I had a terrible stay. My room was supposedly an 'upgrade' but I was above the Bank club, so I heard booming music all night long. Further, my bathtub was old and a bit dirty - I only used the shower (also a bit old). I also didn't appreciate the long lines checking in and out of the hotel.

The hotel had great location and great food selections. The room was beginning to be out dated. No flat screen TV and older furniture. The service was quick and curtious from the bellmen taking our luggage to our room and all of the hotel employees I met. The pool area was a little dirty. Overall it was a great stay with a few minor improvements needed.

While parts of the hotel were nice, the service in the many hotel bars was sorely lacking. After a show we went back for a drink in one of the many bars but discovered the majority of tables were "reserved." No one told us we needed to do this, and we had asked where to go after a show. They were not helpful in suggesting something else, and truly could have cared less. We were a group of 4 women who all travel frequently here and abroad. We all decided we would not go back. We went to another hotel for dinner, and they could not have been more gracious. A wonderful night, but not at the Bellagio......

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Bellagio. This hotel is beautiful and the people were very friendly and helpful.

We chose the Bellagio mainly for the security aspect -- we were told by family & friends that we'd feel safe there - and we did. Our spacious room overlooked the fountain and The Strip. We loved the atmosphere and gorgeous Spring flowers in the Conservatory. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall a better than average experience, had a penthouse looking over the lake, show was great. You can hear the clubs even on the 35th floor at night. VIP check in was not very VIP, staff aloof and not prompt. I stood at the desk for 10-15 min before being even glanced at, a simple hello I will be with u in a min is not to much to ask. Also when leaving asked VIP staff to arrange my car and bags for me and at first they told me to do it my self even though two of them were standing doing nothing except talking to each other about personal matters. Used Spa, shoe shine and laundry service, ate at Prime and went to "O" all 5 star. When I return will try Wynn next time to compare....:)

The Bellagio was clean, courteous and comfortable and my stay there was stress-free and pleasant. The additional resort fees are a bit of a con (though most of the strip hotels charge this in fairness). The restaurants are good if you like the more expensive meals; the Bellagio isn't the easiest place to find reasonably priced, quick and simple fare.

Loved it, will definitely be back to Bellagio.

The hotel is good, luxury and comfort. One thing we feel a little bit not so good is no convenient shop surrounding the hotel.

The Bellagio was a beautiful place to stay. Excellent service in all areas. The location made it easy to walk to many other sights. Checking in was easy and the person we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. Checking out was equally as easy and fast - using the internet. The Bellagio had everything you could ;possibly want and if I have the chance to visit Las Vegas again, I would love to stay there.

Big, beautiful, over the top in a very classy way. Relax and emjoy everything this property has to offer. Room, food, service terrific.

A really great hotel probably the best in Vegas.

My only complaint about the bellagio is that I felt I was being buckled and dimes to death. After paying for the hotel we were charged a $20/ night fee + tax for the Internet and pool (even though we didn't use it). Also there is no coffee pot in the room so you are fixed to buy their $5 cup of coffee.

We stayed here whilst on our honeymoon. We booked one of the Penthouse suites and we were not disappointed! The room and view was amazing. We didn't have a view of the fountains (pool view) but that didn't matter, the view was spectacular anyway. I loved that I could have a spa and look out over the lights of Vegas. We stayed here 3 nights and got 'VIP' service because we were in a penthouse. Free coffee, juice, water, softdrink, food, wine and chocolate covered strawberries from the VIP lounge... amazing! The staff made us feel special and were so helpful. Everything was amazing. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again. True Vegas luxury!

Fantastic hotel with unbelievably friendly and hardworking staff! Beautiful room with an even more beautiful view, great places to eat, and of course the location is unbeatable right in the middle of the strip. My new go-to place to stay when in Vegas!

Bellagio is a hotel where nothing can go wrong. The rooms are amazing and the location is great. You can really enjoy your stay there.

Totally central to everything you must see whilst in Las Vegas.cannot think of a nicer place for that special trip.Loved it!

Always amazing and a classic. Bellagio is probably the top location on the strip for both quality and convenience. The only reason I did not give it a perfect score was a lot of mold in the shower stall. Very strange considering this is always a five star experience.

It was unbelievable. Fricking AWESOME.

It was all we expected it to be, very satisfied.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at The Bellargio. Everything you need is inside. All attractions are close by. Bus stops out the front, shopping and more food options across the round. Best position on the strip.

Both nights we were kept awake until about 2:30 in the morning by rowdy neighbors. Several calls to Security had no effect. It was two extremely long nights. I expressed my thoughts to the desk upon checking out and they said they were verry sorry. We will have second thoughts about booking another stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed the stay. The choice of restaurants was great. The fitness centre was amazing. I wasn't overly impressed with the service at reception are check in and out. I felt I was just another number. I did ask for an upgrade offer but staff member didn't make me feel I should upgrade. Checking out my bill was wrong had I have not checked it I would have been paying more. The resort fee is not included so be aware. I was under the impression it was at time of booking online. Not happy

great room and hotel in general, even better lake view from the room!! excellent location !! nice comfy bed ! love the prime rib steak at the buffet !!!!

it was my 3rd time at the hotel and its always great.its almost a problem being that good, since everyone wants to stay there and wants to walk around.

We were upgraded to a fountain view corner room which was nice and spacious. The hotel is very conveniently located on the strip. Whilst the rooms are not so modern all amenities are available and housekeeping is good.

The Bellagio is in the middle of everything. The rooms and common areas were immaculate. The only downside was the smoking in the casino but it did t take away from our overall experience which was extraordinary. The amenities were excellent to include the rental car company on the grounds. We are planning to return in the next six months. We absolutely loved it!!!!!

We booked a suite at the Bellagio and it was all that was promised two bathrooms with a separate toilet for guests. Beds really comfortable and right in the centre of all the happening places. Great location.

Bellagio staff wouldn't honor the room reserved. Had to settle for what was available. A little disappointing from a 4-5 star hotel.

On the strip with the fountains right outside. Everything was outstanding. Stayed there for our wedding and didnt want to leave. I would definatly recommend the place even if the stay was costly.

Although this was an expensive hotel, it failed to impress , in terms of service , attitude, and inclusion of "resort fees' , while providing little if any additional services . The hotel is permiated by smoke from the Casino, , it's restaurants were expensive, no coffee in guest's rooms. Overall unimpressive, . Won't be returning.

Great suite- job well done.

The stay was very enjoyable. The room was incredible, from the living area - spacious, the convenience of his/her baths when rushing - whirlpool bath, steam shower perfect, to the comfort of bed - if you are tall you will thank yourself for making this choice. The hotel is basically in the middle of the strip so you are able to see everything. The food and drink was pricey but that was expected. The staff was very helpful, extremely nice and we didnt have any issues. Great ambiance and I cant wait to stay there again.

While the hotel was seemingly clean, the extra room charges (tax per day and a roll away charge per day) were ridiculous. This hotel already charges an obscene amount of money so the fact that they didn't include a roll away or warn us of the room tax in advance was ridiculous. I pulled my car up and had a ton of bags and additional items that needed to be brought up to the hotel room and after i valeted my car, no one offered to give me a cart or take anything up to my room for me. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
