met our needs... very easy access from the east. Clean and affordable. The indoor pool was welcomed, after a long walk in the city...

I really liked it and the staff was very good. The dude running the breakfast area always seemed in a bad though and could smile a bit more. He was a contrast in comparison to some of the supporting staff in the breakfast area.

Excellent hotel. Bad neighborhood by Quebec City standards, not bad by other major city standards. Close to old part of city, but requires travel by car or bus to get to the historical sites. Few parking options

The hotel is well located, not far from old québec and saint jean-baptiste. The neighbourhood is quiet. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, nice pool and spa. Breakfast is good and employees take care of custommers.

Stayed many times and always a consistent good stay. Friendly and helpful staff in French of English.

We chose this hotel b/c we were booking the night before we came to Quebec city and needed the cheapest place with a high level of comfort, excellent reviews and within walking distance of the Old, Lower town. It's right outside the City wall! :) I didn't go w the hostel or airbnb (which i like doing) b/c this was my friend's first out-of-the country experience and I wanted to make sure nothing would go wrong and that the stay would be comfortable. This hotel is located in the Upper town just minutes from major streets you'd visit and a 15-20 min walk to the lower town. Take the bus. It's 15 min and reliable. The staff from the valet to the front desk to the servers are all helpful, knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Morning breakfast was the best continental, complimentary breakfast i've ever had at a hotel due to the nice food layout, quality, seating and service. Nothing could go wrong with your stay here. My only complaint is that they charge you an arm and a leg for in-room internet. They have free internet on 3 computers, one printer and high speed in the lobby but still. Free TV to compensate I guess. Stay here. It's lovely and quiet. Has a boutique hotel feeling at this location instead of a hotel chain feel. There's a pool and hot tub too.

Room was comfortable and in good shape. Shower worked well. Coffee and Tea in room was a nicefeature. Front desk was friendly. Pool was cool, hot tub was just right. On site restaurant provided a good Sunday Morning Buffet.

We were there for a hockey tournament, couldn't have been happier with our stay. Room clean, bed comfortable, delicious coffee in the room, always fresh towels available, the kids loved the pool. And the location was superb! Literally 10 minutes from everything! Easy access to the expressways & walking distance to the downtown. A definite 5 in my book, will stay there again for sure.

The hotel is clean. The room we stayed in was spacious and reasonably priced. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We booked through an online service that neglected to mention a $20 fee for hotel valet parking as there is only street parking in the area. The indoor pool is pretty, but small and heavily chlorinated. The restaurant is typical of hotels and is medium to high priced (especially breakfast). Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, attentive and bilingual. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Great hotel, we stayed on business floor and couldn't have been happier with our room! A few disappoints, they only have valet and the front entrance is actually on the side and the streets are all one way so you have to go around the block to leave your car. Also when we checked in the guy at the front desk gave us the wrong room # so we went up to the wrong floor and tried to " break in " to some else's room, aside from then we would definitely go back!!

I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. The service was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

we really enjoyed our stay,vert comfortable.we like to walk it was a good 30 mins from old Quebec.Which gave us the chance to discover new resturants and take some great photos.we will be back.

This hotel was centraly locate, clean, and service was efficient and friendly. Liked the valet parking, and the fact that the hotel would accommodate for a longer stay. Close to a few quaint restaurants and walking distance to the old centre. I will return to this hotel on my next stay.

Very friendly service, comfortable room, easy to get to

Clean hotel, nice location although quite small. my room had a round table and 2 chairs...but not enough space to pull out the chair from the table and obviously not enough to sit. At the end it was taking space and it had no other use then a table to drop your wallet and keys. As in many other hotels, there is no electricity available near the bed to work on your laptop. Finally, since it is downtown, add 20$ to the price for the parking. Overall, quite satisfied

The hotel was very clean and the management was very friendly. They have a nice breakfast buffet for about 14 dollars Canadian. I have never slept at a hotel with as comfortable as a bed. They have tempur-pedic mattresses. It is a little bit of a walk if you want to the old down, but not to bad and considering the lack of parking at the top of the hill it is not to bad.

This hotel was conveniently situated in downtown Quebec. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The room was great with an in room safe, fridge and robes for the pool. We didn't stay in our rooms much but would stay here again.

Overall the service is good.

The parking is a total rip off. You have no option. Only valet parking, 20$ plus taxes.

The BW Plus Centre-Ville gives a good impression. It has a little touch of elegance in it's traditional style decor. The valet service is convenient and the parking rate is reasonable if you're driving. If you're arriving by air then don't worry about a car just make sure you have good walking shoes packed. The only drawback to this hotel is the location. It is somewhat removed from everything and so you'll find you need to do quite a bit of walking. Our family used 2 separate rooms during our stay. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, with updated bathrooms that are very clean. Overall we were pleased with our stay. The on premise restaurant makes it convenient to get a good breakfast or a nice dinner if you don't want to venture into Old Town where the restaurants are abundant. The staff was efficient and helpful and looked after our requests during our stay.

The business section was very comfortable, especially the large showers. Breakfast although a little pricey was so filling that you could go through dinner very easily. The cafe can do with bettr choices and fresher backed good products. The croissants and muffins were more on the dry side and seemed a day old. Cafe can do with a toaster oven rather than a micro.

Excellent service, very good room. Good place to stay if you don't mind 15-20 minutes walk to the upper town.

The room was small but it was clean and it had a very nice bathroom. The bed was a 4.5 out of 5. The front desk staff was extremely nice and informative. The walk to Old Quebec took about 15 mins, but it is uphill. We didn't eat at the new restaurant or use the pool.
