Lovely hotel but lobby disappointing. Room allocated was on 27th floor with no Wi Fi so asked to move. Ended up with room behind lift which was spacious but noisy so disappointed given cost. Breakfast good but would suggest eating brunch out. Spa not really a luxury experience as treatment expensive and therapist inexperienced. Long walk into centre but next to train station.

I stayed here for 3 nights during the Hamburg Marathon weekend, the hotel is ideally situated for transport links (the dammtor station is just a moments walk outside) and the messe (conference centre) for the marathon start/finish and expo just a 10 minute walk through the wonderful gardens. The room was very comfortable and modern, the bed was fantastic and had the chocie of 4 different pillows for those who can't quite the right one. My only complaint would be the cost of breakfast 25EUR which is astronomical and not worth paying if you just want cereal and the fact the dammtor station is within earshot if you have your room windows open. So if your looking for complete tranquility then this may not be the hotel for you. but then it is a inner city hotel and you should expect these things. in summary, I would gladly stay here again, and recommend it to other travellers.

Comfortable hotel, with very friendly staff. Excellent location with an great view to the Alster river. Close to main attractions. Breakfast is a bit overpriced at 26 euros, that some other customers also said to me who stayed at the Hotel. However, there are many nice places walking distance that offer good alternatives. The description of the hotel is misleading by saying that health club comprises a 14-metre pool--there is NO pool, which I was looking forward to! The room was very comfortable and the view was great. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

Good view from Hotel room, dissapointed in condition of room, there was black scuff marks on a number of the walls particularly in the bathroom which I would have expected to have been cleaned off or painted over. No milk cartons in the room just powered coffee cream which mabe ok for coffee but not for tea. Did ask for some at reception as was told they only had powder! Good selection for breakfast but then I would expect this for the price.

This is a hotel very conveniently located by the underground and train station. Staff very friendly, the atmosphere at the hotel was good, not biased with certain type of customers. Their lobby and bar area was lovely though it's not typical luxury, it's modern cool. Everywhere around the hotel was clean. The room was again not luxury but lovely with comfy bed. The room with a king bed had a bath tub. Small bathroom but not disappointing at all. From 24th floor, the night view of hamburg was pretty too.

Great hotel, perfect central location, free use of gym, sauna and steam room! room was clean with great views of the city and river. Hotel has two fantastic restaurants. I have already book a second visit at this hotel and will stay here whenever I return to Hamburg.

The stay at the Radisson Blu hotel in Hamburg was excellent. the staff were all very friendly and helpful and all spoke very good english. The location of the hotel was great, with a main station about 3-5 minutes walk, and the city centre about 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great choice of cooked and continental food which should satisfy most people if not all. The hotel has recently been refurbished, so the decor is modern, the only fault was lack of drawer space (none) which ment you had to use the wardrobe or your suitacse, saying that we will certainly use the hotel again.

Very good location next to bahnhof and short walk to Ulster and City centre. Good size room but apart from hanging space, no cupboards, drawers or shelves, had to live out of suitcases. Very small bathroom (shower, no tub) and no surface area for toiletries. One small towel rail for hand towels, bath towels etc hung over shower door. Poor room service, used items such as teabags, face cloths etc not replenished and in spite of complaining on first morning, had to ask every day. In-room facilities and the small details no better than 3 star.

This hotel is located right next to Dammtor S-Bahn station so it is really easy to get there from the airport. Public areas are spacious and stylish, staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke faultless English despite my speaking to them in German. Buffet breakfast was high quality with a wide selection of dishes. Rooms nicely decorated and well-equipped but I was not keen on the wooden flooring because everything sticks to your bare feet and ends up in your bed. Also, the window from the bedroom into the bathroom may not appeal to everyone, especially as the blind is controlled from the bedroom ans not by the occupier of the bathroom. Wierd. Other than that, fantastic hotel.

Excellent location for Hamburg and the Christmas markets. Dammtor station next door useful for cheap eating.

I love this hotel, it's business minded and functions flawlessly, service is always spot on, helpful and English is excellent. Even the basic rooms are great, spacious and clean, the high floors meant I had a great view. The gym is small but functional, the breakfast full with options and I was really impressed with the food at filini restaurant. I travel for work and have been spoilt with American hotels, but the Radisson ticked every box. It will now be my go to Hamburg hotel. Recommended.

Had great time, the hotel is top notch and very appealing in both hospitality and the location. Loved being able to walk to the Convention Center without the need to get out on the street!

Really nice service, great breakfast ,amazing views

As indicated by the ratings given, we were very happy with our stay at the Radisson. The staff were most pleasant and helpful, the hotel very comfortable and our room cleaned to a high standard. We liked the area where the hotel is located, beside beautiful gardens and it's close proximity to Dammtor station was a bonus.

The location is prime, the hotel is clean, modern and cool. We didn't eat at the resturant but we used the gym and it was totally sufficient. I would certainly recommend this to any business traveller to Hamburg.

The hotel is excellent. One incident indicated how good they were. My girlfriend had a facial which was not satisfactory and a bit unprofessional. She was not going to complain, but the hotel staff asked. Then, she told them about her issues, and they took it seriously and did not charge us for the facial. Only issue was that they use trainees or apprentices to do some of the work, and their work could be less than satisfactory. Overall, the hotel was great, and we both loved our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room had all modern amenities without being sterile.

Had a lovely stay here. Everything was perfect except the sheets on the bed which I found a little rough. If you're a person that likes sleeping with a window open, noise can be a factor too — once the windows shut though, and the aircon on, there should be no problem!

Great location, fantastic view of the city. Walking distance to downtown. Great Staff, perfect cleanliness. Highly recommend.

This is a very good hotel for either business or leisure purposes. Very nice breakfast rooms are comfortable though shower is rather complex to operate and has one of those really annoying soap holders where the soap falls through the grill all the time.The hotel is well located although when I stayed there were a lot of roadworks going on nearby. There is a train station right next door otherwise you need to use a taxi to reach most areas of interest.

The room needed a good dusting - that's the problem with wooden floors and shiney surfaces. Also when I called down for some milk for my tea I got an engineer arriving to fix a coffee machine but we didn't have a coffee machine and never did get any milk. But hotel is in excellent location and we loved the city.

Excellence, although room service finishes very early.

a bit costly - other than that very good

we just stayed one night on a stopover but I would return. Very nice spa area, and a good business hotel. The surrounding area is nice with a park for running right next to the hotel. Not much shopping or things to see near the hotel so be prepared to travel a bit to get to the touristy areas

The room was very clean and comfortable but the bathroom needed more counter space for 2 people's bath stuff. Loved the room darkening drapes and the botanical garden next door.

I am used to much better rooms at Radisson so it was a little disappointing.

We stayed in the Radisson Blu for 3 nights. We had a room on the 10th Floor so the view was spectacular. It's an easy walk into the main part of town and there are two train stations just minutes away. The spa is very nice too.

everything was truely excellent. the staff was so good and they helped me with everything. it was my second visit n i am sure whenever i go to Germany then I will stay at this hotel. thnk to all the staff. its really worth it to go on holiday just to stay at this hotel. :D

Fantastic view, quite silent rooms, really comfortable beds (with three pillows), very clean and ok prices in the minibar. I would have appreciated to have some more TV-channels that are not dubbed in German. There were only a few (3) hangers so it's not that easy to unpack your clothes. A chest of drawers would have been nice. The restaurant food in the hotel was ok, even though I didn't get the dish I ordered. Not that many vegetarian dishes on their a la carte menu, but they had a nice breakfast buffet. Stabile wireless internet connection. Very friendly and nice staff in the reception. The hotel is located 1-2 min walk from the train station and 3 min away from the metro station, which is very good. A lot of taxi's available just outside the hotel, didn't need to pre-order one.

we had a very nice four days, the hotel is beautiful and at a very convenient location, only 50 yards from dammtor bahnhof,the staff were very helpful and professional ,the rooms were so comfy ,
