Days Inn San Antonio Airport - سان أنطونيو

I never leave ratings, but feel compelled to complain. I stay in hotels every few weeks for work, even other Days Inns a few times in other parts of the country, and this was the most unpleasant experience I've had at a hotel in years. The "high-speed" internet was a joke as even news websites took a few seconds to load, much less any streaming video. The room was clean, but the A/C unit was only capable of 65 degrees or 85 degrees. The "breakfast" was a joke with nothing fresh, stale bread, and suspect milk for cereal. The overall condition of the lot is just unkempt, with broken TVs scattered around the property, mangled fencing, and chipped paint all over the place. I will never stay in a Days Inn again anywhere to avoid a possible replication of this experience.

The management is not so nice.They need to be more servicial and nice with the costumers.They deny to apply the best rates when extending the stay.

BAD SERVICE AND OVER EXPENSIVE FOR THE TYPE HOTEL , MANAGEMENT VERY POOR AND PERSONNEL NOT FRENDLY AT ALL.

Bed bugs Room smell like pesticide No smoke detector in the room

We arrived late in town, even later at the hotel - all we wanted was to sleep. Opened the door to our room, the A/C was off. And after a 90F day, it was sweltering in there. It took two hours for the room to be cool enough to sleep. The light switch at the entrance of the room turned on ........... nothing. The lamp on the bedside table had a broken switch, and the shade looked shredded by Morris the cat. Too appalled even to take a shower, we couldn't check out early enough in the AM. Will never stay there - nor recommend - this establishment to anyone.

the hotel seemed to be a little run down but the staff was very helpful and friendly and the bed was amazingly comfortable!

Looked up this hotel and saw a 2.5 rating, so I was a bit hesitant. The location of this hotel was not very convenient and the breakfast was lacking a bit, but what can you expect from a subpar continental. The room was very comfortable, the service was great. Overall, it was a nice surprise to find the hotel to be better than expected.

This is my first time and the LAST to stay at Days Inn. The room was 100 degrees plus and it never cooled off enough to sleep. I will never stay at a Days Inn Again!

great location for an early departure. they charge extra for airport shuttle if before 6 am, but otherwise really quite convenient

Very dark and gloomy hallway to room. Once in the room, there was dead bugs in the light fixture of the sink area. Bath and toilet room is separate from sink. Bed had old mattress that needs to be replace.

Place was not very clean. We got two rooms, one of the rooms had a broken faucet and was putting out water at full blast. We got a new room and when we walked in it looked like they hadn't been in that room to clean in weeks there were tons of flyers on the ground that someone had stuck under the door. As for the second room there were also a ton of flyers

The shuttle is driven by the hotel front desk clerk so when an airport shuttle run occurs, no one mans the front desk. The two people who staffed the front desk had strong accents and were difficult to understand so it took more than 20 minutes to connect with the shuttle driver/hotel clerk when flight landed. Shuttle needed to be scheduled to return to airport in the morning so the wait was 30 minutes to return to airport. The bathroom smelled of urine.

Too pricey for what you get. The hotel room was clean enough, but the bathrooms were not. If you expect to eat the continental breakfast, make sure you get to the lobby before the employees show up. They had cleaned out most of the food, and drank all the coffee. When we asked if they would make more coffee, they recommended we try the decaf. For the price, we could have gotten into a 4 star hotel with room service.....I will never stay here again.....its even a pain to get to.

The staff was accommodating to our request of putting out the breakfast earlier than usual, which was nice. However, the rooms were disappointing. The carpet was old, filthy and simply disgusting. The sofa and drapery were equally filthy. The swimming pool were out of service and filled with leaves.

Not happy at all. I went there for fourth of July weekend. The night before we were in Austin and stayed at a four star hotel and paid $3 more than the Days Inn. We were ready to go out that night and guess what the light went out. I was not satisfied with my experience.

Por su ubicación y precio es un lugar mas que aceptable. Buen lugar, limpio y buena atención, además de un desayuno continental aceptable. Si se quiere un lugar bueno, bonito y barato cerca del aeropuerto este es un hotel muy recomendable

No me explico como la cadena days inn no se da una tiempo para supervisar sus hoteles , me he hospedado en otros hoteles de esta cadena y la verdad me ha ido muy bien; pero este hotel de san antonio en el aeropuerto denigra totalmente a la cadena de days inn.
