Relatively closer to Batu caves. The Ampang Park LRT station is right next to the hotel. The Petronas twin towers is at a walking distance from the Hotel. The KL tower and the Bukit Bintan shopping district are easily reachable. Unfortunately there was noisy renovation work going on during our stay.

Location is ideal for business meeting at Jalan Ampang area, KLCC. Cafes and restaurants are plentiful in the vicinity. Transportation is convenient. Hotel concierge service is helpful and efficient. However, the rooms are quite old and not ideally maintain, as compared to Hotel Intercontinental overseas. Breakfast cafe and food spread average scale, more to the 4 stars grade. Chinese restaurant on the second level does not serve food according to the 5 star hotel presentation and taste. Need to be improved.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortabe bed. Well located for the MRT. Great service. Very pleased to have chosen The Intercontinental and will return again soon.

Excellent hotel! very very clean and excellent staff so very helpful. Provide free shuttle service to KLCC and Petronas even though its ten mins walk. Great for every type of person wanting to stay in KL.

In this hotel, I felt safe and happy. Because the hotel staff is always smile, decent and quick. Concierge knew very update knowledge. The room was roomy, the bed was .enough wide. The bathroom was...I thought they could clean it more, but enough clean. Water provided 2 bottles everyday and Concierge negotiated the taxi fare. The location was very good. I could walk to KLCC in 5 mins and the station was next door. There are some restaurant near the hotel, like local food restaurants and Mcdonalds. just 3 mints walk. In the room, I could not hear any noise during the stay. It is important to stay at hotel. I can recommend this hotel for the tourrists.

I was impressed with this hotel. First, its location is quite convenient... it's adjacent to the Ampang Park LRT station and a 5-minute walk to the KLCC (including Petronas Towers and Surya Mall)... certainly not the worst part of KL. Second, this chain of hotels is Japanese... this translates into excellent service as well as Japanese-style equipment in the room and bathroom, the attention to details is evident. The comparisons with Japan stop there, however, as the main room and bathroom were very spacious, the bathroom even having both a tub and a separate shower area. Third, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Usually, I am not the kind of traveler to spend much time and money on hotel-provided breakfast as I prefer to grab food on the road, especially in Asian countries. However, breakfast was included with my rate so I thought I would give it a chance... I am happy I did, nice way to start the day... and I was back on the following morning. If available, I would recommend booking the room with both internet and breakfast included... as they can be quite pricey if charged individually. Last, the hotel itself is pleasing... the lobby, the outdoor waterfall area, the swimming pool and the rooms all have some style, which contributes to the overall experience. In conclusion, I would greatly recommend this place to travelers visiting KL unless on a tight budget. It's not particularly cheap but I still found the overall value high enough to justify the cost.

Room was nice, except for the bathtub, which seems to be old and stains. breakfast was disappointing, food was constantly running out..

The Nikko is good value if you book thru hotels.com, but not if you pay the hotel's published rate. Great choice at buffet breakfast. Housekeeping a little uneven - but generally room was kept clean. Bed was v comfy. Service a little uneven too, some staff smile alot but don't really listen. I stayed at the Nikko nearly 10 years ago, when it was managed by JAL and it felt more like a five-star hotel then. I understand it's since been sold to an Indonesian chain. Charging for internet use at the business centre was just tacky - 1 ringgit per minute. Changi Airport provides the service free to transit passengers! Good Japanese restaurant 'Benkay' although the tea was cold - again, uneven seems to be the key adjective! Overall, I'd still recommend it - just to be fair :-)

I had good stay in Hotel Nikko. When i checked in, the front desk staff told me that the hotel was running full so he upgraded me which was nice. The room was big and quite clean. But I do not like the mirror on the wall that was facing the bed. I also think the pillows could kill your neck and your sleep eventually. Breakfast was ok. But it was understaff, so tables were all messy. i could not find a table and I have to get the captain to help because the waiters and waitresses were busy. I was driven around KL but I could not see the train statiom from the hotel so I wondered how accessible it is.

I got a great price on the room. The food buffet was great. The only problem is that if you use the internet or Business Services , it gets a little pricy.

The worst 5 starts hotel I have ever stayed. Very dirty, smelly, dusty, can see some mold in the bathroom. Housekeeping staffs not good at all. Room lack of maintenance, a lot of bulbs was not function, bathroom door can not close properly. shower water very low.After I complain, they fix it. I do not know what their housekeeping manager do? Beautiful property, at very good location, but very bad housekeeping staff. They even tried to open my door when I took afternoon nap without knocking and greet housekeeping, with the do not disturb sign on. Everyday need to ask for the complimentary water, and shower gel, crazy housekeeping management.

Good location, excellent hotel facilities (gym, spa, excutive lounge). The service staff at the Nikko Executive Lounge were simply amazing. Highly recommended.

This hotel has impeccable service from reception to house keeping . The buffet breakfast is of a high standard with a good spread. Its location is only a mere 10 mins stroll to KLCC. For those who do not like walking, there is a free shuttle bus that leaves hourly for KLCC.

Comfort Room and very strategic location, only a few footstep to LRT station. Swimming pool old design (1980's), fitness centre just fine. Overall Nice!

The reception are moderately helpful but generally all of them act like they are fed up. The concierge team are extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast is great and room service food is of a very high standard albeit the food was sometimes warm rather than hot. The room was really nice, internet was a bit slow with no wifi. Housekeeping was generally poor, twice I was given new sheets that had blood stains on them, both teh pillow case and sheet. It's clear that the sheets were newly cleaned but the stains were permanent. The location is OK but its not really walking distance to anywhere of note. Although it is right beside metro station and not too far from main shopping/central district. Overall the staff were friendly, food was good and rooms were nice. But stained sheets twice is a big enough issue to dissuade me from recommending hotel to friends or family. Great value though nonetheless.

Price reasonably with spacious room particularly a king size bed that is good for 4 person. Easy access just next to LRT station and buses passing by. Breakfast is excellence with wide selection from India, Chinese, Malay, Japanese & western food. Shuttle bus service to KLCC and Bukit Bintang will save money and time in bargining with taxi driver.

Easy walking distance to the MRT. No need to spend lots of time with a taxi, but if necessary, they are ready to take you where you want to go. This is a great hotel. One of the best in KL.

４月に６泊すごしたが、ロビーが改装工事中で昼間は騒音がうるさかった。しかし一番不愉快だったのが夜のダンス音楽の騒音で低いベースの音が私達の１８階の部屋まで鳴り響いていた。マネージャーに電話でその旨を伝えると朝の1時には終わると言われ電話を切られた。しかし朝の２時になっても、まだ音楽のベースのドンドンと音が鳴り響いていた。それが毎晩のように続いたのでけっこう寝不足になった。その問題が無ければけっこう良かったんだけど....ここに泊まる際は耳栓を忘れずに.....

整体很不错，早餐一般．交通方便．可以步行到ｋｌｃｃ．

처음에 예약할 당시에 옆 건물 리노베이션으로 시끄러울수 있다고 안내를 해 줫었는데, 전혀 시끄럽지 않았구요. 화장실이 제가 가본 호텔중에 젤 크고 좋았어요. KLCC 다음 역 (ampang park 역인가?) 에서 나오면 바로 보이구요. 걸어서 KLCC 를 갈수 있어요. 저희가 도착했을때는 비가와서 KLIA express 로 센트럴에 가서, 센트럴에서 암팡 파크 역에 가서 비 좀 맞구 걸어갔거든요. 길만 건너면 바로 호텔이 있어요. 서비스도 좋구요. 방에 있던 무료 물과 만다린 오렌지도 여행객들에게는 너무 좋앗습니다. 호텔닷컴으로 가격도 싸게 예약했고, 전반적으로 만족했어요. 오전비행기라 새벽에 나가서 조식을 못 먹은건 아쉽네요.

Bonjour Tout d'abord je souhaite vous dire que se n'est pas la 1er choix que je vais dans cet hôtel. Je ne suis pas adepte des commentaires par contre la je suis dans l'obligation de donner mon avis Cet hôtel n'a plus rien avoir l'ancien nikkos hôtel car ils ont change de propriétaire Les personnes a l'accueil sont vraiment désagréable ils ne sont pas a l'écoute, plus ils vous prennent de haut et ils rigolent sur vous. C'est vraiment la dernière fois que je vais dans cet hôtel

Natürlich liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und ist komfortabel. Enttäuscht war ich jedoch über den Empfang. Ich bin Platinmember dieser Hotelkette und hätte mich über eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in meinem Zimmer gefreut; leider vergebens. Offenbar ist es lediglich üblich, den Statusgästen ein etwas größeres Zimmer oder ein Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk zu geben. Insgesamt eine etwas enttäuschende Erfahrung.

駅に近いこと、シャトルバスがＫＬＣＣ、ブキッ・ビンタン方面へ出ていて、観光に便利でした。 ホテルスタッフがみなさんとてもフレンドリーでサービスもよかった。

部屋が広く浴室には清潔なタブとカラスドアーのシャワーがあり快適なバスタイムが味わえる。 とりわけベッドの寝心地は布団のせいか大変良い。 ただミニ冷蔵庫が全く冷えないので水やくだものを冷やすことが出来なかった。 近くにナシ・カンダールと云うローカルレストランがありローカルフードも味わえ、ＫＬＣＣに徒歩で簡単に行くことが出来て大変便利、ちなみに隣に鉄道の駅もある。 スタッフの対応も良好。

今月一杯でJAL系列ではなくなるニッコーに泊まろうと思って予約しました。日本人による応対は無かったのですが、スタッフの対応も良く、部屋（３人でエクストラベッドを入れるとちょっと狭かったですが・・・)もそこからの景色も良く、満足の行く滞在でした。朝食もバフェも種類、味共に宜しかったです。系列が外れても同じサービスが続くのかしら？とちょっと思いました・・・。

Vi valde detta hotell som ett stopp på vår smekmånad, och vi kunde inte vara mer nöjda! Hotellet är helt fantastiskt lyxigt! Vill du lyxa till det lite extra under din semester så rekommenderas detta hotell starkt!

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, σε καλή περιοχή, κοντά στο μετρό, δίπλα στους Πύργους Πετρόνας, πολύ καλό πρωινό και εξυπηρέτηση, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, απλά δε θα πρότεινα να κλείνατε από εκεί ταξί
