We went to Columbus while our young children were on spring break. The hotel was in a great spot for what we wanted to do (COSI, zoo). Everything was clean and well maintained. We brought our own food to keep in the fridge so we didn't utilize the breakfast room, but it looked like it had a nice variety. There was one warming container that had sausage and eggs. They had also plenty of danishes, cereal, beverages, etc. to go with it. The pool was nice for my small children to splash around and the hot tub was plenty hot. There are several food choices in the area as well as a nearby Kroger for groceries. Very nice stay.

Had no problems at our stay. It was a great stay at a great price. No complaints!

A very nice place to stay especially when with the family. The room and the bath were very clean and maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast used to be very nice with plenty of options. The pantry was open 24 hrs so the coffe is available anytime. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Internet speed at the hotel was not bad. They had a pool inside the hotel open until midnight. This hotel is located in the close proximity of many fast foods - Tim Hortons, Sub-Way, Burger King, Chipotle...pretty much everything. There was a minor problem though. The toilet flush didn't stop and the water kept running. We complained about it to the front desk and they were very quick in getting it fixed. We stayed at this hotel for 11-nights and it is one of the best hotels we have stayed. I will definetely recommend this hotel.

Have rooms with fold-out couches which is great for families of five. Room was clean - no smells. Very good price for the room. Near many restaurants.

We stayed here before and really enjoyed it... When we came this time they were doing renovating and had signs everywhere. Room and hotel was very clean... Only problem was I went to bed at 11:30pm and could hear kids running out in the hallway... It lasted for a few minutes than stopped...

Have stayed at this Hotel before, very clean and comortble, close to attractions in Columbus. Staff is always willing help anyway they can.

Appeared remodeled or new. Nice neighborhood. Nice place.

Even though the room was non-smoking, it smelt like smoke. Also,I saw ants in the room. I was somewhat concerned when I went to check in and the person at the front desk warned me not to leave any valuables in sight.

The hotel and the location was perfect only problem was the hallway and elevator was very warm..... But,pool looked nice and rooms were very nice and clean.... I loved the beds... We plan on being back in a couple of weeks and plan on staying here again....

This Comfort Suites hotel was right near wedding in Hilliard. We found staff very courteous and helpful..........Thank you.

The Comfort Suites in Hilliard Ohio was a comfortable hotel and a good value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some language barriers with the maids as they are all middle-eastern and English is not their first language.

We stayed one night. Was a very nice hotel that I would recommend for anyone to stay in. Very comfortable too!!!

Very convenient to upper arlington. Too much furniture in room, but most don't travel with 2 wheelchairs. Staff was very nice and I'm sure would have moved an extraneous table and chair to storage had we asked. Accessible rooms on first floor is a major plus.

We booked in this hotel because it was all non smoking. When we got off the elevator you could smell the smoke. Our room smelled like someone had just put out a cigerette. Went back down to the lobby and was put in a second room on a different floor and every thing else was fine. Decent breakfast spread. Hotel not far from downtown in a decent area.

we needed a comfortable place to crash, that was in a convenient location for all of the activities. Hotel was nice and it was quiet. The room was spacious and well-maintained and the refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. Particularly liked the computer and printer in the lobby for guests to use, as I did not bring my laptop.

Everything was as expected. The staff was good and efficient, and friendly. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was excellent. The breakfast was better than expected, in that it had eggs and sausage, along with the other usual stuff. The coffee was very good. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

the spa was nasty though.. it could have been cleaner..

It was horrible. The rooms were terrible. There were burn marks on the blankets. They did not have blankets for the very uncomfortable bed. They ran out of towels. When we flushed the toilet, feces came up the sink. They ran out of food in the terrible bar.

This was a getaway weekend for us. First, the positives. The room was very spacious, comfortable, well furnished with a large bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, and the lady refreshing the buffet was very nice. The air conditioner was quiet allowing a good sleep. The bed was quite comfy. The negatives, the check in clerk was not very helpful, almost like we were bothering her. The pool is very small and unfortunately we had to leave when some very noisy and rude kids came in. The room for the most part was clean, but the bathroom could have been better cleaned. The price to value ratio was good. In that regard I would recommend to friends, but if I could find a better place for the same price, I would go somewhere else.

This comfort suites was an excellent stay. For the price I paid I got twice the room I expected. Excellent condition in a great area . I've added it to my "hotels to return to" list. Highly recommend.

This hotel is easy to access off I-270 if you are needing ro stay in north Columbus. I was very disapointed with the maintance of the hotel. Woke the first morning to no hot water. The mini-refrig in the room buzzed loudly every time it kicked on. There was mold above the shower on the ceiling and in need of repair. I took these matters up with management and they did not offer to adjust the bill to compensate when asked. Will not stay again. Will write letter to general manager.

I was impressed with the size of the rooms. The staff when I checked in was friendly and helpful. The discounted rate was exceptional.

Staff very helpful/nice with questions about the area. Front desk/breakfast staff always friendly and offered if anything was needed during our stay.

Robin Bowling, The Asst. Manager, was wonderful and very very courteous and polite. Brain,(not Brian) checked me in and was very professional !

Price and hotel services were good for just one night stay. Pool is small but it wasn't clouded. Breakfast was okay. I wish there are more variety of fruits or meat. Overall, I satisfied with my stay. I would stay again.

The breakfast closed earlier than we were told by the desk clerk and we could not get breakfast as we had hoped. This was because they followed the Monday schedule and it was Labor Day, a holiday, so we were told the weekend schedule would be used.

The room was two queen beds and a small couch in a sitting area. The room was very comfortable. The drain in the shower did not work (was very slow, but eventually the water went down and we had to stand in our own dirty water in the shower. I did forget to tell the front desk about that problem. The hot tub seemed dirty but the pool was clean. It was a very small pool.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location had MORE than enough places to eat at and the mall was also close by too.

The comforters in our room was dirty, there was no bed linens and pillows for the sofa bed. We did not get enough towels and wash clothes. When we made our reservations we told them that there was six people staying, they should have had extra towels, wash clothes, and bed linens/pillows sent to our room. I went to the front desk to get more things and the employee who helped me seemed annoyed by me wanting to get the things we needed.
