Bellagio - لاس فيجاس

لقد أقمت إقامة سيئة للغاية، فلقد كان يفترض أن غرفتي هي ترقية للحجز، ولكنني كنت أقيم أعلى نادي القمار، وعلى ذلك فكنت أسمع موسيقى صاخبة طوال الليل، علاوة على ذلك فقد كان حوض الجاكوزي في غرفتي قديما ومتسخا إلى حد ما، لذا فقد كنت أستخدم الدوش فقط ( والذي كان قديما بعض الشىء أيضا). كما أنني لم يعجبني خطوات تسجيل الدخول والخروج الطويلة بالفندق.

كان الفندق يتمتع بموقع رائع وكذلك تشكيلة رائعة من الأطعمة، وكانت الغرفة قد بدأت تبدو عليها علامات القدم، حيث لا توجد شاشة تليفزيون مسطحة، كما كان الأثاث قديما، ولكن الخدمة التي قدمها لنا حمالين الحقائب بالفندق كانت سريعة وجيدة، حيث قاموا بحمل أمتعتنا إلى الغرفة، وكان هذا هو الحال مع جميع موظفي الفندق الذين قابلتهم، أما منطقة المسبح فكانت متسخة إلى حد ما، بشكل عام كانت إقامة رائعة ولكن مع وجود بعض التحسينات الطفيفة التي يحتاج إليها الفندق.

بينما كانت هناك أقسام جيدة بالفندق، إلا أن الخدمة بأغلب بارات الفندق كانت رديئة بشدة، فبعد الانتهاء من مشاهدة أحد العروض عدنا لتناول مشروب بأحد البارات هناك، ولكننا اكتشفنا أن أغلب الطاولات محجوزة، فلم يخبرنا أحد أننا نحتاج إلى عمل حجز مسبق، وسألنا إلى أين يمكننا الذهاب بعد الانتهاء من مشاهدة أي عرض، ولكنهم لم يكونا متعاونين في اقتراح أي شىء أخر، رغم أنه كان بإمكانهم أن يهتموا قليلا، ولقد كنا مجموعة مكونة من أربعة سيدات حيث أننا نسافر بصورة متكررة هنا وبالخارج، وقد قررنا جميعا أننا لن نذهب إلى هناك مرة أخرى، ثم ذهبنا إلى فندق أخر لتناول العشاء، وكانوا في غاية الكرم، إنها كانت ليلة رائعة، ولكن ليس في فندق Bellagio....

لقد حظينا بإقامة ممتعة أنا وابنتي في Bellagio، إن هذا الفندق جميل، كما كان الناس هناك في منتهى الود والتعاون.

لقد اخترنا فندق بالانجيو خصيصا بسبب العامل الأمني، فقد قيل لنا من العائلة والأصدقاء أننا سوف نشعر بالأمان هناك- ولقد شعرنا بذلك فعلا. وكانت غرفتنا الواسعة تطل على النافورة الواقعة بمنطقة الشريط الساحلي. ولقد أحببنا الجو المحيط وزهور الربيع فائقة الجمال التي توجد في الأحواض الزجاجية. وسوف نوصي بهذا الفندق بكل تأكيد.

Our view was incredible! Only way to go I recommend is Fountain View of the Strip!!

Every thing was great I just wished they wouldn't charge me for having a kettle in the room. I needed to warm up babies bottles.

It was my first time at the Bellagio, and it was a very good experience. Excellent room, good restaurants and an elegant look and feel to the whole place. I would certainly go back.

Caught a good 2 day stay at The Bellagio. Fun post fight atmosphere. Easy access to City Center properties but itself is more spacious ala Venetian/Palazzo or Wynn/Encore. Great restaurants. Overall, a classy place. Very friendly and helpful front desk/concierge staff. Got my boarding pass printed in minutes as my room did not have a printer. Loved that a 2 Queen room was not priced above the same room with a King. Bring your wife/girlfriend to The Garden.

We go to Las Vegas for the weather and the food. The Bellagio did not disappoint; we had dinner in the Picasso restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. I would stay there again.

Everything about the Bellagio was amazing. From the servic at check in, the staff throughout the hotel, the facilities and location. We will most definitely stay here next year

We were on level 22 overlooking the fountain, it was amazing to be able to watch it at all hours of the day

We were so pleased with all aspects of our stay at the Bellagio. Truly a lovely, well-maintained, nice amenities with a contemporary vibe. Pool area was awesome.we had a great view of the fountains and other hotels on the strip. M

I dropped quality of service to 4 only because the check in/registration desk is a mad house. There were plenty of employees there to check you in, but there was an individual line for each person at the registration desk and they were all long! Be prepared to wait and lament about picking the wrong line. They've got to do something about registration, but otherwise the hotel was simply fantastic.

The service was great. The room was clean and comfortable except for the bed pillows. I would stay there again.

Overall very nice, but enough of the "Resort Fee!" Just add it to the price of the room upfront. I'm 50, the only "resort" I used was the bar and Blackjack table, and that sure wasn't worth $35/ day.

Not as sleek/modern as Wynn & slightly older clientèle but still very nice

I have wanted to stay here for a long time. There is no denying the hotel is beautiful but it was absolutely jam packed! The service was awful, it took 2 hours for our bags to be delivered to our room when we checked in. We waited for the 2 hrs in the room, I phoned down 3 times & when they were finally delivered the guy said we hadn't been in & it was our fault!! Too many rooms for there to be any level of good service unfortunately. But the rooms were gorgeous!

Fantastic experience at the Bellagio....as always. Enjoyed the pool, spa, food, Cirque, fitness area, beautiful surroundings, customer service, etc. I only stay at this hotel whenever traveling to Vegas. Recommend it to everyone. Entire hotel is crazy clean and it amazes me how the cigarette smoke form the casino does not permeate the air. Hotel emenities and attention to detail - including the exceptional customer service from any employee we encountered - gives the Bellagio a top rating.

Top notch property! Even though it is 15 years old, it is still right up there with the most elegant and luxurious properties in Vegas. Restaurants were wonderful, founatain shows speak for themselves, and the pool area felt like I had been transported to a Greek garden

The bellagio is a gorgeous hotel, and the star of the show are the fountains. We fell in love with the fountains on a previous trip, so we decided to stay in a room that overlooked the fountains on this recent trip. We booked a deluxe fountain view room to ensure we had a great view from our room...however, when we checked in we were given a room on the seventh floor. Unfortunately, this nearly ruined our trip since all we could see was the back of the restaurants and shops that surround lake bellagio. When we pleaded with the front desk to be moved to a room with a better view, we were told that there weren't any other rooms, and that we "technically" could see the fountains when they shot up in the air. My only complaint is that we were charged (a lot) more to be in a deluxe fountain view room, and could not see anything. Buyer beware if this is what you are looking for.

Our first time is this hotel, we had great time as a family. I felt secure and well taking care, so in our next trip we woul definitely will stay with in your hotel. Thank you for doing a great job.

Our room was very nice, the hotel is beautiful, and a good location in the middle of the strip. I would stay there again.

Located center strip. Lovely, classy rooms, great bathroom. Lovely pool area packed or empty when city is windy. Be aware of $25 per day resort fee paid by every room. Do not open fridge or you will be charged for touching it. Made good on $100 credit but some how seems cheesy to use in nice restaurant. Food never as good as ny or Chicago despite big name restauranteurs. The trip to room is long and always have to walk through large casino. Not the place for anyone under 18 because of this. Shows were well worth the price.

Nice Place. Lengthy walks to everything though. Not that easy to get around as a guest.

We will come back! My minor complaint is that the glass doors were dirty with figure prints, especially going to the pools.
