The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the hotel was under renovation. The hallways smelled of paint fumes but the room was free of that odor. The indoor pool was over chlorinated and had debris floating throughout. The whirlpool was broken and closed off to guests. Other amenities were present as described. The hotel is directly across the road from Fun City/Pzazz/Casino complex which was our destination. Over all I'd recommend this hotel.

The staff was pleasant when we gathered in the lobby and eating area for family pictures and our late Christmas. I had 3 rooms, on of my sons had the bathroom light fall down while he was taking a shower in the morning. The sheet rock screws gave way. When telling the desk manager about this she informed him there was nothing she could do as we booked it through Hotels.com. When they went to take a pic of the room. There was already a repair person in the room. They had not checked out and all their belongs were still in the room. He has since noticed a $20.00 charge to his bill and at this time he has no idea what it is for. He will be calling the general manager on Monday. This put a damper on the trip for me as I made the reservations. Would I stay there again, don't thinks so.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The location was close to the airport, which was nice since we were going to the airshow.

I was not very happy with this hotel, i had booked an adjoining room over a month before our vacation and was told it was guarnteed our rooms would be ready. We got to the hotel and was told our rooms would be ready when we got back from the waterpark, we went back to the hotel after a long day and we were told we didnt have a room for my husband, our 6 kids and myself! We were devestated!! They did end up finding us rooms next to each other but defenitly not what we paid for! I dont think we will be staying there again! Other than that our rooms were clean and comfortable and very close to what we had planned to do.

We had ants in our third floor room, had to request refridgerator, pool was very bad (hot, humid, cloudy water, humidity ruined my cell phone), side entrance door not secure, elevator kept busy by house keepers, coffee was terrible, TV did not work (maintenance guy had to reprogram it)

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Perfect for our stay prior to arriving at Nauvoo the next morning.

Nice hotel for a short family visit. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Room was clean, comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located. Breakfast was about the same as most other motels. Front desk personnel were all very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel has poor sound insulation. Constant roar of traffic from highway it fronts (US 61). Overall, it's not much of a "suite", more like a big average hotel room.

Great staff, clean room, great breakfast.

There was nothing unusual or out of the ordinary--and this is a good thing. Everything was as things should be for a hotel.

The check in went smoothly and the staff was very pleasant. The hotel and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. We even had a no-smoking room. The pool and hot tub needed some attention as they were dirty. I was disappointed to find our that there was no internet access which made it difficult to check in for our flight. The staff however was helpful and did it for me but, I still felt uncomfortable giving them all my personal information.
