If you're looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel, keep on looking. If you're looking for a great value in a family friendly, safe neighborhood with easy access to the Interstate, this is your hotel. We had an inside access room, which made trips to the pool with my daughter that much easier. Nice pool. The free breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, along with the usual continental breakfast fare. Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean but definitely not fancy. There was a little bit a paint on the tub left over from when they repainted the bathroom. The faucet on the tub leaked a little. The room came with a small refrigerator and microwave. Made snacking for our family a little easier. Very easy access to I-44. Short drive to the Arch downtown, and reasonable access to 6-Flags and Meramec Caverns (which we took in). We paid for our room ahead of time and got a great rate. We will definitely stay here again if we need a room in the area. Again, if you're looking for an upscale hotel, keep looking. If you're looking for a great value for a family, this is it.

Being able to have my whole family in one room was the biggest reason I stayed. I kind of knew what I was getting into - a Days Inn is not top of the line accommodations. It is a two star hotel that meets expectations. The facility was interesting in that the pool and other play areas were indoors and could have been a great thing - but based on the condition of the rest of the building I was a little suspect of going in the pool. Nothing particularly bad - but nothing particularly good.

My son and his 4 friends really enjoyed themselves in the big pool and arcade room! Although the lobby could be updated it's still a gr8t place to stay!!! The staff was wonderful. the rooms are very nice and updated.Our iron broke the night b4 we were supposed to leave so we let the front desk know that we needed it cause we were going to church in the AM. The lady said that we wouldn't get it til after 9:30am. But to no avail it came maybe 15 mins after we spoke! she put a rush on it cause we were going to church!!! Just wonderful!!! I certainly will stay again!

Our kids loved this hotel. There's an indoor playground, pool, and giant chess set. It was especially great for my early riser who could get up and do something (with me) for the hour before the rest of the family woke up. That said, the layout of the hotel is very strange. There are random carpeted platforms (abandoned mini-golf concept? lots of venues for tiny bands?) around the periphery of the hallways and the main space is cavernous, lit by flickering fluorescents and broken into myriad compartments by latticework fences. One of our rooms was standard issue budget hotel, the other had been given a very, very heavy dose of pine air freshener. Overall, I recommend for any family who is not picky and who has active kids. Call hotel directly -- they have some good looking suites that didn't show up as clear options on my Internet search.

We were very unhappy with our stay at the Days Inn. During the course of my 3 day stay, I changed rooms 3 times. None of the pictures on the website look anything like the hotel that we stayed in. The hotel had a horrible leak and there was water dripping in numerous spots all around the hotel. You could just hear it running into the building like there was no roof. There was no hot water in one of the rooms I stayed in. The rooms on the outside of the building were very cold and uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

We had my daughter's 10th birthday party here. We had access to an extra room to run in. We brought a dozen beach balls and balloons. There was a playground the girls made up characters and acted them out. There was an arcade and multiple places to set up a birthday party table(s), a giant chess set and gazebo. I can't forget about the star of the show was the pool - we stayed and played for 5 hours and again the next morning. I was especially happy with the kindness of the people which includes the breakfast lady. They even had a deck of cards for us for use at the front desk. I felt that they were happy to have us there. Always a plus. My daughter had a GREAT time.

The only downside to the hotel is the smoking rooms doesnt have connecting doors. The hotels.com rep that booked this hotel which i told him I wanted to be on the main freeway that we was traveling on and I wanted a Super8 didnt know until i got the confirmation. I was a good 5 miles off of my freeway and went downtown which i didnt want to do. On the good side the pool is like an oasis. They have remodeled the inside and it was real nice.

Got the 2 room "suite" in picture, which is really a converted pair of connecting rooms. The big room was nice for the price. Kids loved the large pool area. Disappointed that shower water temp was ALL OVER THE PLACE, pillows were foam & uncomfortable and the Free breakfast HAD 2B EATEN in kitchen area Not allowed 2 bring back 2 your room for privacy.

It was good hotel for the price. I found little average compared to other Days Inn I stayed before. Checking was slow. Cleanliness of the room was not that great. For one or two nights it wouldn't be too bad.

Be sure to ask for a room inside the hotel if you have kids. We had to walk on the outside of the hotel to go to breakfast and the pool. Not a great thing in the middle of December. There was some remodeling going on in the hotel and it is much needed. Our toilet barely flushed and leaves kept blowing in under our door.

This hotel is nice enough. For traveling with small children it has some benifets like a pool and indoor play area. I would not recommend it if you are looking for anything fancy. Also, check out time is 11am but at 10:15 someone came to our room to ask us if we were leaving. And five minutes after that the hotel maid walked by and glared at us. It is close to the magic house and quite a bit of shopping so it was in a convenient area for us.

The hotel needed re-modeling big time. The breakfast area was very nice. My first room had a roach on the wall and the tub leaked heavily as well as the bottom of the tub was gross. I requested a different room and it was better except for the tub still leaking and light coming into the room because the curtain not closing all the way. The furniture was stained as well as the carpet. You could feel the springs on the bed. I will not stay there again.

The inside rooms of hotel was nice and clean very inviting, but of course I had one of the outter rooms it wasn't bad except the odd smell and the fact that it was freezing once it turned the heat on it got a little better but the heater never really did get warm stayed about 58 degrees the whole time, also the tb only had 20 channels and the reception was cutting in and out the whole time....I had a decent stay minus the few complaints it's more or less just a place to lay your head

This is a cool motel located fairly conveniently off highway 44. I thought the staff was very nice and helpful. They have a very large recreation area that is a little rough right now because they are under construction but has potential to be a great place for family get togethers. I was told there was a new owner that was trying to restore the motel to the condition it once was, since this was one of the first motels in that area. It was pet friendly and inexpensive, and with a little work it could be a great place to stay, I would go back there again.

The hotel had the cheapest toilet paper I have ever witnessed and you could hear anyone's toilet flush that was in close proximity to your room. Not an enjoyable experience.

This Days Inn is easy to find, easy to get to, and is in a great location, price was right. We were disappointed with the room; it was dirty and there were nasty stains on the carpet, looked like blood. Continental bkfst was lacking and the attendants made me uncomfortable. Bedding seemed clean and was comfortable. If you don't mind a hotel where you need to keep your shoes on 24/7 then this place is for you. One more tip, if it's winter, if possible you definitely want to ask for an INTERIOR room; the pool inside helps with the humidity, our exterior room (facing the parking lot) was extremely dry.

Spacious quiet room with a comfortable king bed, refrigerator, and microwave. We used the indoor pool and enjoyed the included breakfast which included cereals, scrambled eggs, toaster waffles, toast, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, bananas and oranges. All for a great rate. Not only would we stay there again, but we DiD stay there again on our way back from Branson.

The room was just as described. The breakfast was better than most continental breakfast's. Motel is remodeling, so inconvenience getting to change machine for the game room. Overall very pleased with the stay and will stay again.

I do not plan on returning to this hotel. My room smelled like smoke so badly that I could not breath. I requested another room which smelled like a swimming pool. Everything looked old and run down in the lobby. Also, I had to go to the front dest numerous times because my room keys did not work.

Checked out after the first night and went to the Best Western.

I am wondering where they got the pictures of the hotel from. The hotel room was old and not in the best of conditions. To start the one wall was blue!!! I have never seen a hotel room with a blue wall before. It wasn't a light blue, but a dark blue that only helped darken the room. There was not adequate lighting. The couch was from 1960 something. The coffee table looked as though they had picked it up at a rummage sell. It was old and very scratched. The carpet I believe was supposed to be green, but looked more black. The desk chair was the newest thing in there. The cleaning service wasn't the best. Yes, the maid did empty the trash and place new towels, but the maid did not take all of the dirty towels out, did not replenish the soaps, empty the ice bin. The bed was at least comfortable! I also did not like how the rooms that are on the inside have a big window in the front of the room with a curtain that doesn't completely cover it, so you don't have complete privacy. The hotel itself looks nice on the outside until you go into the hotel. It is very old and not in a good way. They are doing repairs and renovations on the one side of the building, but it does not help with the rest of the hotel. It is very confusing. The numbering system is messed up. You have rooms that start with 314 then go to 500s, but you turn the corner and then you have the 400s. I do not know who numbered the rooms. The hotel design is very confusing because it is in this odd rectangular type shape that encompasses a restaurant, yet the restaurant itself is not part of the hotel and is closed off from the hotel. You have to drive to the back and side of the restaurant to get to the main entrance. Once you go in you go through 2 sets of doors and still have to walk a little bit before you find the front desk. Confusing! When I arrived, there was only one person working the front desk, although there was another lady working there. I waited for how long to check in? She told me the reser

There were a couple negatives, such as the hotel staff telling us we could get a roll-out bed, and then arriving and being told that they do not have those. Another would be that our room, an exterior entrance room, had a toilet that did not flush. We reported this and were promptly moved to an interior entrance room, that had a working bathroom, a mini fridge and microwave (not included in the first room) and a creepy bathroom light that buzzed like in a horror flick. Anyways, that room was much better and we were happy enough. Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, coffee, orange juice, mini Yoplait yogurts. I enjoyed breakfast! There was an Irish pub/restaurant attached but no interior entrance. The food was good there. It was easy to find, close to the highway and a couple gas stations. I actually kept almost passing the hotel, but my friends saw it easily. You will want to know that the decor of the hotel lobby is hilarious. I don't know what they were decorating for, and I don't think they did either. I got a kick out of the randomness of this hotel. There is an indoor pool and playground for the children. I did not use the pool, but I did see a water aerobics class on our second day. I probably wouldn't book here again, but I might. It wasn't bad for the price I paid. Probably my biggest complaint would be that staff appeared put off if you spoke to them, but they were most likely just tired. They were still helpful, just with an annoyed look.

Booked online for the Fall Special, upon arrival was chgd add'l $5/night for Non-Smoking room. Wanted to stay an additional night, but was told they couldn't guarantee me non-smoking room, so went elsewhere. Young girl at arrival was not friendly at all. Breakfast was great, they are experimenting with eggs, biscuits and gravy. The woman in charge of the breakfast was very friendly and suggested sites for us to see. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I could get a good rate for non-smoking. Convenient location. Pipes made noises during the night, but other than that, great stay.

The place was like stepping into the70s. It wasdirty, smelled old,bugs. However I chose to stay there so it is what it was.

Had outside room and was very nice and quiet. Inside rooms could be a problem if roudyguests.Nice inside pool. Large very busy Irish rest. and bar attached for you party goers. I

The only thing wrong with our stay was the shower . We would get the water at the right temp, then it would change to cool, then very hot, too hot. The desk clerk's were very nice.

This place was very unprofessional. Room were nothing like in the pictures, room has a very musty smell, people was rude, would not recommend this place to anyone. We will not be going back. Spend 2 more dollars and stay at a different one.

This was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. The front desk person was apathetic, hard to understand, and too busy with her iPhone. The beds were like rocks, and who offers a room with a pull out bed and then says there are no blankets or sheets for the bed? NONE. At least the pool was clean and was not overwhelming with chlorine. The rooms were OK, no obvious issues but nothing to be proud of either. Even with the Shriners discount we received the cost of the room was not level with the room itself or the service. The breakfast in the morning was not so hot either. We have two children who receive care at Shriners and we will never stay here again.

For the price I paid it was good. But I would not pay the full price for this room.

Location and price "OK"; two big problems, reasons for low rating/not recommended: 1. toilet would not flush first night - was fixed next day; 2. huge private party with horrendously loud live music INSIDE THE SMALL 2-STORY HOTEL!! What were they THINKING to book such an event where people are paying to rest in a quiet environment?? Request for volume to be lowered was ignored, with staff stating, "they paid until Midnight" (as if we hadn't paid for the ENTIRE night!) - so no sleep until after midnight. Absolutely, folks - find another place and pay a few dollars more - you'll thank me for it! And forget the free breakfast - it's free for a reason.

Like this hotel, have stayed here several times. Wish they would have kept the hot tub by the pool. Very nice staff, clean, good breakfast. Overall very satisfied.

This hotel is in dire need of some updates, but it was a comfortable stay for the most part. Breakfast was wonderful and well-maintained. Needs a gym to complete the stay.

I really appreciated the call from the front desk each night, asking if everything was okay. The only thing I would like to see changed is a night light near the bathroom! With the curtains closed tightly to keep out the outdoor lighting, it was difficult to navigate to the bathroom. My mother, who was with me, just turned 93 and is confused by strange places, so being able to tell where the bathroom was would have been of great benefit to her. Other than that, everything was good.

Cool place to take the kids. Breakfast was average. Staff really kept it stocked. The shower in my room (814) was NOT pleasant. Never a steady temp. It was warm, then turned scalding, then really cold, the whole time while taking the shower. Dangerous for young kids.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Room very clean and comfortable. Has play area, pool, game room which we enjoyed. Breakfast amazing.

The hotel was right beside the location that I had a meeting so that's why I picked it. The inside of the hotel was well over 80 degrees, my room was fine but very small and the shower had a very small amount of mold on the ceiling. It looks like it was a nice hotel at one time but is very run down now.

My family and I recently stayed here while we were in town for a funeral. Our flight was changed and we ended up arriving at 9:30 AM the day we were supposed to check in. The hotel staff allowed us to check in early and were very courteous. The hotel was clean and spaceous, but a little out of the way of the city. I would recommend it to anyone.
