good price.

Grandkids liked the placement of bunkbeds. Nice stay all around.

After a very long drive I did not know what to expect because I haven't stayed at a Days Inn in many years. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was an Outback Steakhouse behind the hotel so I didn't have to drive any further. The business center was great, so I could map out the rest of my trip. They had a dog area with bags which was nice. The hotel is located near train tracks and the trains were loud, but it didn't bother me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you for the opportunity to write. We have two pre-teen daughters. In the wake of so many crazy accidents that have occured in the last few days near our home in the province of Ontario (in Canada), I am thanking my lucky stars that no one was hurt in the pool area while I was there with my two daughters. The deck area was very slick, even a quick walk to get into the pool could result in a fall. I would strongly recommend pictures that depict no running - Words on signs are great, however, not everyone can read or understand the English language. Just one more area of concern at the pool. The tiled wall that separates the wading area with the water spray from the swimming area should also have some kind of picture sign for no jumping off the wall. It is just unfortunate that some people do not exercise common sense around pools. Other than my concerns at the pool, we enjoyed our one night stay. The staff were very polite and hospitable.

The bed was a little soft

Very Clean Hotel and reception staff were very helpful. However above all the noise from hooting trains all night would prevent me from recommending this hotel. We were staying at front of hotel nearest tracks. It is also not convenient for getting into town - you will need a car. The breakfast room was large enough and breakfast is free which is a plus.

The hotel looks real updated and new. When I was driving into Cheyenne I called the front desk because I didn't know what exit to take...and neither did the lady at the front desk. She then told me the wrong exit! The room could have been a little cleaner. Over all not a bad place to stay the night.

Good, clean room with an above average breakfast Hotel was located next to the highway. Great as a way stop.

We called for last minute reservations on a holiday weekend and received a room. We were quite pleased with our room, the pool, hot tub and business center. Recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself.

Most comfy bed ever.

The property was located across the road from the rail road yard. Somewhat noisy. Stayed on the back side of the hotel to avoid the train noise.

an excellent choice as the entire facility was clean, comfortable, and friendly. Great pool and whirlpool, fantastic hot breakfast. Best choice for the Cheyenne area.

The only issue was the parking - if you don't park early in the evening, you'll end up in the parking lot of another business. Other than that, the hotel is in good shape and clean. Would stay again.

Nice place--room was very comfortable--we were on the side away from the tracks, and our room was very quiet.

The Days Inn is definitely a good place to stay when visiting Cheyenne, WY. The room price may seem a little steep but when you account for a hot breakfast it works out. They have great technical support for internet issues. The staff was extremely accomodating. I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in Cheyenne.

I was very impressed with this room upon check in. The room was newly remodled and tastefully decorated!!! I would definitely stay here again!

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was very nice. The room had recently been redecorated and was very comfortable. The hotel is adding on to their facility at this time and it looks like it will be doubled in space. I'll bet the new addition will be wonderful. And, they take pets. This was a critical consideration for me.

Nous avons séjourné durant deux nuits au Days Inn de CHEYENNE pendant les Frontier Days. Très belle chambre spacieuse, accueil souriant et efficace, petit déjeuner correct. L'hôtel est situé près de la voie de chemin de fer (mais il semble que ce soit le cas pour la majorité des hôtels à CHEYENNE) mais cela n'a pas perturbé notre sommeil. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre de CHEYENNE (il faut s'y rendre en voiture mais nous n'avons pas rencontré de problème de parking durant ce premier week-end des Frontier Days).
