Overall, the stay was ok. Positives: Clean room, I like the apartment feel, and breakfast was great. Negitives: Bed was not comfortable, loud hotel, and was expecting a hot tub which was pictured in advertising. Hot tub was not there. So the overall stay was just ok. I would probably try another place next time.

Hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. A/C was a little noisy but other than that it was great. The location is great, easy to find, close enough to the highway...and they had great hot breakfast in the morning. We would stay there again.

Inexpensive furnishings. Mediocre bedding, thin towels.

All good save the toilet stopped up. They gave my wife a plunger and told her to unstop it. THen later came back and said there was a misunderstanding and offered to take care of it and clean up the mess. I have generally been pleased with this hotel chain - not going to stop using them over one issue - but hopefully that is a one-off.

We LOVED IT! We were treated like royalty and the room was fantastic. We are going to make it a regular stay for us 2 or 3 times a year. The Full Breakfast was the BEST! We've never had a breakfast before that had such a fresh variety! Overall rating, I give this a 5 star!

This hotel scheduled a sprinkler test the Wednesday morning of Spring Break. We were woken up at 8:15, and then had to list to alarms going off for almost two hours. How about a little better planning??? Other than that, the hotel was fine - pretty dated but the two bedroom / two bathroom worked well and the central location worked well for us.

Over-all I had a wonderful stay. The couch was pretty stiff but other than that I had no issues.

Great hotel. Very nice people. Great breakfast. If you are there on Monday thru Thursday nights, they have manager's specials.

Disappointing considering the price.

Room was very clean. Service was great. Very close to six flags & cowboys stadium. Tolley service was very convienent. Pool was nice size. Kids really enjoyed the stay. Would stay there agian!

Nice hotel and convenient to all the Arlington tourist attractions. The room was clean and reminded me a little of the Embassy Suites in size. The only problem was that the maid staff took until 2 pm to come and clean our room on the first day. After I made that aware to the front office, it was corrected. Overall, the hotel was a great value, the front staff was very attentive adn everyone had a good time.

Our family (including a 3 year old and 2 year old) stayed for two nights, and would stay again. We found our room to be very clean, with everything we needed. We enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfast buffet. It was very easy to get to Six Flags, and we found several restaurants, a drug store, and a grocery store nearby.

We arrived late so I called ahead to make sure that they kept our reservation, which they did. As well as keeping our room preference (near the elevator) on a holiday weekend. My oldest wanted to watch a little TV after we got in and we found that once we turned on the TV in the living area that we could turn it off or turn the volume down (tried both remotes and the buttons on the TV itself to no avail). I went to the lobby and the person at the desk was very apologetic and offered another remote and told me that if that didn't work that I should just unplug it and they'd have somebody look at it the next day. They did but we never actually watched TV the rest of our stay so I don't honestly know if they fixed it. They were older (and smaller) tube TV's when compared to some of the big flat screens at the newer hotels, but it wasn't really an issue for us. When I went to the lobby to report the issue with the TV I took the second key card with me and as it turns out it wasn't properly activated. So I couldn't get into the building where my room was and had to walk back to the lobby to get my key card reactivated. Again the person at the desk was very apologetic and quickly resolved the issue, but it was another annoyance after a long day of driving. The air conditioner stopped cooling the room on the second day. I called the front desk and they sent someone over right away to look into the issue. We left for the day shortly afterwards so I don't know how long it took to fix, but the room was cool when we returned. The spa was not functional any of the 4 days that we were there, but the outdoor pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Although my youngest left her goggles down there on the first day and they were not turned in to lost and found. Not really the hotels fault, unless they were thrown away or misplaced by the hotel staff, but I suppose we'll never know. A lesson learned for my child. I called on my way in the morning saying I wouldn't arrive until 8pm. Was told everything was fine. Called again at 8:30 saying I was on my way but the address was not in GPS. Got there at 9:10. Room not available. Then the door lock to room was broken. Waited 1/2 hour for manager to call back. Unbelievable. Lobby was not clean. Front staff young girl appologized and seemed ill equipped to handle the problem. Went to another hotel.

Upon arriving we noticed that the toilet paper roll holder was broken on one side and after we put it in plain sight of the housekeeping crew and returned the next day it still was not fixed. Great room, needs a King sized bed and newer TV. I will stay again, hope the TP roll holds up next time.

I have stayed Marriott's in the pass including this one but this time I wasn't pleased. It's been a few years but it seems their quality has falling off. The air and heat would come on and it sound like a truck starting up. The manager reception was far and few . But for the most part it was ok but not worth the extra money.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in our beautiful 2-bedroom suite. Our son and his wife, my husband and I had a wonderful time - we were close to everything in the Arlington area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with everything from special requests for breakfast and extra towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Residence Inn was great. There were great accommodations and the staff was awesome!!

This hotel was in a perfect spot for Six Flags, which is what we were there for. It was a very nice hotel and the rooms were clean. The staff was nice and we had no problems at all.

This hotel was super. The room and facilities were super clean. I was traveling with 3 children and it felt very safe for them to go out alone. The breakfast was very extensive in choices. The mini suite room was great, with full refridgerator, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, complete dishes etc. This location is a top choice for anyone traveling to attend Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Rangers or Dallas Cowboys. The shuttle is very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.
