Completely ridiculous, drug infested and the keys don't work most of the time!!

The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty and smelled almost as bad as a pigsty. Tried to make coffee using bottled water we brought and there were things floating in the ?coffee?. Will never go back not recommend the place.

The room was ok..beds slept well. Tub had hair in it and didn't drain well. hallways smelled of smoke and butts all over.

Our room had 2 queen beds, microwave, mini fridge, and it was larger than your average hotel room. There is a bar that is open till 2am and it looked like a pick- up joint, but what bar isn't? I was a little concerned that the side doors were accessible without a room key 24 hours a day allowing anyone off the street to enter. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Savannah.

We needed a place to stay for one night on our way to Hilton Head from Jacksonville. The pub at the hotel was great fun and dinner in Savannah was yummy and only a few minutes away. There is a small icebox in the room and a coffee maker and complimentary breakfast too. Would stay here again.

I tried this hotel, for the price. I was very pleased. For the money, it's a greeat value! Just off I-95, very convenient to Interstate, gas, fast food, sit-down restaurants. Hotel has indoor corridor.....nicer and safer. Highly recommend, ESPECIALLY for the rates.

The staff was good and friendly, but they were understaffed. Since the rooms weren't cleaned and they overbooked, they changed our room to a suite which was basically a bigger room with a King bed, pullout couch, full kitchen and large balcony overlooking the pool.

This hotel was very accomadating given the location. However I was there two days and the cops were there both days with people getting arrested. So the class of people this hotel accomadates has a lot to be desired.

We were not expecting a five star hotel, and we were satisfied with what we got. No bugs, clean, felt safe. Nothing special, but the price was fantastic. Would stay again.

Had to change rooms because of unsanitary situations

OMG THE HOTEL WAS GREAT I WILL STAY THERE FROM NOW ON.

Bathroom supplies were not supplied, out dated room, the smell of cigarette smoke every where.

Nothing fancy here. Good service at a great price. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again. Great location as well.

I paid for 3 nights, never got towells in my room (I called twice to ask for towells and the last night the nasty "manager in charge" told me thaat they dont have more towels for us...and it wasnt his problem. Rooms smell really bad, DON'T STAY IN THIS PLACE, YOU CAN GET A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY, AND FEEL LIKE YOU ARE GETTING A SERVICE AS YOU DESERVE. THE NIGHT "MANAGER" IS NASTY, AND RUDE.

Staff is awful Attitudes, nonchalant Manager very rude & defensive Never kept clean linen Rooms smelled like old smoke

The hotel was ok for the price.I did not like the fact that you can bring pets,because their was a dog barking all night long.

I was completely satisified with the employees at the hotel. The only problem I had was that the fitness center was no operational, someone had taken the key to the machines. The room was much better than I expected for a two star hotel, it was clean and very comfortable for the price. Will stay there again on my next trip to Savanah.

My name is Mary and my stay were the best I had a wonderful time along with my family and we are planning another stay with you all. We went to the Mall and it were the biggest one that I ever seen in my life. The next time that we return we will have all of the family so keep doing what you all do to draw us there because it is working. Thank you

It was a nice hotel. The hotel itself seemed clean other than general maintenance issues. The room smelled like it had some water damage, probably in the padding under the carpet, but it was a smoking room so some odor is expected. I would stay again but in a different room.

The hotel is located in Pooler, it takes about 40 minutes to get to Tybee Island beach. The hotel is a bit off the main road. Driving up we thought it looked sketchy, it also has a bar called 'Luckys' attached to hotel. When we arrived there was only one lady behind the counter. She had about 3 other people waiting in line. I felt so bad for her because everyone was irriated about something. She did a wonderful job keeping her cool and told everyone it was only her there. She gave us a room key and didn't tell us where we could find our room. From the outside this place looks rusted and run down. To enter the building, they have a card reader where your supposed to put your room key in and the door unlocks, but all the security cards at all the entrances were broken, so anyone could just walk in the hotel. The hallways were the WORST PART. SO STINKY!! smelt like cat urine. The room next to ours door was busted in! Aside from the desk chair having a lot of stains and being broken. The shower curtain rod was broken and wouldnt hold our shower curtain up. We decided to take our hair clips and clip the shower curtain up because the place seemed to busy to try and get maintenance. Inside the room there were roach traps EVERYWHERE. We saw one roach our 2nd night climbing the wall. We DID NOT feel safe. I would not recommend this hotel. The people staying here looked very sketchy.

I was very disappointed by the complimentary breakfast, or lack there of. We were told that no one went to the grocery store do the options were very limited. Other than that everything was decent and acceptable for someone on a budget.

The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. It was dingy and the room smelled like mold. The shower was not clean. Other people's nasty hair was in the shower. The toliet would not flush. Upon arrival, we were told to stay in one room. We couldn't even get in the room because another guest was currently in that room. We barged right in on them. Two doors away from our room, a room was busted in with a baseball bat. The lock was broken, the room trashed. In the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm, just because. Basically, the entire trip sucked due to the dirty room, terrible housekeeping etc. You would do best to never stay at this hotel.

Good overnight stay along I-95

was happy at the moment we arrive we ask to move to a nicer room (no smell) we have two dogs and we always keep them very clean,but they catched some fleas from the room we were so unhappy for that.

Better on the inside then the outside which suited us.

Older hotel that is in need of repairs ,bathroom had mold ,had remote for cable but had to get up to turn tv on or off.

When I first got there the room wasn't even ready, on too of that I didn't even get the room that I paid for so they put me in a 2 queens instead of the suite. The room was dirty like they did a poor once over it smelled like a bar full of smoke. The Internet service was really, really slow! I was only glad it was only for one night! The building outside looked moldy needed a real good cleaning, the pool was a mess with the rails all loose. Like I said I was only glad to be there for one night. I've booked better hotels for less

I chose the hotel because it was close to the airport and I have a 6:15am flight. At 3am, I woke to the yells and screams of the couple in the next room. This went on for about 40 minutes and the only reason it went unreported was because I refuse to get out of the warm bed to the other side of the room where the only phone in the room sat on the desk.

Stayed 3 nights. After the first night it was like pulling teeth to get some more towels to shower with. Also people just walked in the room on several occasions once without even a knock. Great room for the money though. Comfy beds, soft pillows.

For the price a reasonable place to stay. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

hotel was convenient and affordable, also very clean with friendly staff. I look forward to returning.

Checked in on Halloween night, as we where trying to get to sleep, there where children running up and down the hall laughing and screaming on and off for about a half hour. We had to call the front desk to come and handle the situation, after the mother goes screaming after the kids, not once but two different times. The hotel has a bar on sight right off from the check in area, so the hotel draws some undesirables. The entrance almost always reeks of cigerattes. We stayed once again after Halloween, we thought this might have just been a bad experience since it was a holiday, WRONG. There was a wedding party there who thought it would be fun to play music, scream, laugh and act crazy around 1 to 2 am. Not only just in there room which was beside us, but also by the pool area which basically outside anyones window on the first floor. We had to call the desk 4 times that night to get the guests to calm down. I will have to stay the front desk staff are very helpful, she did walk down to the room each time we called.

This place is good if you want to be near the airport. The surrounding area has nothing around it but fast food chains. You definitely need a car because taxi drivers aren't familiar with this establishment. The staff is friendly and there's free internet access.

I liked the fact that dogs are welcome, but the hotel pics are a little outdated or touched up.

Staff was friendly, but this hotel is in need of renovations bad. The bar is next to the lobby and the smell of smoke is really bad as soon as you walk through the door. Rooms were not in the best condition, mold and dust. The only good thing is the location, right off of I-95 and close to food places. But, other than that there is nothing else in Pooler, Ga. NO, I would never stay at this hotel again, and besides on the otherside of I-95 there are much cleaner hotels with better rates.

If I hadn't been a 5 star member, I am not sure they would have accepted my reservation. Wasted an hour with customer service, and the hotel. Have to give it to Hotels.com they got it right. Hotel was an average hotel, and a good overall place for the price.
