Hampton Inn DFW Airport South/Irving - إيرفينج

I was very satisfied with the staff!! Becky, Ryan, Jacob and I believe his name is Hadri? the evening driver were exceptional! Will definitely stay with this group again. Big Cheer to them ALL:)

Rates were great. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Rooms were well taken care of. I was upgraded from 2 bed room to 2 bed suite upon arrival. Not sure why, but don't look a gift-horse in the mouth. I am a Hilton Honors member, that may have something to do with it. I am a returning guest. I've stayed here 4-5 times. Always been a pleasant experience.

The hotel was perfect! Clean, nice rooms, and a friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again in the future.

Rooms are very nice and comfy! Airport shuttle driver is friendly and helpful.

I wasn't very pleased with this hotel. I reserved our room a week before our stay and we didn't receive the right room because "they over booked".

Great location for flying out of DFW, but furniture needs updating. Neighborhood is beginning to decline close to its location, but it still feels safe.

The hide-a-bed in the suite was terribly uncomfortable. I didn't expect extreme comfort, but I hoped it would be bearable. It wasn't.

We checked in early afternoon quickly and easily. The receptionist told us about the money back guarantee and gave a quick guide to the hotel facilities. The room was plenty big enough, with a big bathroom and a decent shower. There were nice touches too like a tray to sit your laptop on. We were given a 10% discount voucher to use in the restaurant next door, which was also a nice touch. The breakfast was fine and wether only had a short journeytoroundoffour Texas adventure. I'dhappily stay here again

The hotel was a bit dated, but nothing too awful. The one thing that bugged me was that there were not extra pillows in the room for the pull-out sofa where our kids slept (usually Hamptons leave them in the closet or armoire). And we we arrived back from dinner (around 6:30 pm) and requested pillows for our kids, we were told that since housekeeping had already left, they couldn't be accessed. We had to make do. It just seemed so silly that the front desk person doesn't have access to simple requests a guest makes. The layout of the room was nice and spacious though. And it was very close to the airport so we could catch our flight the next morning.

Young man at front desk early Sunday 5:15 am- 2-19-12 was very helpful. Left my phone in room and called him from airport. He mailed my phone to me.

This hotel was very convenient to DFW.

We paid throught hotel.com and also got charged at the hotel. We were charged twice for the rooms.

i enjoyed myself and the staff helped so much i went downsstairs and shook the young lady's hand and told her thank you for everything.

For 'just' a one night layover, my 'accidental tourist' experience of Ft Worth and Dallas was enhanced big time by the Hampton hotel and staff; especially front desk ( referral to neighbour restaurant and menu selection) and Shuttle Driver who delivered me to /from terminal , AND to /from Railway station ( Irving West on TRE line). Excellent service for a Value hotel. Next time I would ask for room in low numbers on any floor , ( further from Air Con plant adjacent rooms x21)

Convient location, clean and well maintained. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and courteous service...just what I expect from Hampton Inns.

Employees very friendly...shuttle service outstanding...very clean...recently renovated.

This my third stay for the year and I will be staying at Hampton in Syracuse when I go there next week.

After spending almost a week at the Hampton Inn in Burleson, TX, this facility was a disappointment. It was hard to get to as there were no signs, at check-in they didn't have our reservation, the sink faucet was plumbed backwards, and at check-out they tried to charge too much. At least hotels.com says they fixed the bill.

Muito bom

Me sorprendió la limpieza del hotel, el precio fue bastante accesible y al tener una familia grande y necesitar bastante espacio quedamos muy satisfechos con la habitación doble mas el sofá cama, el desayuno también fue muy aceptable, lo recomendamos y a la primera oportunidad de regreso a Dallas, TX regresaremos aqui con mucho gusto!!!
