Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg - هامبورج

SAS Radisson was very nice - as usual. In bruxelles there are expressomachine in the room. It was the only thing I missed in Hamburg.

Great hotel. Cheap massage. Free WIFI.

I am used to much better rooms at Radisson so it was a little disappointing.

We stayed in the Radisson Blu for 3 nights. We had a room on the 10th Floor so the view was spectacular. It's an easy walk into the main part of town and there are two train stations just minutes away. The spa is very nice too.

everything was truely excellent. the staff was so good and they helped me with everything. it was my second visit n i am sure whenever i go to Germany then I will stay at this hotel. thnk to all the staff. its really worth it to go on holiday just to stay at this hotel. :D

Fantastic view, quite silent rooms, really comfortable beds (with three pillows), very clean and ok prices in the minibar. I would have appreciated to have some more TV-channels that are not dubbed in German. There were only a few (3) hangers so it's not that easy to unpack your clothes. A chest of drawers would have been nice. The restaurant food in the hotel was ok, even though I didn't get the dish I ordered. Not that many vegetarian dishes on their a la carte menu, but they had a nice breakfast buffet. Stabile wireless internet connection. Very friendly and nice staff in the reception. The hotel is located 1-2 min walk from the train station and 3 min away from the metro station, which is very good. A lot of taxi's available just outside the hotel, didn't need to pre-order one.

we had a very nice four days, the hotel is beautiful and at a very convenient location, only 50 yards from dammtor bahnhof,the staff were very helpful and professional ,the rooms were so comfy ,

All we can say is WOW! We stayed on the 12th floor and what a fantastic view day and night. The location was better than we realized 10 min walking to DOM & Alster/Rathaus/Jungfernsteig shopping & about 20 min to the Port and St. Michaels the Dammtor Train Station is right outside the hotel which is convenient for a late night snack and you don't hear it at the hotel. Christmas Markets were festive. Nice mini bar w/refrigerator and free umbrellas to use. Soaps and towels replenished everyday. So nice we just can't say that enough.

Nice hotel, fancy altogether. Breakfast was 22 Euro, didn't even look at it but know that it is not worth it. They have a small gym and such but didnt try it. Close to the subway so not bad situation. The area around maybe not so nice to wonder alone in the night. Park af blumen lies next to the hotel and was nice. Party travelers

This hotel was clean, well-run and extremely conveniently located for the Messe. It was of a good all-round standard. The rooms were well appointed and of a reasonable size. The food at Trader Vics and the buffet breakfast were both very good. Another positive sign is that it is used by flight crews from flag carrying airlines, and they never stay in poor hotels! I'd recommend this hotel to others.

usually i would give this hotel 10 out 10 but there is one major problem. there is no access for handicap or children with stroller.

great food, lovely staff, gym is clean with good equipment, quick elevators, very happy with all aspects of stay, would highly recommend

We were in Hamburg for the second time, the first at the Radison. The hotel is in a great position, close to the park, which gives you traffic free access to most of the city and also a main staion for the Hamburg transport network. Within easy walking distance from the Aster and all its bars and eating places. A great breakfast and rooms with fantastic views (from the higher floors) its a good weekend visit base. The only down side to this hotel is its size, I know its only a small issue, but the toiletries were not replaced when the room was made up, we mentioned it to the front desk (4 times) but nothing hapened, in the end we just took what we need from the floor store each night......just a tad to impersonal.

The hotel advertises a 100% satisfaction scheme, but their service did not live up to that high standard. MInibar was empty upon arrival and was not refilled during 3 nights, room service slow first time, second time not good, cutlery missing etc. and apple tart not cooked properly. Toilet paper rolls although almost empty, not replaced and no spare rolls. Everytime had to remind them. Rooms are so modern, all design but not pratical....hardly any draws to store clothes. However, location is great and we had a wonderful view from 23rd floor after having paid an upgrade to a Business room. Prefer you do not post this comment, but a your Fivestar member I want you to know.

Great hotel, very comfortable and good price. Super comfy beds. Close to U station.

Perfect location and as its the tallest building in Hamburg no fear of getting lost. Located next to one of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen. And only a few minutes away from the centre. The undergrround station is conveniently located next to the hotel so easy access to and from the airport. On the down side, the service at the hotel bar left a little to be desired. You could wait ten to fifteen minutes before you got served.

The hotel is nice, the room very clean, I don't like the window between bbathroom and bedroom. but overall Ilike the room and hotel.

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in during our visit to Europe.

Absolutely recommendable. Do not hesitate to eat in the restaurant either. Clean rooms, great location and good service.

We've stayed in many hotels throughout the world and the Radisson Blu in Hamburg ranks in my top 5. The staff were all very helpful and this modern hotel has a relaxed feel to it. Situated seconds from the train station and within walking distance of many of the local attractions. Highly recommend if your looking for a hotel with some style, this is not your typical 'chain' hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here, very good for all the things you need to see and do in Hamburg, we arrived slightly before check in and the hotel were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early- didn’t have the breakfast so cant comment but all other facilities were of a top standard

fantastic hotel, great staff, very modern hotel, great sauna and steam room and a wonderful breakfast both mornings with an extensive array of food and drinks to choose from. When booking this hotel online i would recommend choosing a room with plus internet and breakfast as it is really worth it! and one last thing it is near planten un blomen - one of the most beautiful gardens i have ever seen!

Very modern hotel, clean and quite. Only complaint is that when we were there the free wifi did not work on the floor we were on. The hotel was about 10 mins from the shopping area and about 15-20 mins from the town hall. It's a beautiful city. Our breakfast was included in our stay and there was heaps to choose from.

Hotel staff were very helpful. Room great.. Hotel very close to all shops and restaurants and places of interest. Enjoyed the hotel and ofcourse fabulous Hamburg

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for one night. The staff were professional and spoke flawless English. The room was comfortable but unfortunately two single beds had been pushed together to make a queen, leaving a small gap to fall through in the middle. The design was modern and striking but sadly the 1970s artex ceiling had not been replaced. The en suite was a good size and had a proper bath. The view over the city was excellent, the hotel is very convenient for the S-Bahn and the botanical gardens are very close by but there were no enticing restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Our stay was rounded off with a good if unexciting continental breakfast.

Lovely hotel, great location. Park right beside the hotel as is train station. 5 min walk to great selection of restaurants. Spectacular views across the lake from hotel room which was very comfortable.

The room had a connecting door that only the hotel can lock. I checked in late and did not check the door, but thankfully put a suitcase in front of the connecting door. At 3:30 am the neighbor opened the connecting door but thankfully could not open it all the way because of the suitecase. I called the front desk to fix the situation immediately since I could not lock the door myself. I waited 15 minutes and still no word from the hotel. I called again and was told the door was now locked from the other side (it was not audible that they locked the door from the other side) and the neighbor had to change rooms. The hotel did not want to disturbe me a second time and therefor did not let me know that the door was now locked. Great, as if I'd go back to sleep before I knew the door was now locked. No word of apology or follow-up from the management after that. I did make sure before leaving to speak to a manager to let him know since guests cannot lock the doors themselves - scary. The hotel also gave out 50% coupons for one of the restaurants. The coupon stated that it cannot be used with other coupons, but nothing else. When we got the menue, we received a special menue with weekly features. We ordered from the special menue and when it came to pay were told that we could not use the coupon for the special menue, our waiter had left by then and the new waiter only said that the first waiter should have told us that - turned out every guest got 50% off - with or without the coupon - but there was never any mention that the special menue was not included. The hotel has been recently remodeled and over all they did a very good job, but there was also still construction noise (after 5 pm and two mornings) - between 30 and 60 minutes only, but still annoying.

Hotel was undergoing renovation so many services were unavailable. I had to change 2 rooms before a working wireless internet connection happened. Some services unavailable in the hotel due to renovation. The quality was good in general of services, food, etc. Location is good.

Very convienient location. Just one stop from main train station, and 500 feet from a main metro stop. Hotel was still in process of construction but that was no problem. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Short walk over bridge to center of city.

Lækkert hotel med imponerende god morgenbuffet, gåafstand til shopping og spisesteder en masse og med rigtig flotte og rene værelser. Super både til ferie og business.

wir haben 2 nächte gebucht. sehr schönes hotel, super lage, in der nähe s-bahn und u-bahn.nur, am zweitem tag war kein zimmerservice in unserem zimmer. also, alte handtücher, bett nicht gemacht, das ist ein dicker minus für ein **** hotel.

Havde en enkelt overnatning på dette smukke hotel. Flotte værelser med flot udsigt over byen. Super god service fra hotellets personale i alle sammenhænge

Dejligt hotel, god beliggenhed, super morgenmadsbuffet og internet på værelset. Parkering i kælderen. Der var en smuk park som nabo til hotellet. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Alles war gut; das Hotel liegt perfekt: Nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Jungfernstieg.
