كان الفندق نظيفاً جداً والعاملون كانوا متعاونين للغاية. الموقع كان ممتازاً لنا، السفارات ومنطقة التسوق في شارع أكسفورد.

في الحقيقة هذا الفندق من الدرجة الأولى وفي منطقة جميلة ووثيقة، متصلة بالمناطق الأخرى من لندن، مريحٌ للغاية. النادي الرياضي/مركز اللياقة الجديد مفتوحٌ الآن وهو استثنائيٌ حقاً. سأنزل في هذا الفندق فقط لهذا السبب. بالإضافة إلى أن العاملون كانوا دوماً لطيفون ومتجاوبون جداً.

فندقٌ جيّد - الغرفة والحمام صغيرة قليلاً، والسعر كبير! لكن خدمة رائعة، نظافة وديكور إلخ. يقع في شارع خلفي هادئ ورائع ولكن مركزيٌ جداً. لم أجرب أي طعام لكن منطقة الحانة بدت جميلة جداً.

كان اختيار جيد لإقامتي في لندن. على مسافة يمكن مشيها لأي مكان. الفندق رائع وسأقيم به مرة أخرى.

كنت مندهش لهذا الود الذي يتعامل به جميع موظفي الفندق، كان موقع الفندق رائعًا على بعد دقيقتين من شارع "Oxford". كان به أفضل خدمة قدمت لي (فى هذا المتوسط من الاسعار) منذ فترة طويلة. الديكور فى جميع الفندق كان عصري و حديث كان تصميم الغرفة جيد، الحمامات كانت صغيرة ولكنها تعمل بشكل جيد وكل الأشياء كانت متوفرة. كانت إقامة ممتعة جدًا.

The location of the hotel is one of its best features. the Marylebone area is charming with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel's main facilities(lobby, restaurant,etc) are fine but the room itself is small, the bathroom really tiny. The staff is really friendly and helpful.Because of the room, I would not stay there again or recommend it.

I found the hotel and staff very welcoming and always polite. the room was very comfortable and I was not for want of anything. I have 2 suggestions for the hotel's consideration: the lighting in the bathroom is very low. I actually put my make-up on in my bedroom as there was so little light in the bathroom. And the othere suggestion is it would be a good idea to check the mattresses and turn them periodically. the side I slept in, which is next to the phone and obviously where the matress gets the most use, needed to be turned over. there was a difference between one sie of the mattress and the other side. other than that, it was a lovely stay and I would not hesitate to book there again.

A great location within easy reach of the main sights and theatre land. The hotel is comfortable and modern but lacks character. The service we received was pretty average with the room unavailable for 15 minutes despite a 4.30pm arrival.

I have lived in London for a well over 10 years and typically stay at the Berkeley. Not any more. The Marylebone Hotel is without question the best combination of service, style, price and location to be found in central London. The staff is incredibly helpful straight across the board. So many nice people. Thank you Gunther et al. Extremely well located within waking distance of Oxford Street. Lot of resraurants, shops and conveniences in this area and a great starting point for just about any London destination. All of this for a fraction of the price that it will cost to stay at the Connaught, the Berkeley and other 5 Star hotels. Terrific hotel that deserves all the accolades.

Very nice hotel to stay in staff were very polite and helpful, room was a good size but the bath was way way to small it was disappointing but the stay was excellent overall

The staff were extremely pleasant and eager to assist. Arriving on a bitterly cold, snowy evening we were greeted with warm hand towels at the desk to help revive us. Our double room had only one bedside table but this was remedied as soon as we reported it.

Loved our stay. Great beds, free wifi, flat screen tv, wonderful soaps and lotions. Impressive gym with everything you could need, but very cold pool. Location was nice. We took a taxi from King's Cross (8 pounds), took the tube everywhere else, as the Bond St. Station was no more than a 5 min walk. Oxford Street with tons of shopping was right by the tube station. Starbucks, bakeries, and restaurants are right outside the hotel. The service was wonderful. There was a restaurant/ bar in the hotel. We only had a cocktail, which was 11.25 in pounds for about 4 ounces. Yikes. Only had one. But overall, we LOVED our stay!

Excellent , only commnet , room too hot and trouble adjusting temperature

I stayed in this hotel years ago, when it was a disaster, because the location is so perfect. I tried it again this year under the new ownership, and it was a pleasure. Energetic, helpful staff, sufficient space in the room, and Marylebone High Street , which has every convenience, is 1 block away. Selfridges, Marks and Spencer and New Bond Street are about 4 blocks away.

Hotel is at quite a good location, very close to oxford street. Staff is very nice and courteous. Food is good, though they ran out of all their desserts(6 options) which were available 24 hours as per room service menu. Bathrooms are very tiny. there is no view from room you just see another building and that too very close.

Helpful staff. Quick service. Good internet. The room isn't huge. Overall, a very good experience.

the gym is great could do more with spin classes try and get more people to attend classes better spin specific music and more variety in classes it was all climbs

We felt the room decor was a bit tired - and a smell of cigarette smoke was somehow in the room, with a cigarette-shaped hole in the net curtain. We mentioned this and asked it it was an ex-smoking room, but were told no and we didn't hear from anyone until we checked out and were asked if everything was ok. We mentioned it again and the person was very apologetic and offered us free breakfast for our next stay.Overall it's a fantastically convenient hotel and rooms are small but comfortable.Generally service is really good, too, and the public areas are all attracrtve and stylish.

several small problems brought to attention of management, but not corrected in a timely fashion; disappointing lack of follow-up; location nice for shoppers, but not very convenient for business travelers; staff very friendly, unlikely to return

With very friendly and helpfull straff, nice food, lovely gradene and great location in Cotswolds, near Oxford and very close to shopping heaven Bicester Village.

Really good, lovely hotel. Quiet surroundings and great amenities, the gym was outstanding and lovely pool. The bed was really comfy although the bathroom was a little small and the hotel staff treated us really well.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on our way back through London post Parisian excursion. I've stayed in London many many times and had never stayed in the Marylebone neighborhood. The hotel was absolutely fantastic, the staff was excellent and the neighborhood was brilliant! I will absolutely stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.

We stayed here the night of our wedding, having chosen the hotel for its high rating and convenient location near our venue, and were expecting a nice relaxing stay. The air conditioning did not work though, and it was the hottest day of the year! A maintenance man did fix it on the morning that we were checking out, but this was obviously of little consolation. We were offered a free upgrade by the manager at check out to use during our NEXT stay(!), but this seemed scant consolation for an expensive sleepless night. At that point, we were too tired to argue, and just wanted to get out of there, and get on with our day. Had a proper attempt been made to make up for this problem, we'd have felt better about our stay though as most other things were fine. Having the AC not work is totally unacceptable for a 4* hotel, and in my view the management completely misjudged the situation...

Located within walking distance to Oxford Street. The surrounding area is very clean and friendly. Hotel staff are very helpful.

It is rare to find a more genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Somebody knows how to hire and train. My favorite hotel in my favorite London area.

...the ac drove us mad. it went off and off all the time and each time it restarted, there was this LOUD thump, thump, thump (about 5-6 times)..it was so loud that it actually woke us up twice. i ended up turning the ac off just so we could get some sleep. i would have changed my room but this was at midnight and i had to get up at 6 to head to the airport. Aside from this issue, the hotel was great. bathroom very tiny but clean and modern, and the same is true of the room. i must reiterate: very, very clean and nice looking. free wifi was also great. i would definitely stay again (but would test the ac situation before unpacking).

Rooms and bathrooms are small, like most other london hotels, space is a premium...however, the hotel makes up in superior service ( very personalized, very warm, friendly and helpful) and in location. Close to Bond Street station and Oxford Street shopping. Lots of eateries close by as well. I would definitely stay here again.

very pricey considering the size of rooms (booked a superior room and it was tiny!) but it was clean and nicely decorated. and location was fantastic for our needs as everything was within walking distance (shopping at oxford circus, regent street, plus dining at restaurants like pollen st social, meat liquor and pied a terre). service was very pleasant too.

Very attentive , helful and professional staff at the Marylebone Hotel. Close to the tube, taxi stands, great places to eat, the Marylebone High Street and Oxford Circus. Fabulous rate through Hotel.com. Stayed in a suite. Quiet, comfortable and spotless. Hotel includeds a restaurant, bar, gym, spa and business centre. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Hotel, highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent locations, 5 minutes’ walk from Oxford st, close to tube station. Shops and bars nearby.

I had a very pleasant 2 night stay at the Marylebone Hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, although a couple of comments are there were only 4 tv channels, the room was fairly cosy (some would consider small) and there was no Nespresso machine (as promised on the hotel website with the room I had booked). The hotel is in a great location for local shops and tourist attractions, would definitely recommend it

The Marylebone hotel was simply phenomenal. The room was exceptional, the bathroom was great. The staff was kind and courteous the whole stay. The hotel’s gym is possibly the nicest gym I have ever seen. The location of the hotel allows for several Tube stops on important lines as well as you’re only a mile away from the heart of the city. You can walk almost anywhere in London and still get back to the hotel whenever. Not only would I recommend this hotel to anyone, the parent company, The Doyle Collection is at the top of my list if I ever visit the UK or New England. The hotel was that good.
