Hotel Sofitel Brussels Le Louise - بروكسل

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Very good breakfast.

The hotel was more than we expected, good location although if you want to be in the main square you are about a ten minute walk or four stops on the metro. Great location for shopping, the hotel staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. I Would definately recommend this hotel.

Great front service agent. Amy extremely great concierge.

The Hotel is quite nice, very good rooms, good location (not perfect, but brussels is small and there is a metro station right next door), but the reception service you must get used to (is not what i expect from a 5star hotel). Normally there is not much interaction with the reception (apart from check-in), but at Le Louise you must personally "apply" at the reception every day for the (free) 24 hour WIFI code, so you have more time to feel their service. Though it was not exceptional bad, the service delivery just was arrogant (yes, i do not speak too much french, but on the other hand .. it is the capital of belgium and a 5 star hotel ..).

my choice for visits to the Belgian capital. The staff are polite and helpful and the rooms are comfortable, clean and well furnished. You can even brew a proper 'espresso' to get you going in the morning, thanks to the in-room classy coffee maker .

Lovely hotel right in the middle of everything. Very trendy and staff excellent. Breakfast was a bit expensive but didnt mind too much as everything else was good.

We had an overnight stay in the Sofitel as we were in Brussels for a concert at the Forest National. Time was very tight however we felt very well looked after at this hotel, the surroundings are very elegant, rooms were lovely, loved the quirky pillows on the bed. Had pre concert drinks before the show in the bar, very relaxed and ambient atmosphere. Very professional and caring hotel staff. Didn't have breakfast in hotel, so can't comment on the quality of food. All in all a very positive experience and I would return to this hotel and stay longer next time.

This hotel is close to the Louise metro station and tram lines so really easy to get to. There is some amazing architecture close by and the main town square is a lovely walk or a short tram ride away. The hotel was clean and tidy and well decorated and furnished. It also contained some thoughtful touches that were small, but made the stay more comfortable. There was a bar in the hotel which was extremely convenient! I would stay here again.

There are a few Sofitels in Brussels - this one is right in the middle of a great, high-end shopping area and walking distance to just about everything that you would want to do. The beds are really comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked the hotel on short notice and it was our first time staying at a Sofitel. In short, the stay was wonderful. From check in to check out, the staff were fantastic. The location was perfect and conducive for sight seeing. The hotel was impeccably clean and the lounge and leisure space were nice surprises. We enjoyed ourselves so much that my wife insisted that we stay another night and cut our visit to Amsterdam short by a day. We highly recommend and will definitely return for our next visit to Brussels.

beautiful hotel with very professional staff. only compaint was the cost of everything . dinner for two in hotel was 142 E and that was with a couple of glasses of wine - didn't even include a bottle of wine! Lunch in a nice local Italian restaurant was 92 E. So be prepared to spend lots of money on food. Cannot fault hotel or staff - they were excellent.

Great designer hotel, people very nice and helpful.. Great location. Had deluxe room which was quality! Would highly recommend! 2 things though.. 1. Make sure you take a credit card needed for security, mini bar etc.., I only had 2 Debit Visa cards so casued a little problem. 2. It's very expensive, drinks - 17 EUR for cocktail.. 20-25 EUR for a starter, 25-30 EUR for main meal.. Meal was average.. apart from that would defo stay there again.

Nice room - a bit smaller than we expected for a king superior, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel location was about a 20 minute walk from the Grand Place, but it's easy to get yourself off course along the way - into areas that are not preferable. Hotel staff was friendly and gave us a map on which they circled the 'hot spots' in the city. Wish they would have offered up more specific street suggestions, though, so we could have avoided the unintended side trip.

L'hotel est très bruyant : sono de la terrasse très gênante le samedi soir, ce qui a empêché de nous reposer à notre retour de balade, et pour couronner le tout vibration du bar ou boite de nuit qui se ressentait dans la chambre jusqu'au milieu de la nuit !! La chambre (pourtant catégorie Luxe) est confortable mais petite (pas au niveau par rapport au prix). Je passe sur le fait qu'après 1h d'attente j'ai été obliger de retourner à la réception récupérer mon babage. Globalement le service (voiturier, réception) est néanmoins très agréable. La déco de l'hotel est très sympa mais le tout est gâché par les gros pbs de bruit !

Jättenöjd efter mina tre nätter på Sofitel. Trevligt läge i övre delen av staden med fina renoverade rum om än något små. Mycket komfortabel säng, bra service (för att vara Belgien) och kommer definitivt bo här igen.

Ok standard, men heller ikke mere. Fin morgenmad. Kedelig billigenhed. Vi er et par omkring 30 fra København.

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Top Ausstattung. Zwei kleine Einschränkungen: Preis für die Tiefgarage ist übertrieben und die Drinks an der Bar ebenfalls. Ansonsten Super.

L'Hotel si trova in una zona poco distante dal centro storico e si affaccia sulla via dei negozi più fashion. E' dotato di tutti i confort, le camere non sono molto spaziose ma sono curate in ogni dettaglio, ottima la pulizia ed il servizio sempre cordiale e disponibile. Unico neo la wireless che è a pagamento.

Très bon hôtel , idéal pour visiter Bruxelles et retrouver un excellent confort après les balades !

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på dette hotellet!! Rommene var überstilig, og sengene var som en drøm! Spesielt dusjen på badet var veldig behagelig, og badet i seg selv var utrolig kult ettersom det hadde en artig vri med vindu inn mot rommet (med mulighet for regulere innsyn/utsyn selv). Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsom, og vi fikk gratis vann og sjokolade levert på døra hver dag. Bakgården var veldig flott og koselig, spesielt med lysspill på kvelden. Baren var trendy og kul, men litt stive priser på drinker i forhold til andre steder i byen. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste, og kommer definitivt til å reise tilbake selv!

一泊当たりの料金は、この欧州旅行のうち、一番安かったのだが、さすが５☆であり、部屋は立派で快適だあった。ただ、インターネットは、タダなの？と聞いたら、WiFiはタダだという返事で、当然、その以前の技術である wired も無料だと思い込み（そちらの方が早いかもしれないと思って） wired にしたら、少しでも利用すると１日分の料金を取られた。注意して確認しないこちらが不注意だったことは認めるが、 wired は有料、WiFiは、無料と明記してもらいたかった。従業員が、金持ちになれているので、チップの額が不満そうな素振りや、フロントの女性（男性はいい）が少しつんつんした上に気配りや親切心がない。　男のフロントは、大変良かった。

Das Hotel war toll und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähes des Hotels gibt es viele schöne Läden. Die Hotelbar ist sehr gut und die Cocktails erstklassig (leider auch im Preis).

L'hôtel répond à toutes les attentes de ses clients en termes de qualité, de confort et de service. L'emplacement, est aussi pratique pour les affaires que pour les loisirs. Mention particulière pour le personnel, réception, restauration, et étage, qui se montre très efficace et se soucie, en permanence, du bien-être de ses hôtes. Bar et restaurant de qualité, dans une ambiance 'club", élégante et décontractée. Une des bonnes adresses de Bruxelles

Très bel hôtel avec une superbe déco. Le bar est splendide.

Ett litet hotell med utmärkt läge oavsett syfte med resan. Utmärkta faciliteter och en oklanderlig service från all personal.

Hotel très bien situé, sur une très belle avenue de Bruxelles. Hôtel de très bonne qualité, avec un service aimable et attentionné. Mais le design avant-gardiste est froid et manque d'ambiance chaleureuse. Pour information j'adore les ambiances contemporaines, mais celle-ci n'est vraiment pas une réussite. Lors de mon prochain séjour à Bruxelles, je testerai un autre hôtel.

Hotellet var veldig flott, rent og pent over det hele. Et fancy hotell med mange fine detaljer. Veldig bra beliggenhet, like ved metrostasjon og ca 20 min gangavstand til Grand Place. Eneste negative var litt myke senger. Kan absolutt anbefale dette til hotellet til alle:)

Zeer goed hotel, maar de bediening in het restaurant cq bar was onder de maat. Zeer traag en vergeetachtig. Jammer

Erg mooi, goed verzorgd hotel. Goed gelegen t.o.v. centrum ruim 10 minuten lopen. Bij inchecken mochten wij echter een borg betalen van 2000 voor het geval we iets zouden gebruiken van de minibar o.i.d.

un petit bémol, quand au carrelage de la douche qui commence à se défaire, mais pour y avoir été 2 fois, c'est la seule chambre que j'ai constaté dans cette état. Il vaut mieux aller en chambre supérieure

Et ypperlig hotell som fortjener sine 5 stjerner. Resepsjonsområdet og ikke minst uteplassen er svært tiltalende. Rommet var av høy standard, og hyggelig å oppholde seg på. Dessuten ligger det i et flott område av Bruxelles, med nærhet til Grand Sablon, les Marolles, Matonge m.m.

Erinomainen hotelli, loistava palvelu. Sijainti hyvä lähellä metroasemaa ja ostosmahdollisuuksia.

hotel magnifique, decoration soignée contemporaine et chic. les chambres sont egalement tres confortables (douche a l'italienne, son BOSE, plasma, dressing.....) vraiment une trés bonne surprise et a prix cassé le week end. promis nous y retournerons sous peu. sinon l'hotel est idealement situé (boutique de luxe et de marque pour le shopping) (2 discotheque le soir le 44 et le louise gallery que nous avons fait) à 15 mn du centre ville. nous vous le conseillons.

Hôtel très bien placé, sur les "champs élysées" belges. Spa très agréable en face de l'hôtel, Hilton à proximité, tous les magasine de luxe sur le boulevard. Places, monuments, quartier historique, musées proches de l'hôtel.
