In general we liked our stay in this hotel. If you prefer good service, tasty food and swimming in the pool, that is what you need. There is a very nice SPA.

Warmly recommended! Beautiful hotel. Great location right at the beach. Service was excellent! Excellent standard of hotel as a whole and the dining and drink options included very plenty and of very good quality. Two big pools, one with a swim-up bar. Adult only which was great for us as we do not have children of our own. It never felt crowded and we where well looked after despite being there during what I would assume as one of the busiest times (Christmas and New Years). We received $1500 resort credits (amount of credits depend on how many nights you stay) on arrival which could be used at the SPA (up to $500 credits) and the rest for special wines, special dining options (dinner on the beach) etc. The prices for the wines that where not included in the all-inclusive deal were ridiculous (a bottle of Moet: $195), but the selection of wines that were included were of very good standard and the resort credits we got would well cover our champagne for New Years and a few bottles of better wine for other dinners. The intermediate area around the hotel is not too much fun and we actually only made it outside of the resort once, which was enough. You can take a taxi to the centre of Cancun if you are up for some shopping, and the hotel offers tours in the area and water sporting options as well. Which we did not try. The all-inclusive did also include tips, which was nice, since I never know what a good tip is. Some did of course tip but it never felt "required". All together a great experience at the Le Blanc, warmly recommended.

nice hotel, incredibly helpful, attentive staff, plenty of amenities and good guests. LeBlanc is a fun/relaxing experience depending on what you are looking for. for the most part it is pretty quiet and lends itself well to a relaxing or romantic getaway, though there are a number of activities if you prefer to be more active. it's not a young, party atmosphere - which is a positive for us - but that doesn't mean it's not fun. again, friendly guests, friendly staff and plenty to keep you busy or not busy, whichever suits you. food was good, not amazing but for an all-inclusive it was probably the best we have experienced and well above average. I would also highlight that there was no fighting for resources (pool chairs, towels, dinner reservations). No chair squatters or saved-but-unused seats. No need. In fact it was quite the opposite with both staff and other guest conscious and considerate of other people/space/etc. which I think speaks to both the quality of the hotel and the class of the guests. it's a bit pricey, at least for the suites, but I think worth it (might help explain the prior point). all in all a great hotel and first class experience.

We just got back from a long weekend trip to Cancun and had a wonderful time as usual! This was our 4th time staying at this hotel and they continue to do a fantastic job! They are celebrating their 25th anniversary and offer some extra perks. This was the first time using the spa since it was included in the promotion. .OMG it was awesome!!!!!! We went to attend a wedding @ a different hotel. My husband n I could not help ourselves n kept comparing the hotels but there was no comparison!

My fiance and I travel a lot all over the world and Le Blanc is in our top 2 hotels. And for the money it's in our top 1!! The food at this resort is like having every one of your favorite restaurants at your beck and call. AMAZING! Can't wait to go back!

In just one word: "phenominal". This was our 9th time there and not being a "club" member and we have just booked our next trip there for the New Years Eve party which is fantastic. Don't think about it and just book it; it is just that great. All the reviews can't be wrong. Enjoy!!!

O melhor hotel onde já estive instalado em 10 anos de estadias no estrangeiro. Recomendo vivamente a todos os casais que estejam em "lua de mel permanente"....................................
