Sleep Inn & Suites - كيف سيتي

We had not previously stayed in a Sleep Inn & Suites, so we weren't sure if we'd like it. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet. It was more than adequate. Area was safe for running in the morning. Shower pressure was great! However, the dryer in the laundry room was not hot and after 30 minutes, clothes were still damp. Pool was laughably small--was larger than a hot tub but not by much. However, all in all, it was a good hotel and we would stay there again!

This hotel has nothing wrong with it. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is the normal hotel fare, and the rooms are clean. However, the pool is the size of a large hot tub. And the game room is extremely outdated. It is a good family hotel besides those two issues.

Great price and new accommodations. Decent breakfast.

The property was only quite recently renovated so the rooms and lobby looks updated and modern. I booked their king bed room that comes with standing shower gym style. I did not mind with the bathroom and the room was pretty clean except for the chair that has white residue on top and some souvenir left by previous guests on the wall. The gym comes with a treadmill, an eliptical, and a cycling machine. The pool fits for kids. I was disappointed with the breakfast as I was expecting to have some fresh fruit. They only offer apples on a basket which I found the apple were no longer fresh. Most of the apples are either bruised or uas holes on it. I would not recommend the king bed room as I have not stayed in their other rooms.

We were very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and still had a new smell. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, this hotel is a good value for the price. The hotel was clean and close to several restaurants. If you're looking for an economical hotel, this one fits the bill.

will not stay there again

We had an overall good experience. When we checked out, there was an issue at the front desk involving another guest. If the clerk had taken care of us quickly we would not have been exposed to this entire issue and proposed resolution. It appeared that the clerks, both night and day were inexperienced.

Hotel was nearly new and very fresh and accessible to all the sights we wanted to see. The breakfast included a good variety of items and was kept well stocked. A good value for the money.

We would stay there again. No problem!

Super place. Very spacious, clean and great smelling!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to Mammoth Caves and eating facilities.

I couldn't get an internet connection in my room. Reported it for two days, but nothing. Also, the breakfast was OK but it's better at Holiday Inn Express. Lastly I requested a room with shower and tub, but got a room with shower stall only. Overall the hotel was acceptable but I probably would not stay there again.

The hotel worked out fine for us. The kids would have liked a bigger pool, but they still had fun.

The room was fine. Clean and exactly what it was supposed to be. The pool, however, was nothing like I expected. Very small and not heated as advertised. If there were more than 6 people, you were definitely going to have your personal space invaded. And be sure to get your free breakfast early. They remove the food PROMPTLY when it's time. They don't ask if you're finished. They just take it away. Staff was very rude and not personable at all.

We stayed at a number of hotels on our 7 day trip. This was one of the better ones. Kim was great, pleasant and informative. She was able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room. If we come back to Cave City will stay again.

The stay was wonderful. The only negative was that we arrived at 10:00 and there was no one at the desk. We waited over 10 mins for check in. The desk should not have been unattended for that length of time. If I hadn't paid for the room and it being unrefundable, I would have gone to one of the surrounding motels.

It was a nice clean hotel. the lobby was a little small and I did not see any computers with internet service but we did bring our IPad so it was not a big deal. I did wish the windows opened in the rooms and the refrigerator did not seem to get cold. There also did not seem to be a place to sit outside and I thought the price was just a little high for what we received. The staff was very friendly and it was close to Mammoth Caves.

great hotel, affordable rates, clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. The only complaint I have is the breakfast area. There is not enough room to accommodate everyone. The continental breakfast was a deciding factor on staying at the hotel. Saving money is always nice. Bummer we had to eat elsewhere.

As of Feb 2012, this is the best hotel in Cave City. A lot of bang for your buck.

The price was right and the hotel looked/felt brand new. Nice pool, decent exercise room, good breakfast.

Great stay for the price, loved the pool and the game room (air hockey queen). Would have given five stars if I had actually seen the staff at the front desk aside from check in and if our room were cleaned a little better during our stay.

Advertised as the newest hotel in Cave City. It seems so. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great shower pressure. Mattresses are of good quality. This is quite a bargain for the money spent. The only downside was the continental breakfast. Don't expect much there but at the price paid for the room, the breakfast isn't a complaint.

Staff was very nice. The room was what we asked for, and planning on staying there again. Resturants, not many to choose from, but the Mexican resturant had good food and the Margaritas were very good. Dont buy gas there, 25 cents cheaper either side of Cave City.

I was pleasantly surprised and happy to stay in a clean, very modern room. The sheets were clean, the carpets new, and the furniture was very stylish. The flat-screen tv was nice and the fridge was a nice addition. I'd recommend to anybody. Friendly staff and quiet as well.

The hotel was nice, clean, looked new. Good breakfast. We would recommend it.

Enjoyed the stay. Within walking distance of restaurants. Relatively close to Mammoth N.P.

This place was great! Everything was sparkling clean and seemed brand new. Although we didn't use it, the pool area looked very inviting. Kim at the desk gave us a nice recommendation for a nearby restaurant and was helpful in answering our questions about visiting Mammoth Cave.

Nice super clean hotel, nice comfy beds Modern amenities, pool, but very small.

I would stay here again in a minute. The front desk manager when we checked in was the best. We were ready to go to our room in minutes. Then the king room was fabulous, right down to the pillows. This get's an A+.

I loved everything about the hotel. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pool was not heated as I was told it would be. To cold to get into with fibromyalgia. All in all great place to stay.....

This wasn't a bad stay. Everything in the room worked well, the bed was comfortable. The pillows were funky half sized, but workable. We were by the elevator and I was a bit concerned but the room was pretty quiet. The breakfast was ok, I guess it is pretty much standard fare now a days. Near many restaurants and right off of I65.

We enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located near Mammoth Cave and nearby Cracker Barrel was a nice bonus. Appreciated being in a new and very clean room, very spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed in. Service was good and we had no problems with noisy neighbors or hallways. Breakfast wasn't fancy but there was enough variety to satisfy all in our group. Two thumbs up!

This is the nicest hotel in the area. Decent breakfast. Close to the caves. Rooms were clean and large. Pool was on the small side, but there were no more than 6 people at a time in it anyway. Do not eat at El Patron...the worst food I have experienced in a while. Must do the zip line at Mamouth Cave Adventure. Well worth the money. Very safety conscious.

Brand new hotel. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. Flat screen TV on the wall!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and has a modern design. The location was the best. We will stay there again. The breakfast was the only negative, it was tasteless. There are plenty of other places to grab a bite.

Our bill ended up with a higher price than our printed out confirmation. This undid the good feeling that we had about the hotel. When we had checked in they said that your computers were down and they would fix the bill. It is still not fixed.

Thinking if i paid a little extra to stay at a NEW built hotel everything would be extra nice for my family - WRONG! The front desk was a little rude right off the bat, maid service didnt fill my request i had left at the front desk. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were average looking at best. To make matters worst, the pool was VERY small, 6-8 kids filled it up and the water had a strange cloudy yellowish tint to it. When we go back to Cave City i will not book the Sleep Inn again
