The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was delicious, too! The indoor pool was very nice for my daughter--it is only 4 ft deep. The hot tub was a nice place for me to relax :) It's location was great-right down the street from many restaurants and within 10 mins of the waterpark we went to. The room was well kept and the staff was always there to make sure we had everything we needed!

I stayed st this hotel because of the indoor pool and continental breakfast. The location was also ideal because it was only ten minutes away from the waterpark. Anyway the room seemed ok until I kept waking up becaus they had a sheet on the mattress that was entirely too small and I repeatedly had to put it back in place. There were also cigarette burns on the mattress if this smoke free hotel. The pool is like tr size of a tub. On the website the angle makes it look much bigger. The fruit they served for breakfast was a bit to "ripe" for me. Not to mention I was told there would be a $20 hold on my card per night when I checked and would be released once I checked out and nothing happened. At checkout time a different person informs me that my money will be released in 3 to 10 business days! AND it wasn't $20 per night when I checked my account it was $40 per night. Big difference NEVER again.

I have stayed here twice now. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

The staff at the Fairfield Inn, Tyler is fantasitc! I stayed here over Thanksgiving with my 92 year old mother and the staff was amazing with each request. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The families with children enjoyed the indoor pool. I would stay here again.

Hotel wasn't as nice as I expected. All of the drink machines were out of order and nothing was available and the staff was not very concerned that there was nothing to drink in the entire hotel. Not the nicest staff that I have dealt with

Good location, good service, nice breakfast. Sewer backed up and flooded the bathroom so we had to move to another room. Nobody's fault just yucky.

The beds were insanely comfortable! One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in in a long time!

The buliding is old and needs to be updated. The room was very nice and modern! Love the room, dislike the outside of the hotel. I would recommend the rooms to others, but not with the way the outside of the hotel looks....

Requested smoking room. Confirmation showed smoking room. The hotel is smoke free. The elevators were slow, the door at the end of the hall was broken. You had to walk around outside and go through the main door. The lady working the breakfast area was the one bight addition. She was very friendly and provided great customer service.

I picked the fairfield after reading the reviews online and it lived up to what I read. the room was very clean,beds were very comfortable. the staff was very helpfull and very nice.if you needed something. the next time I come to tyler I will be staying at the fairfield for sure.We really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.

The staff was extremely helpful to me and the continental breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I was pleased with the place and will definitely stay there again when I visit my daughter.

I am a victim of the Texas heatwave and needed a room with A/C after my home unit died. The folks here took care of me. The room was wonderfully cold, the facility on the whole was on great shape and the morning continental breakfast bar filled my stomach.

Hotel facilities were very nice and well managed. Breakfast had wide selection. Room was very comfortable. Chinese food buffet is right next door! I stayed here once before, and it was outstanding then as well.

very clean and comfortable room.extremely soft and comfortable sheets. it was a pleasure to sleep in their bed with soft and high count thread sheets.

Beginning with the facility very clean, neat and the staff was great. Although we only spent one night I would stay there again. A great helpful staff and very knowledgeable of their surroundings. I would recommend the hotel to others.

We have nothing but good to say about this hotel. We stayed 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, the room clean. They have a contentinal breakfast, but we chose to eat out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was when we first walked in the room it had a stale, musty smell like they needed to change the vacuum cleaner bag. They came and sprayed something in the room and it smelled fine from then on.

My kids loved the indoor pool, and the location was perfect for our stay in Tyler. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was great.

I loved the color scheme of the room and bathroom. The room was very clean and the staff was curtious and profesional. My stay there was wonderful and I will stay there again. The breakfast was very good as well. I had the waffles. I loved it.

This hotel was in a convenient location, it was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. All our needs were met and we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Front desk staff was very helpful, room was clean and price was very reasonable. I've stayed here many times and will keep coming back.

Nice clean place to stay. Book on line it is cheaper.Breakfast was good and fresh.

5 pillows and flat screen TV were a plus! i would have liked another blanket (because I keep the room very cool) but wasn't cold enough to call for one. All in all, very nice stay. Pool was a little cold but that was OK. Hot tub was great - but would have liked more jets!

The folks are friendly; the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet; the location was good; the price was excellent.

Figured being a Fairfield Inn it would be a nice hotel. Checked in room kids went swimming. Thinking not bad not bad. Went back to room, the 1st time toilet was flushed it stopped up. Called front desk, they tell us there is no maintenance on duty. They offer to bring me a toilet plunger, i accept. Only because its 8:30 at night. Try plunger and it dosnt fix problem. Call backto front desk, they tell me the manager is on his way back. i finally call a 1-800 number to corporate. The hotel did finally get us moved to another room about 9:45 PM. No THANKS FAIRFIELD INN. Will never stay AGAIN

This hotel is extremely nice! The staff was very curteous and professional. It was located in a very nice part of town and close to several amenities.
