Hampton Inn Flagstaff - فلاجستاف

The TV service went out several times and they said they were having trouble with the cables system in the building. Also at breakfast the coffee maker broke so there was no coffee available. They were getting a new machine as we left. The TV situation needs to be remedied. Everything else was terrific and the staff was great. We like this motel and have stayed he every time we are in Flagstaff.

I'll start with the positives. Staff is very friendly, helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Coffee, hot water and tea are always available in the lobby 24/7 which is nice. Shower was fantastic. Hot water and the water pressure was strong. Nothing worse than staying in a hotel with low water pressure. Not trying to be funny, but the toilet flush was strong. I've stayed in many a hotel where you do your business and the thing barely flushes and you have to make the embarrassing call to the front desk. Complimentary breakfast buffet had solid options. Fresh waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal, juice, milk, bagels, pastries, muffins, eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, etc. No complaints there. Now for my only cons. The rooms are a little small for the price. I mean, it is only flagstaff, but I've had bigger rooms on the strip in Vegas with a bigger room and the same rate or lower. If you're by yourself, it is more than adequate, but with a wife and 2 kids, it was a little crowded. The only other downside is that the beds were HARD. It all comes down to personal preference. If you like a good firm bed, you will not be disappointed. I'm a pretty big guy, so normally I like my bed to be slightly firm, but at my weight, the bed barely sunk in! Lol. Firm! So depending on what you like, this could be a good or a bad thing. Still, the positives of this place far outweigh the negatives, so I'm comfortable giving this place a 4 out of 5.

I will stay there again.

This hotel has undergone some beautiful remodeling, our room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean, clean, clean. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was very nice from waffles to omlets, great coffee.

The stay was comfortable, the check in staff helpful, and the breakfast delicious. The hotel did seem to be in the middle of updating: missing trim, walpaper scraped from walls, etc. I wish I had known before reserving a room that the updating was goiong on. There should have been a discount because of it.

The breakfast was not as good as other Hampton Inns or other places we have stayed

Stayed here because of the indoor pool our kids could use. I called hotels.com to be sure pool was operational. They said it was. No one warned me the dining area was under construction so my family had to take the complimentary breakfast to our small room and eat. This would have been a lot less of a big deal if I had been warned of this. I think hotels.com should have explained this at the booking. This information was conveniently omitted. The front desk staff was friendly but you could tell they would rather talk to the cute delivery guy than attend to helping us.

A good over night stop and it fillrf the bill

Went up for a snowy weekend. Everything was clean and well-kept. Couple of queen beds with very fresh linens. Big bathroom. All the expected amenities including wifi (think laptops, phones, and iPods galore). Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was so good it kept us from going out, which we had planned on doing. Location was perfect for access to the freeways and the snow. Next time I'm headed that way I'm definitely headed here.

No problems at all. Front desk personnel were friendly, complimentary breakfast was better than most, and room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again.

Our room was fine, except for the bedspreads. I would be embarrassed to have anyone see these. All of the filling had separated and settled in large lumps (this is from the laundering process). The end result made the beds appear really lumpy, although underneath the bed was fine. As a cover the bedspread was a little cumbersome because of the lumps. As a hotel, I would get different bed coverings.

Room was clean and typical Hampton, also breakfast. Near I-40, but limited selection of restaurants in immediate area (far east end of Flagstaf). Convenient if going up hwy 89 to east entrance of Grand Canyon.

the hotel staff was most pleasant and helpful. All hotels in Flagstaff were booked that night because of NAU's move-in the following day, and the hotel was adequate for a one night stay. The breakfast buffet was quite good.

Would not book here again. Location is a little scary.

The one beedroom suite with a full kitchen was very nice. Breakfast was very good as well. All shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Quick overnight - Rooms were very clean, non-eventful. Listen for the trains nearby, may bother some.

The hotel was tough to find, it was tucked back off the main road but we did eventually find it. The hotel is in East Flagstaff which is about 4 miles east of the historic downtown area so not too bad and convenient when you want to head east to Sunset Crater or the Indian ruins.The hotel itself is good, rooms are decent size, not a sitting area which is something we usually like having in the room. The room was very clean which is a major factor to my wife and myself. The morning breakfast is free and not very good but it does save money so cannot complain. They always have hot coffee brewing which is nice and they do put out fresh baked cookies which is nice when you come back to the hotel after a long day out.

I meant to ask for a refrigerator in my room ahead of time, but in a rush to get the reservation done, I didn't. When I checked I, I asked the desk clerk about it. He said there wasn't one in there, but he would see if there was one available and bring it by later if there was. We heard nothing from him. It wasn't critical for us, so I just let it go. I know staffing is really minimal on these hotels at night. But it would have been nice to have a little follow through on this. Good breakfast though! And the luggage cart rolled better than any I've had recently.

My husband has pet allergies. He awoke with eyes swollen shut, obviously there had been a pet in the room previously. The hotel did not seem to care, and there was no notice that the room was "pet friendly"

My stay was wonderful and relaxing. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was situated perfectly for our sight seeing trip to the south and east entrances of Grand Canyon as well as Sunset Crater. We LOVED staying here and will definitely stay again!

The hotel was nice. The rooms were a little smaller than we have had in other Hamptons. The indoor pool was nice!

Been there before and liked it, so I returned again and liked it just as much. Location was very convenient bcz of good restaurant and gas station nearby and a quick getaway to Hwy40 going east. Breakfast was also quite good.

We stayed 2 nights over spring break. Our family of four found the room very tight for space but doable. Problem was breakfast time. While they do offer very nice coffee in the lobby, the eggs they made for breakfast were not edible. They seemed to be made in microwave because of a very hard rubbery texture. Better off having some toast or yogurt. But we thought we were paying for a hot breakfast with eggs. Eggs were just too hard and wirey.

I stay at Hampton Inn's often and if your looking for a very comfy nights sleep in a very clean room, hard to beat this Hotel. My only minor complaint is that the room should have a fridge.

The hotel staff was very nice, helpful in directing us and the overall facility was well kept and neat.

Room looks a little old. Needs an updgrade on the furniture.

The breakfast was terrible. The Orange juice came out like water with a little orange juice in it. Also other Hampton Inns give meat with the breakfast. This one just had a few specks of meat in the potatoes. It was a real disappointment. I will never go back there.

We stayed at this hotel for New Years Eve and were happy not to be disturbed by any loud noises. There were other hotels closer to Route 66 and 180 (to get to the Grand Canyon) but this hotel was good enough. Clean, quiet, and the breakfast was sufficient.

We stayed one night while in Flagstaff. We were greated right away and the man was very pleasant. Our room was very clean. I alway take a good look at the bathroom and it was perfect. It is a bit older hotel but it is in Flagstaff which most things are older. We had no problems and it is close to everything. We would stay at this hotel again and I am very picky.
