We had a very comfortable stay and got great rest

This hotel was amazing! VERY nice rooms. Breakfast was good and the help was wonderful. You are very close to the airport, but there was no airport noise! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good rate for this hotel. The bed could have been better but still enjoyed our stay

Stay here every time in Boise--friendly service, easy access, and reasonably priced, Nice pool and hot tub. Would like to have a local paper available in the morning.

Our flight was late getting in. The hotel called a cab for us & we didnt have to wait. So nice to have a warm room to go to at 3am.

the staff was incredible. all were so friendly and helpful. the breakfast was awesome. everything was very, very clean. will stay here next time. Arla deserves a raise. the most hospitable person i've met.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. We especially enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the whirlpool. We wished we had inquired about a DVD Player. We brought movies to watch and didn't realize there wasn't one with the TV - we could have brought our lap top to watch one on. We now know for next time :-).

everyone was very helpful and friendly

Came into Boise late and just needed a good sleep to continue on the road. The Hampton was easily accessible to the freeway and the room was clean and fresh. Excellent king mattress on the bed - firm and comfortable. Got a good nights sleep and continued on our way.

I have enjoyed staying at other Hampton locations in the past so when I saw that this location was one of several different hotels near the airport that participated in 'park n fly' I booked a room before an early flight. The main reason Hampton has been my favorite chain was because they give you warm cookies at check-in. This hotel does not have cookies. I had requested a room away from the freeway because I am a light sleeper. I was put in a room on the opposite side of the freeway but there was some kind of machine right outside my room that looked like a swamp cooler that would start running every twenty minutes all night and sounded like a Harley Davidson motorcycle being started right next to my window. My elderly mother and I got no sleep the entire night even though we ran the fan and wore ear plugs. There was no reason to have a swamp cooler running as the outside temperature was below zero. The shower barely dripped. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and good protein sources. On my return to the airport I called the direct number listed on the wall of local hotels inside the airport to see if the shuttle to the hotel was running. Without realizing it, I was connected to a Hampton in another city instead of the one right across the highway from the airport. They told me there was no shuttle on weekends so I had to take a taxi and got there just in time to see the shuttle leaving for the airport.

In the past I always looked for Hamptons for their consistent good quality and service. The last few I stayed in have all had the same issue with their down comforters but my last stay in Tremonton I was told they were getting all new and a different kind of comforter. At my most recent stay near the Boise airport I was disappointed to walk. In and see the same comforters with little balls of down every 12 inches or so. I'm always told its the nature of down, but not properly cared for down. Unfortunately I will opt for another chain until I'm certain this has been remedied.

This was a great hotel in Boise. First time at this hotel - I go to Boise every month and I will use this hotel in the future if the price stays this reasonable through hotels.com

Older, but nice Hotel

A very nice place to stay. The staff are both friendy and helpful.

From check-in to the last part of our check-out, we were very impressed with the hotel. Front desk staff at check-in was very helpful and informative, the room was outstanding as far as comfort and cleanliness goes, and the check-out process was very easy. The only down side was the breakfast - which didn't exist. We checked in late in the evening for one night only, then were leaving for the airport on the 4:40 AM shuttle. The clerk at check-in assured us that there would be grab-and-go items available starting at 4 AM so we could have something before we had to leave. By the time the shuttle arrived the morning clerk had made coffee and turned on the juice machine (literally minutes before the shuttle arrived). That's it. No fruit out, no pastries, not even a to-go bowl for the dry cereal that had been out since the day before. We asked when we got to the lobby at 4:30 about the shuttle and the food and the clerk said both would be ready on time, and then she just smiled and waved at us when we got on the shuttle having just shot-gunned a cup of orange juice each. Not the way we wanted to start our long day of air travel, and the only blemish on an otherwise wonderful hotel stay.

After an initial SNAFU, got the room we reserved. No temperature control.

We cam in later than expected - everything was ready for us. I LOVE all Hampton Inns, and this one was no exception. They do an excellent job! Everything was very clean, the room was a comfortable temperature, and the breakfast the next morning was much appreciated. I would recommend any Hampton Inn any day, including the Hampton Inn Boise - Airport.

Very clean and well-matianed. Great breakfast with made-to-order eggs. I accidentally left my camera bag there and didn't discover it until a thousand miles away. I called and a very helpful gentleman agreed to send it to me, which he did right away. There was nearly $3,000 in equipment in it, so I was more than appreciative.

Rooms were clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. The nicest part was the daily cleaned duvet cover for the bedspread/comforter.

Nice hotel. Plenty comfortable and convenient for the price. Breakfast was included and was good. Windows in room facing the freeway were a bit think and allowed some road noise to come through, but not too badly.

We enjoyed a good nights sleep and loved the complimentary breakfast. Thank you!

The staff at Hampton Inn were terrific, very helpful, friendly, quick to pick us up at the airport, offer advice, etc. And they had the greatest cook for the continental breakfast; best eggs ever!

Compared to other hotels in Boise this Hampton Inn is just so-so. Towels are not as good of quality as other 3 star hotel.

We love staying at Hampton Inn. The beds are comfy---and I might add cozy. We love the all white bedding. That way we can see that it is clean. And we like sleeping with the down comforter. Breakfast is always a plus, too. There is nothing missing from the menu!

The Hampton Inn-Boise Airport is a good value and is very convenient if you have an early morning flight. The price is reasonable, the condition of the hotel and the rooms is very good and the location is very convenient to the airport. What more could you want for a 1 night stay?!?

There is a good savings for staying at the Airport Hampton and convenience to the airport and highway. The desk staff was very helpful. On the other hand the downtown Hampton is convenient to downtown restaurants and shops. The breakfast service downtown is done with superior service and with a more spacious eating area. The business center is larger and better equipped. At the Airport Hampton items ran out and were not replenished . Also the waffle maker always would stick and ruin the waffles.

The cereals were too sweet. They need cereal like Special K and Cheerios. Also they need plain yogurt and fresh fruit. Too many carbs and fat.

This Hampton Inn is airport-close, yet just minutes from downtown and other sites. Very friendly and helpful staff, immaculate rooms, great breakfast! We will definitely stay here the next time we visit family in Boise.
