we enjoy there is very good and clean and friendly to us cool and we will go there again someday and we love to stay in mount airy nc so much made us feel alike to us new home in mount airy nc to us someday we will move there ahh and also winstons and salem nc too wonderful time

Clean and neat

very dissatisfied. room had toxic institutional cleaner odor; and ac/heating unit ran overly loud and did not hold comfortable temperature setting level.

We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean but it is an old hotel. They need to vacuum better, but it was generally clean, the shower was good and the linens were fresh. The room keys had to be scanned to work every day, but other than that it was good.

We had booked two dog friendly rooms for us and some friends but when we got there, we had to wait an hour before being allolowed to check in (would not let us in 'til 3:00) and they had only one dog friendly room. We had to sleep in the tiny beds with two dogs. Although they had been very strict with their check-in policy, they were knocking on doors at 9:30 the next morning to see if we were checked out! Girl at front spent time on her cell while I waited to fill in some late paperwork that they had forgotten. Housekeeping also spent a lot of time on cell phone, then left to chat with a friend, all this while we waited in 90 degfree heat to check in (no air conditioning in lobby).

The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and were willing to assist with any request.

The first room I entered had a bad smell, so I asked the front desk to give me another room, and he immediately walked me to another room which was suitable. I was a little disappointed at the peeling paint, not-quite-clean bathroom, and no table for eating. However, the staff brought me a microwave for my 5 night stay, cleaned the bathroom very well at my request, and were most friendly and helful. There was a nice desk where we ate and where I was able to use my laptop with free internet. The free breakfast included make-your-own waffles, fruit, cold cereal, pastries, biscuits and gravy, cappucino, coffee and juices. It was consistently good. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was very nice, if a bit cold for August. The lounge chairs were exceptionally nice, and there were little tables by all of them.

Air conditioners were too loud.

Good deal and the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly - must be new management? One thing - bring your own pillows, the ones used are comfortable but the size of a sofa cushion, even for the king sized beds?

The room was pleasant and the hotel was convenience to downtown Mt. Airy. The price of a room was a bit steep for what we were given but seeing as my group spent most of our time out of the room, it was fine for sleeping.

Everything was perfect.

This Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay again.

My spouse and my overnight stay was very comforting knowing that the motel was in a secure neighborhood and the room was very clean. And we received the same services as any expensive hotel.

Had a great stay. verry very clean. Would recommend as a # one hotel

I have three small children, 11,3 and a one year. My 11 year old found a pill on the floor and I found a cut up straw with white residue. Disgusting........1st time staying at a Quality Inn never again.....

I booked on hotels.com and got chargedbyboth hotels.com and quality inn. Now I get to do battle between them to e who will credit back my stay. Ugh.

Enjoyed our stay.....Clean room and comfy bed...helpful staff....would definitely stay here again...

We were given a smoking room even though I had requested non-smoking. It ended up being all right because the smoke stench was not too bad. The room was dated but fairly comfortable.

Hotel was conveniently located. No problem with the reservation and room was ready and waiting when we arrived. AC was not running and it was quite hot/stuffy. Room needed a good cleaning--on the surface everything was ok but when you really looked you could tell that it had not had a deep cleaning in quite some time. There were many teens staying at the hotel and it was somewhat loud and there was no chance at getting in the pool. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Basically a basic hotel--nothing fancy--but needs were met.
