The hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. Location was excellent for us Embassey and shopping area of Oxford street.

This hotel is really first rate and in a lovely, close-in area making links to other parts of London very convenient. The new sports club/fitness center is now open and truly extraordinary. I would use this hotel just for that reason. Plus the staff was always pleasant and very responsive.

good hotel - room and bathroom a bit small, and price large! But great service, cleanliness, decor, etc. Fantastic quiet backstreet but very central. Didn't try any food, but the bar area looked very nice.

It was a perfect pick of my stay in London. Walking distance to everything. Hotel is great and will stay there again.

I was very surprised by the friendliness of all of the staff at this hotel. The location is excellent less than 2 minutes to Oxford Street. It was the best service that I have had from any hotel (in this price range) for a long time. The decor throughout the hotel is modern and the room layout is okay. Bathrooms very small but functional and everything is provided. A very enjoyable stay.

Great Hotel, highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent locations, 5 minutes’ walk from Oxford st, close to tube station. Shops and bars nearby.

I had a very pleasant 2 night stay at the Marylebone Hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, although a couple of comments are there were only 4 tv channels, the room was fairly cosy (some would consider small) and there was no Nespresso machine (as promised on the hotel website with the room I had booked). The hotel is in a great location for local shops and tourist attractions, would definitely recommend it

The Marylebone hotel was simply phenomenal. The room was exceptional, the bathroom was great. The staff was kind and courteous the whole stay. The hotel’s gym is possibly the nicest gym I have ever seen. The location of the hotel allows for several Tube stops on important lines as well as you’re only a mile away from the heart of the city. You can walk almost anywhere in London and still get back to the hotel whenever. Not only would I recommend this hotel to anyone, the parent company, The Doyle Collection is at the top of my list if I ever visit the UK or New England. The hotel was that good.

The Marylebone Hotel as such and the services rendered is not up to standard. We checked in on 7th July and checked out on 9th July. At 16h00 in the afternoon of the 7th i reported the out of order airconditioner. I reported it again that same day at 19h00 and the evening at 22h00.I then requested a desk fan, which was send to the room. The next morning at 9h00, the afternoon at 18h00 the problem was again reported. At 20h00 a lady came to check if the AC was switched on!!! and at 21h45 that evening they offered us another room, which we refused as we had to leave at 05h00 the next morning. The morning when we left the taxi ordered for us the previous evening, was ordered an hour late. The location of the hotel is good, but thats about all.

Location of this hotel is very accesible to good restaurants,transportation and a very beautiful park. Hotel service very proffesional and friendly, I definitely recommend it!.

Closer to Bond St tube than Marylebone but still less than a mile from the main station. Hotel doesn't look that impressive from the outside but inside is lovely. Staff were extremely efficient, helpful & pleasant, esp concierge. would definitely recommend it for couples. Didn't get to try spa but remember being given voucher for money off treatments. Couldn't manage to contact hotel direct but booked through hotels.com

Our stay at The Marylebone Hotel London was brilliant from the simple fast check in to the complimentary bottle of water on check out the staff were helpful polite friendly our room was light and airy and quiet all in all a perfect place to stay

Great hotel, excellent location. First room we had a leaking airconditioner so next day we changed rooms and were upgraded for the inconviencence, much nicer and bigger room. Helpful staff.

This was a fine hotel. Good service; small but attractive rooms with nice amenities; an amazing gym--one of the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Interesting neighborhood. Close to parks. This a keeper.

The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but looks in this instance are deceiving. Hotel service is excellent, presentation likewise. Rooms (especially the bathrooms) like most London hotels are on the small size but very clean, modern and the visitor areas are lovely - all soft lighting and good quality furnishings. If you are driving and there over the weekend you can park across the road on Welbeck St from 6.30pm to Monday am for free. Has a restaurant and excellent bar area and as it is in Marylebone village it feels like you are staying somewhere off hte beaten track even though you are 10 mins walk from Soho and 5 mins to Bond St and Mayfair. Definitely visit again (as long as the same discount applies!!).

Very pleasant hotel in an excellent location. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. On arrival we were given an upgrade to a deluxe room, which was of a good size and elegantly furnished in a modern international style. Breakfast was not included, but the wonderful pastries from the nearby "patisserie" (Paul) meant that this was not a problem. The hotel offers free Internet access, though it was unfortunately not possible to read the terms and conditions on my smartphone. The nearest Underground station (Bond Street) was rather farther from the hotel than I would have hoped, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel highly.

Stayed here for two nights with my sister for a girly holiday - hotel was amazing. Lobby is spectacular and room was very luxurious. Went for an amazing meal with cocktails in hotel restaurant - all brilliant. Concierge and check in staff lovely too - had no problem printing off boarding passes and we were even offered a bottle of water checking out cause it was a warm day. I stayed here on the back of a recommendation and would recommend it to my friends too.

Our second time staying & hopefully not our last , hotel is very well located, very modern & staff are always friendly & efficient.

Conveniently situated for Oxford St. Regent St. Bond St. We stayed because the hotel was located very close to New Bond St. and we weren't disappointed. The room was well appointed and the hotel has been updated. Our only misgiving was we wanted a twin bedded room, and the room wasn't big enough to seperate the beds (for friends) but a visit to reception and a move to a different room made this possible. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar before going out the back door to the restaurant, overall a great experience and would return to this hotel for another visit.

The location is great, just off Marylebone high st, so no need to take their breakfast when there are so many lovely options on the doorstep. At check in the receptionist and staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging to have some shoes shined for us straight away so we could hot foot it to a wedding. The room was rather small, though if they had put a more sensibly sized chair at the desk it would not have been such a problem, it was kind of wedged between bed and desk so couldn't even move it out of the way. Quite plain and not quite a nice as those on website, but very clean and quiet...and hot! The bed was a bit too soft, but comfy. 12 o'c check out was great. We were hardly in the room to be honest, but it did it's job and was very pleasant.

Great hotel, contemporary in design & very clean. Perfect location to explore the city. We had a superior room on the first floor & the only downside would be the size of the room. The bathroom was exceptionally small, but apart from that I would definitely recommend it & would stay again

We booked a moderate room (not the cheapest). It was as large as a typical American hotel room, nicely deocrated, with thoughtful touches. English bathtubs are significantly taller than in the US so I managed to bang my knee every night. Aso, the minibar automatically charges for any item that is moved. I'm still waiting for a refund of charges for beverages we never drank. The neighborhood is between 2 tub lines but it was a bit of a challenge to find liquor and restaurants near by. Very friendly staff.

Excellent customer service, comfortable, well-appointed rooms and a perfect location, just off Oxford and Marylebone High Streets. Anyone familiar with this area knows what a wealth of superb shopping, restaurants and pubs are on offer. Free high-speed Internet (wired), a fine restaurant (with room service), a gym and a business centre make this a great choice for work travel. Only one minor issue - rooms are not well sound-proofed to the hallway (I heard some very interesting things during my stay). However, room-to room soundproofing is excellent. Pricing is in line with the value offered. Highly recommended.

Arrived late in the evening and was met with a snobby reception clerk. Requested a non-smoking room yet the room smelled of lingering cigarette smoke. Figuring out the air conditioner controls took time as there was a hidden swtich that needed to be turned on before the unit would work. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't open the shower door without closing the bathroom door. My room was in a dark corner at the end of the hall and the light was out above the door. This made for an awkward entrance into the room.

温かい雰囲気のホテルでした。日本語ができるスタッフは居ません。でも、皆さん親切に対応してもらえました。部屋も綺麗ですし、毎日、水とチョコレートを持ってきてくれるサービスはホッとさせてくれましたね。次回も利用したいです。

Min datter (10 år) og jeg bodde på dette hotellet i 3 netter og er veldig fornøyd. Bilder og anmeldelser stemte i forhold til forventinger og det vi opplevde. Tross anmeldelser som anbefalte noe annet valgte vi standard rom. Vi kunne nok gjerne oppgradert rommet. Gode senger, men lite bad. Det var litt støy utenfor tidlig lørdag morgen, men ellers var det veldig stille og rolig. God frokost og god middag. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Vi vil gjerne benytte dette hotellet igjen!
