Comfort Inn Zion - هوريكان

Great location. About 20 mins from Zion.

Typical room you'd find from a Comfort Inn. Staff was friendly and helped us find a place to eat. Full breakfast was a pleasant surprise; everyone in our party was thrilled with the make your own waffels. I would give a higher rating if there was a way to prevent the doors from being "slammed shut" when other hotel guests leave their rooms in the morning. Still good price and would stay here again.

Not enough outlets in the room & bathroom. Water drip stains in bathroom.Noise from cars and vans parking right in front of your room window.

First of all, the hotel is NOT located where it says on the Hotels.com website. It is actually on Route 9 outside of Hurricane city center. If you have a GPS, it will go nuts trying to find this hotel. The location was good for a trip to Zion National Park, and the hotel is close enough to some decent restaurants in the area, particularly JB's a bit up the highway from the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was on the smallish side but comfortable and clean. We had room at the back, so we had a mountain view, although there are telephone wires in the sight line. Not a big deal. The free breakfast is basic--cereal, breads, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, fruit and two waffle makers to make your own waffles. Simple but adequate. All-in-all, a nice place to stay, and if I'm in the area again, will definitely stay here again.

Place was near Zion, on the road and check inn after 3 am was easy.

Great price, clean, conveniently located close to Zion National Park. Good breakfast included.

This is a great value for the money. We stayed there for a couple of nights while visiting Zion National Park. It's about 30 minutes from the park, but the cost savings makes it worth it. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was decent. The only complaint I have is that they charge $2 per person for the mini golf, which is a complete joke. The course is horrible. But, the staff did warn me that it wasn't good, so it's my fault. I still think its criminal to charge there guests for it, though.

Just got back form a visit to Zion and stayed here. The staff were very nice and the room was standard. I like that it had a microwave and small refridgerator. Being able to soak in a jacuzzi at the end of the day was great. The breakfast was pretty standard- loved the waffle maker! My only wish was that it was closer to Zion! Good value though.

Hotel was a good value with free breakfast and proximity to Zion. Staff were great. The hotel could use some work but you get what you pay for. Its no frills and includes a pool, wireless Internet, fridge and microwave in room. Also close to the Walmart and Maverick gas center -best rate in the area. No luxury by any means but good value.

This is a very nice hotel. Light bulbs in room (more than one) were out.

Very decent hotel, especially for the price. Pleasant welcome, clean room with good facilities. No lift (elevator), but stairs were easy. Adequate breakfast. Overall a very good service.

It was an adverage chain hotel, but the Grandchildren loved the little golf course in the back and the swimming pool,

The room and hallway smelled of bug spray. There was food left in the refrigerator, and the room was marginally clean. Also, the bed was not comfortable.

The comfort Inn in Hurricane, Utah was better than the two other hotels I have stayed at while in Hurricane Utah. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also better than the other two hotels.

The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were old and stained. The floors were not very clean. The hallway smelled of bug spray I think. Not godd at all.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the pool/spa pump had just broken that morning. Nothing was done to fix it during our 3 day stay, and it was pretty obvious from the dirty condition of the pool that it had actually been broken for quite some time, The beds were very firm & uncomfortable. Despite these disappointments, the price was reasonable, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was a plus.

Squished bugs on the ceiling. Black shoe marks on the walls. Housekeeping did not change our sheets after our 1st night stay. The sugar packet along with the coffee packet in the room were opened and 1/2 used when we entered the room- Gross! The toilet paper rolls were not changed for our stay. We had a roll that was 2/3's used up- not a good first impression.

Nice place ,I would stay again.

My biggest complaint was the scented air spray. As soon as I opened the door to my room it hit me in the face and my eyes started to water and burn. The person at the front desk was no help at all, but then maybe that' not her fault because she said they use it in all the rooms, all Comfort Inns EVERYWHERE. So, I'm sorry to say that I'll never stay in another Comfort Inn. Also, the pool and spa were closed for repairs.

It was nice having a jacuzzi after a long hike in Zion. The only thing about the hotel I didn't like was the mold on the shower head.

Our check-in was delayed due to airline problems. Staff was very accomodating in holding our reservation for us. Convenient to Walmart for last minute purchases and restaurants in town.

Best vacation ever. even the breakfests were good!

It was a good value. The staff was nice, but only as nice as they had to be to appear polite and professional. There's a little putt putt course that we didn't take advantage of.

Nicely furnished room. Comfortable bed. It did smell sorta funny, but I believe the carpets may have been recently cleaned.

The bathroom was disgusting, not clean at all. I .cleaned it and the next day it was not cleaned either. The bed was uncomfortable. We had 3 people at the jacuzzi at 9:30 pm and there were complaints. We were doing nothing but talking. The jacuzzi is right next to the owners room

Our stay in Comfort Inn, Zion was to just to be a "base" for our trip to the Zion National Park. The hotel looks pretty new and the room we stayed in was great. We had a mini fridge in the room, which was great to stack away and chill the water we bought. The hotel is a comfortable drive away from the Zion national park, and honestly, we quite enjoyed the 20-odd minute scenic drive up to the park. The breakfast is a pretty decent and I recommend sitting on the picnic benches on the back porch, which is behind the breakfast room. From there, you will see the views of mountains (and a neighborhood). For people who are visiting from an urban jungle, it was a pleasant sight. The hotel also has a small pool and a mini golf course, though we didn't use either. If we were to visit Zion national park again, we would definitely stay there.

For the price, not a bad stay. Our room had a small kitchenette in it (stove, fridge, microwave) which had we known would have been useful to use. Otherwise decent place. Wish it were closer to the park. One complaint is that we couldn't get the AC to go to a comfortable temperature.

It met all our expections. Truly a pleasure stay. Only caveate was our room on first floor was next to pool and noisy until midnight.

My 4 children, husband and I loved this place, even tho just stopping through on our way to the Narrows at Zion. It was clean with nice decor; the breakfast was delicious, the breakfast night staff very friendly!! Even the little touches of free toiletries on the counter of the front desk were very welcomming. We will definitely stay again.

For the price this hotel wasn't too bad. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast was pretty good too. My main complaint is the cleanliness of our room. There was mascara and some other makeup on the sheets and the bathroom floor was kind of dirty.

I liked the Comfort Inn. The rooms were nice, the price was low, the staff was helpful and they had on-site laundry facilities. The only thing for someone to consider is the distance (2.4 miles) from downtown. If you have a car (which is an absolute must in this area), it really isn't a problem.

This is a plain, budget motel. Do not come here with any expectations and you'll be OK. I put my bags in the room, headed to Zion, which was not very close, and then came back to sleep. The room was simple and clean. Pros: Manager was nice and let us sit in the jacuzzi after hours if we promised to be quiet. Free Wi-Fi worked fine. Cons: Door appeared to lock, but upon inspection, could just be pushed open. Had to lift handle and close for lock to catch. Seemed like a pretty far drive fom Zion, and there were a lot places closer.

Nice and convenience location. Very noisy bathroom fan and running water in toilet. Good continental breakfast.
