Hampton Inn Allentown - آلنتاون

I liked the breakfast selection which included fresh fruit. The room was very clean, the temp adjustment was effective, the bed was comforatble - in particular, I liked the pillows. Wide screen TV, free WIFI, the works.

Things I loved about this hotel: great pillows, clean bedding, everything is laid out well, the bath is great. No smoke smell because it's all non smoking. It was also very quiet even though near a highway. You don't hear noise. The breakfast was decent. Only a few negatives: it's located at the outskirts of the Lehigh Valley, so it requires a Route 22 drive to anywhere (traffic jams), and the hotel is situated in the midst of an area that has a LOT of warehouses... trucks everywhere. But a nice hotel once you get inside.

My husband n I just wanted to get away n relax for a day or 2 ended up at the holiday inn. Great service at the desk, room with the jacuzzi was very clean. I do recommend this hotel to others. We will return at another occasion.

I was not impressed with the sticky tables, and the fact that any other Hampton Inn I have stayed at they were alot cleaner and had a refrigerator in the rooms. Noisey and old air conditioner, definitely needs to be replaced.

I just don't understand the positive guest reviews this hotel has received. Admittedly the location is good, but the staff and interior conditions are abysmal. I'm not just referring to the old, beaten up furniture, peeling wallpaper, etc., but general cleanliness. I checked in around 4 pm and found the bathroom (most notably, toilet and shower) in my room had not been cleaned. I notified hotel management immediately, and they informed me housekeeping was gone. Their idea of a remedy was to offer clean towels. No apology, no concern evidenced. The next day when having breakfast, we found the floor in the eating area as well as tables similarly unclean. Anything that touched them stuck. Upon checking out, I noted my concerns to the morning clerk, but she must've taken her cue from the previous day's night clerk ... she expressed complete disinterest. In sum, I chose this hotel on the basis of positive guest reviews, and good experiences in the past with Hampton Inns. To be sure, I would not stay at this particular hotel again, and would advise others to similarly avoid it. There are plenty of hotels -- regularly cleaned -- in the Allentown area.

I was overall quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I have only one complain. I booked a room for 4 adults and while booking it says that the room would have 2 queen beds, but in fact the room we received had 2 full beds instead. The hotel is next to a warehouse, so sometimes you can get woken up by noise of large trucks. The hotel was very clean and the staff very courteous, the breakfast was also very good.

We stayed for two nights. The first night we got there late and the Desk Clerk barely spoke to us as we checked in. The second night someone else was standing outside the doors that don't open without a key or the front desk clerk opening. The other person was trying to get in to check in and couldn't get anyone's attention. We had our key so we opened the door. The night clerk was sitting in the lobby watching TV and only got up after the person looking to check in started calling out...HELLO!! and even then it took several times before the night clerk (same one we had Friday night) finally got up to go behind the desk.. Needless to say, we weren't impressed with the night service and neither was the other person.

We had great service from when we started our stay until we left. They were prepared for area events and provided directions for the events for anyone who wanted to pick them up from the lobby table. When we entered our room.....it smelled fresh and clean. We were very pleased with the overall time we stayed there.

I really liked this hotel...it was clean, comfortable, friendly, and affordable! It was aprox 5 mins off the highway and a cracker barrel, which is my fav!! = )

I travel all over the country, and spend many nights in hotel rooms each month. This hotel was clean, fast check in, quiet, with comfortable beds, and carpets that appeared to be newer. This Hampton is above average, and I would recommend it.

I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton inn and this one was no exception. Everything was very clean. The breakfast is fantastic.

Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast and one to go packaged up if you didn't have time to eat there.

We were in town for a wedding, and I found the hotel to be average/sufficient. It didn't have a bar or restaurant or any real extra amenities, but it suited us relatively well for our purpose of just a place to sleep. The staff was nice, the included breakfast in the morning was very good, and there were plenty of nearby places (both chain and family owned options) to eat. It was also close to major roads. The rooms looked a little dingy, but they were clean. I'd recommend it if you just were looking for a place to sleep and were planning to be out of the hotel most of the time. If you're looking for more than the basic hotel, I'd book elsehwere.

This was a reliable choice, good value, very comfortable beds. Room smelled a bit of cleaning supplies but other than that was fine. Breakfast was good, especially the self made waffles. Right off the highway so location was good.

My Fiance and I chose this hotel because we were planning a weekend trip to Dorney Park. The main reason we chose this hotel was beause we have stayed at Hampton Inn's before and they are known for their comfort and cleanliness. It was also no more than 5 minutes away from the park and it was very convenient to get to surrounding restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly, the complimentary breakfast was hot and there was a lot of it! Good food too! The cleaning staff was super nice and made sure the room was spotless by the time we got back to our rooms. Not much else to see in the neighborhood, except for dorney park. Not happy with hotels.com as they booked a room that had a full size bed for two people. The hotel staff was great and was able to give me a room that had a king size bed.
