Hampton Inn New Bedford/Fairhaven - فيرهيفين

The hotel was wonderful. Clean, fresh, everything newly renovated, we were very impressed. Breakfast in the morning was anything but the standard continental breakfast. Hot omelettes, waffles and fresh coffee 24 hrs a day.

The service at this hotel was good and the room was modern, new and clean. We did not use any of the additional facilities at the hotel, but the dining room and hot, continental breakfast were great. I'd definitely come back and will try additional Hampton Inns as a result of this stay.

This was my second time staying here, and once again I was more than happy with everything. My room was beautiful and extremely clean. I even got a phone call from the front desk checking to make sure I was pleased with my room. I have no complaints and I'll definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and my room was beautiful! I can't wait to stay here again.

Excellent....better than anticipated. The morning breakfast really is fantastic.

Thought their first floor was undergoing a renovation, that didn't detract from the state of our room on the second floor, which was nice, clean and comfortable. It was easy to access off the highway, very close to New Bedford, where we were running a half marathon. In addition, there was a pasta restaurant down the street and the hotel served free breakfast with multiple choices. Definitely a good value and very convenient!

Stayed one night with 2 other families. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the complimentary breakfast was great. We hung out after eating for 2 hours. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was great, minus the front desk. I went to the front desk on three separate occasions. One time, there was only one person at the front desk (around 4pm), there was a line of people, and she continued to answer phone calls while checking people in, asking people to hold for a moment at the front desk multiple times. Second time was fine, I just needed a card to my room to be activated because it didn’t work. The third time, there were two people at the front desk and the same situation happened, one person doing all of the work (including answering phone calls) and the other (not sure what she was doing, but she looked up, saw a line of people, and continued doing her work on the computer). I’m not attacking the people per se, I’m just saying, maybe people in front of you (especially when there’s a line) should be helped first and maybe the hotel should be better staffed. (I felt bad when there was only one person doing EVERYTHING). The room was really nice though. Got a suite :)

Very nice property and location. Desk personnel friendly and helpful. Room was clean, well stocked, and nicely arranged.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would stay here again. My room was very nice, they just need to clean the carpet. The people who cleaned the room did a very nice job and the staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Located somewhat off the beaten path, it was a clean hotel and the front desk manager (Karee) was very pleasant and friendly. We stayed here as our "layover" to Woods Hole to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, with Woods Hole being ~45 minutes away, so still reasonable if you wanted to catch an early ferry.

Hotel was exactly what we needed--we were on our way to Cape Cod for the first time and traffic had been difficult all the way through New York and Connecticut. this stop was perfect, room was large and very comfortable, close to the main road and an easy walk to a great restaurant for dinner--could not be more pleased and breakfast was well done, so much to pick from and all so fresh. Thank You Hampton Inn--definitely will be back!!

I chose this property because it was close to I-195 and Cape Cod. This is a nice hotel with the usual Hampton Inn amenities. Nevertheless, breakfast was above average.

Overall the hotel was OK. Service was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fairly standard. Only bad thing about the room was that the carpet was constantly damp - not a great feeling on bare feet (yuck!)

Hotel people are friendly. Nice family type sitting area in the lobby. Free coffee and tea 24 hours. Free cookies too.

I really like this hotel - down to earth, friendly staff and the breakfast is also not that bad. It's really in the middle of nowhere, but as a business traveler I really don't mind. Rooms are spotless and internet is free.

Room was clean, hotel lobby was clean. The hallways had a musty odor, but appeared clean.

We stayed here over a long weekend, and were easily able to visit Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown/Cape Cod, and Newport from here. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was a lot of noise in the hallway late at night. Pool was also closed, and it would have been nice to have that as an option for exercise, but it was not a big concern during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to visit a lot of locations in the area.

This hotel was not clean. It smelled like smoke from the minute you walk into the lobby and my "non-smoking" room wreaked of smoke right down to the bed linens. The carpeting in the hallway and in my room were stained and the furniture was as well. Overall, the place needs an update and it was not worth the price.

This was a stop over on our way to Cape Cod, we had an excellent stay, quiet comfortable, clean room, bed very conformable, bathroom spacious and breakfast okay would differently recommend and return.

Great place comfortable beds

Got a friendly greeting upon arrival. Breakfast was good with many choices. Housekeeping was accommodating. Very pleasant stay overall.

The Hampton Inn in Fairhaven, MA was very clean, comfortable and convenient for me. The breakfast was an added bonus which I enjoyed very much. I would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom shower curtain smelled sour and moldy. The room also had a smell and needed air up high so we froze. Staff was very friendly and helpful though. Not up to usual Hampton inn standards.

The location for our needs was perfect. The staff was very professional and friendly. The price was great and the included breakfast was better than expected. Free coffee all day and the breakfest included juice, cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs et al.

Short but sweet stay for a wedding. People were attentive and friendly.

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly but we booked a non-smoking room. The entire hall and room smelled of stale cigarettes. Also, there was a dead bug on the bed...yuck!

My room was great. Comfortable bed. The only problem I can see is that the walls are pretty thin...otherwise very clean and comfortable and really decent breakfast offered (coffee could be stronger). Good deal, basically.

Although this hotel is located in a strip-mall-heavy zone of Fairhaven, the Fairhaven-New Bedford area is relatively compact and it's extremely easy to get to historic downtown Fairhaven or New Bedford from here -- five minutes tops. Our room was comfy and clean, great bed, although we did get put in a room that I think was especially geared toward handicapped access (we are not handicapped). This meant some unusual showerhead arrangements that were okay for me and my bf, who are both very short, but a taller person might not have been as comfortable. No fridge in the room made snacking a bit inconvenient, but that wasn't a big deal. Tried the free breakfast on the last morning and everything was tasty. Plenty of people in the common area at breakfast time and everything comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This trip was uneventful and our stay at this Hampton Inn was excellent. Clean, quiet, accomodating and pleasant. The only insult was they double charged me for our stay which was resolved after 2 calls and 2 managers.

The hotel was clean and very nice. The beds were very comfy and the room very clean. The breakfast was awesome! Lots of food to choose from! The only problem is that the pool is only open until 8:00 in the summers. When we checked in, the girl at the desk told us the pool was open until 9:30, so we went swimming until 9:30. The next night, we got to the pool at 9:00 and the gate was locked. The sign in the lobby said the pool is open until 8:00. They should be consistent. If they say by word of mouth specifically at the check out desk that it will be open until 9:30, they should keep their word. Also, 8:00 is too early to close a pool during the summer. It was a big disappointment for us, since we had just come in from a long day outside and wanted to relax in the pool in the evening.
