Days Inn Douglasville Fairburn - دوجلاسفيل

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in a bad location, from what I seen it appeared to be in okay location. The rooms could stand some updating but I guest you get what you pay for.

The room smelled of musty odor, flush valve on toilet was loose and shook everytime the toilet was flushed, shower curtain and rod were sloped so when in the shower the toilet got wet, back of the hotel where our room was was very dark and several shady people hanging around back there. Was only an overnight stay so we could go to six flags the next morning. Will stay at one of the newer hotels near by next time. Hotel is in desparate need of renovation work.

My only complaint is that they need to fumigate the rooms more often. I got bitten by a flea. I also encountered 2 other type of bugs in the room. Other than that, it was not too bad of a stay.

The hotel was pretty much what I expected for the money. There are no frills here. The air conditioner was old and very noisy, but worked well. In the two nights we stayed, I saw 3 or 4 baby roaches in the room. We were there for Six Flags and didn't stay in the room other than sleeping.

We stayed for 5 nights and we were very pleased. The area felt safe. We did not see any hookers as one reviewer indicated. The room was clean, large and had a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. We have three children, so we brought an air-mattress and put on the floor with a blanket. The next day, we were surprised to see that maid-service had put fitted sheets and a comforter on the air mattress! The kids really appreciated that. The room only had 3 bath towels, but we asked for more and they happily supplied them. Our kids had a great time in their new, clean pool. The breakfast was also good. The bathroom was small, but the vanity area next to the bathroom was large. It was close to Six Flags. We will definitely stay there again. You cannot beat it for the price.

Good location, close to six flags and downtown ATL,good for the price. I would stay again.

Rooms appeared decent. Bathroom a bit crowded. Location right off the highway, but a bit troublesome to get to. The only issue we had was bed bugs, and we have the bites to prove it. Unfortunate, but this is the first time I've encountered these bugs at a Days Inn.

SUCH A BEATIFUL PLACE. friendly people just great no problems

Right off the highway but not the best neighborhood or local selection for meals. The room was clean and I got a good nights sleep. No problems during the stay and they are pet friendly with an additional fee.

The hotel it self was not terrible specially by Days Inn standards. This is not a 5 star hotel people so there you go. The problem lies on customer service which was terrible. We arrived a little earlier then expected and we tries to check in but the Guy at the counter refused to let us at least leave the luggages on our rooms even though they were empty. Even worst he didn't even bother to give us an alternative option other than "pay me for another night". We were also unable to speak with a manager about finding a solution because the person at the counter refuse to contact him. We also contacted the front desk to ask for extra towels and extra soap and we never got them. So in closing the place is not so bad and the neighborhood its ok. Parks are some what near by but forget about customer service. Also forget about their breakfast , better off going somewhere.

Very pleased with our room and the hotel staff. Would definitely stay again if we ever go back to Douglasville, GA.

It was a nice hotel to stay in while on vacation

The owner of this place is the most unprofessional owner I've ever met. The guy was very rude and when we asked for extra towels, we were informed that it was too close to check out and we couldn't have any. Please don't stay at this place unless you want terrible service and all the truckers and hookers your eyes could stand.

It was a good deal, the room was clean and had no issues. The only complaint that I had was it was a very small bathroom. Will stay again

The tub had hair in it when we arrived and looked as if it had not been cleaned. On the morning after we checked in the shower broke and we could not get anyone to fix it or switch our room. The lobby smelled horrible and we didn't even attempt to go there for continental breakfast.

This hotel is really a motel located on exit 37. This place must be one of those family run, independant motels that just uses the Days Inn name. Positives - clean sheets, quite, great waffles per the kids. Negative(S) - located in not the best part of town, you have to stand in the bathtub to close the bathroom door, other than the waffles there really isn't any breakfast items, alarm clock didn't work, water would constantly change temperatures from freezing to scalding, the laundry room was just nasty, the pool is located in the back next to the 18 wheeler gravel parking lot and mini storage that is what they don't show you in the picture about the pool. It's very annoying to hear an 18 wheeler running while you are try to swim. If you take a real good look at the main picture of the Days Inn you will see the white and orange mini storage behind it. This place is okay to stay the night, but I would not stay here if it's more than one night, it's not worth the money. There are several hotels next to it that would be a better pick.

After staying at this Days Inn, I almost sleep in my car. I drove over 6 hours to get there ,and it was awful. It was dirty and nasty. I had to go out an purchase a set of face towels to wash with becuase the "white" towels were tan. There were no shower caps and no coffee filters. The room had a little mark in the ceiling that looked as if someone could have been watching you. It was an experience i will never forget. and I will never stay there again.

THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND NICE. IT WAS VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE THE REFRIG. AS WE HAD MEDICINE THT HAD TO BE REFRIG. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS GOOD. I ENJOYED A WAFFLE AND CERAL. BD

We brought two pets with us, so the staff was conscientious enough to keep us separate from other guests for their convenience. Unfortunately there wasn't a whole lot of room to take the dog out to do his business, but we had supplies and made do (no pun intended). Overall a pleasant quick overnight on the start of our road trip.

We were very pleased with our hotel stay. The room air-ed out fast, and the beds were comfortable. Our children really enjoyed the new pool. The only problem we had was the bathroom, you couldn't shut the door without stepping in the tub, but for the price I really didn't care about that. It was a quiet hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel or Motel really was clean and the people who ran it very nice..Close to I 20 and very convienent to everything..Quiet also being so close to the Hwy.. Room for tucks and the bathrooms are very big.. Bed and bedding ok

The hotel was in a decent part of town & close to Six Flags. We got a nonsmoking 2 queen bed room. They didn't put clean sheets on either of the beds. We found hair in both beds. The tub was also dirty. We've stayed here before due to the short drive to the park & never had any problems. This time the room was dirty.

The rooms were clean and the pool was new. The lady that checked us in was VERY nice. I like being able to purchase my attractions tickets there it saved me some money. Only down things were the breakfast was GREAT but the area was small, there was a lot of people getting breakfast and it was hard to move around. The bathrooms were also small, the door hit the tub. I am not a big person, but the area was tight.

This Days Inn was not horrible, but it wasn't great either. My kids were looking forward to swimming in the pool and it was under construction. The outside of the hotel wasn't very clean and desperately needed to be swept. The room was okay. The bathtub needed some clorox. Also, the bathtub / toilet area was TINY. It was very hard to go inside and shut the door. The breakfast was fine. My kids loved the make your own waffles. There were several hotels in the area that looked better than this one. I wish we had researched a little more.

The Days Inn met all of our expectations. There were only 2 things we were not pleased with. The pool was under construction so not usable and the housekeeper entered our room without knocking when she clearly made eye contact with me upon approaching the room. My husband was in the restroom and could have walked out unclothed. It was quite disconcerting. The rest of the family stayed down the street at the Quality Inn. The rooms there had a 'nicer' feel (although ours was bigger) and their pool was in working order so we spent most of our time up there. For the money, the Days Inn was well worth it and gets a top rating from us.

Well my first day I got in late because of the weather between Chicago and ATL. I got there no problem check-in was smooth. Well the next morning the front desk called me saying it was check-out time although I had paid for 3 days. The next day was fine, but the third night they were trying to give the room to another couple. Which I found to be odd. The hotel wasn't even close to being full, so I know they couldn't have thought the room was empty.

My family and I will never stay at Days Inn in Douglasville again. The manager of the hotel was very rude, inconsiderate, and very impatient. After twelve hours of driving we did not expect to have such a bad experience. Then when we got into our rooms, it smelled old and musty and moldy. The bathtub looked as if the cleaning crew didn't touch it from the previous guests. As I stated before we will never stay again at this Days Inn, very dissatisfied.

This was a nice hotel! The continental breakfast was short they started putting up before the time to end! (45 min before)Overall it was good!

The hotel is clean and orderly. Nothing out of the ordinary. Good for the money.

There are several things I could complain about like there were dirty linens in the bathroom as well as a dirty tub. I think my biggest complaint is that you couldn't take anything back to your room from the free continental breakfast. That wouldn't be an issue except that they only had seating for about 8 people and served breakfast from 6-9 in the morning. There never was seating and there were 4 of us! They were so rude about it that we didn't even bother with breakfast after the first day. On our second day, we let the kids sleep in and decided to get them breakfast somewhere else but I wanted a cup of coffee. They didn't want me to take my cup of coffee back to the room. We paid for 4 people to stay and they complain that I am taking a cup of coffee back to my room. The reason they gave me was that if people took food back to their rooms it could cause ants. So, I kindly reminded them that they provided a fridge and microwave in the room and walked out with my cup of coffee. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Room was very nice and clean!!! I would recommend this Hotel

On the inside, the bed wasn't very neatly made and the sheets were thread-bare. There were cobwebs, hair and a fly wing in the bathroom. On the outside and in the outside hallways it was frequently noisy. The traffic noise from the highway was ok although request a back room if this is a concern.
