a little bit expensive and a little bit noisy. Hotel room is nice. I think hotel have responsibity to tell guest their country change of day time saver. They not notice us when the day time change and it make us miss a train.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, makes the place a cosey home from home. Nice restaurant within the property, good breakfast and open wireless in the rooms, makes it a good business hotel for a short stay, even if it is with single beds, the bedding was comfortable!

the hotel was ok, and its restaurant was good. but it was not easy to find. It is located at the corner. Staff was ok.

We were welcome to the restaurant late with a white swiss glass of wine So inusual good to signal...

This place was amazing. My boyfriend and I decided to drive up to Switzerland for a day trip from Italy, but as the weather got worse we thought it better to stay overnight rather than drive in the rain at night. Hotels.com helped us find this place literally last minute. When we got to the hotel, they hadn't recieved our reservation yet but they gave us a room anyway and worked out all the issues once we got settled in. We told them that we had to leave early in the morning to get back to Italy. They packed us a lunch bag and left it at our door since we were leaving before breakfast! Talk about service. When we left, the front desk was closed, and they politely emailed me about room charges. Everything was resolved over the phone with no problems. The staff was great! So helpful and understanding of our situation. The room was extremely clean and rather large! The hotel was located two blocks from the lake in a very nice part of town. Restaurants and shopping centers are literally around the corner. I definitely reccomend this place!

De la Paix is in an excellent location right at the edge of the pedestrian district of the old town. I don't really think it would meet the 3star rating though. It was clean and the staff very friendly, but the room was small and very basic.

We were very satisfied with the service at the hotel, 10min walk from trainstation and very close to the shopping centre. The only complaint we had was the size and position of the T.V. A very good breakfast was included in the price.

This hotel is very handy for everything including the railway station. It is certainly only 3 star. The rooms are clean and comfortable but that's it. Breakfast is nothing special and not much to choose from.

The Hotel was very convenient to shopping and sights. There was no air conditioning so the room was warm since the temperatures were in the 80's. We opened the window which helped but closed it because it was to noisy to sleep. Breakfast was included which is a plus. Parking was close but we had to park and carry our luggage through a shopping area. One person stayed with the car while the other found the Hotel and where to park. It would be nice to have the information prior to arrival. The personnel was very friiendly and helpful.

Hotel well maintained and easily accessible from train station (5-10 min walk across the bridge). Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was standard european fare: hard boiled eggs, bread, croissants, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt. Friends stayed at different hotel for less and their weekend breakfast was fabulous compared to this hotel. Numerous languages spoken. Free Wifi. Would likely staff again.

地點：離琉森火車站步行約10鐘可達 景點：近獅子紀念碑、冰河公園、莫賽格城牆 早餐：必須到另一棟建築，但早餐還算豐富 缺點：早上清潔人員，使用太多消毒葯水，使得梯間、走道充滿著剌鼻味

Not the largest rooms and not the best view. But excellent for a business stay - walking distance to the center, free internet in all the hotel and a good breakfast.

Ein schönes kleines Kuscheliges Zimmer.

I stayed in De La Paix for 5 days, booking 1 month in advance. There were few options. It's really near the train station, which is right in front of the lake, and if you don't carry heavy bags, it should be easy to get there. Apart from the multiple advantages of staying so close to the city center (supermarkets, cinemas and restaurants nearby), the hotel is too expensive for what offers in terms of comfort. The room is tiny and breakfast is just ok. Anyway, you will probably save some money in buses and taxis, because the city is easy to walk by.

가격에 비해 방도 작고, 에어컨도 없고, 아침 식사도 별로였습니다.

酒店位置和设施尚可。反正欧洲的旅馆设施都差不多。早餐正常，品种还算比较多，一般该有的都有。服务人员的态度也还不错。 缺点：价格太贵。我们临走结账时候还被收了每人每晚2法郎的旅游税，很不爽。

Acceuil agréable, très bien situé près du musée Bourbak, du musée des glaciers; à 2 min. du Lac et à proximité du Centre de la ville. Excellent buffet petit déjeûner, calme. Vivement recommandé.

Bon hôtel, il est bien situé au centre de la cité et proche du lac et des principaux lieux de visite. Attention, la taxe de séjour n'est pas incluse dans la réservation et si vous venez en voiture, l'hôtel vous dirigera vers le parking du centre commercial Löwen sur la Löwenstrasse, vous aurez une taxe journalière de parking à CHF 25,00 à régler à l'hôtel qui dispose d'un tarif préférentiel.

Hôtel viellot en partenaire avec l'hôtel Ambassador. Réception et petit déjeuner dans les locaux de l'Ambassador. Il vaut mieux aller directement dans l'autre hôtel.

Ich war geschäftlich nur für eine Nacht in Luzern. Um wirklich nur zu schlafen kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hellhörig.

Für einen kurzen Wochenendausflug hatten wir im De la Paix eingecheckt und konnten von dort aus bequem alles erlaufen, was wir gerne sehen wollten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Einzig die Strasse davor war etwas laut, die Fenster aber gut isoliert und nachts sind auch nur wenige Autos unterwegs gewesen.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Luzern geeignet, da man sich praktisch inmitten der Altstadt befindet. Das Hotelzimmer war ringhörig und die 3 Sterne Bewertung noch vom letzten Jahr (obwohl bereits August 2010).

Rent og greie rom selv om de var små. Bodde på baksiden av hotellet så det var rolig, ikke trafikk eller annen støy. helt grei frokost og i grunnen omtrent som forventa i forhold til omtale og pris. Veldig bra beliggenhet

The location of this hotel is great, cozy walk from train station. The 2 rooms we saw ("modern" and "older") were quite small; we took room 550 on the top floor ("older"), since the "modern" room on the 2nd floor looked more like a prison cell than a hotel room. Room 550 is nice enough. BUT: as in so many hotels, beware if you're sensitive about neighbors. We were woken up at 7AM by the neighbors using the bath, which is right next to a wall of our room and VERY audible. This was annoying but is unfortunately not uncommon in badly isolated rooms. We suggest room 556, based on the floor plan - it has no bathrooms next to its walls! Finally: breakfast was VERY minimalistic, a standarn continental type without eggs or vegetables or anything warm or interesting. Not only that, when we arrived at 7:55AM (breakfast is from 7-10), we ate the last croissant - and there were no more to be had. Both my girlfriend and another woman asked for more - only to be told that that's it! I asked for some tomatoes and got some, so at least something... Overall I'd recommend going to a better hotel, if sleep and a nice breakfast are important to you. If you just want a place to "crash" for the night, then this is fine - even if it's expensive for what you get (but this seems to be the case everywhere in downtown Luzern).
