Very nice staff, hallways and doors into rooms very dirty. Rooms were clean. Very noisy hall and doors. Party next door at 12:00, Managment was called and they took care of it right away.

It's so reasonably priced for what you get: a clean, comfortable room, a hot breakfast and a free shuttle to the Mall of America. Perfect.

I would never stay in this hotel

The room was clean enough, but the bathroom was a completely different story. There was dirt all over the bottom of the tub. There was also no fan in the bathroom so the bathroom overheated quickly when we took showers. There was no hot tub and the pool was shut down for maintenance. They also didn't tell us that the hotel was under construction so there were workers everywhere and everything smelled like paint. The elevators were shut down too. The continental breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible. However, the mall is very close by, and the attached Outback Steakhouse was very convenient when we arrived late!

The room itself was great. Elevator & hallways a bit rundown. Disappointed there was no hot tub. Pool area was ok but a little dark at night. Friendly staff. Great location to MOA & airport.

THIS PLACE HAD THE BEST HOT BREAKFAST A NICE CLEAN POOL AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION WAS WORTH IT!

I booked online, and it was likely the cheapest hotel I could find. There were three couples, three rooms in my party. We got off to a rough start with the first room being a disaster and needing to be switched, but otherwise, we got exactly what we paid for. Breakfast was decent, bacon, ham, eggs, donuts, waffles, toast, bagels, etc. Very wide selection, which was a perfect start to our very busy shopping day.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the pillows were not very comfortable. Price was good and hotel was family friendly, the pool area was very clean and well kept.

Everything was great here, nice shuttle to airport, clean, OUTBACK Restaurant was attached. BUT the curtains are built to stay open, YOU CAN NOT SHUT them, and so all nite long you have light coming in and you have extra noise and no privacy! UGH. You have outdoors in your room all night long. Bright sun in before you want in the morn. Nice room otherwise, but crap to the curtains. I would not stay here again JUST because of that. When I sleep as most people, we like to have it dark.

I had a great stay here, they were in the most clean. It was a somewhat older facility and may need some upgrades but for the most part clean. They have an Outback Steak house attached which made for great dining. It was quiet and reasonable in cost.

A good hotel for the price. A few problems with the room. Looks like the room wasn't dusted for a few weeks, the drain in the bathroom drained really slow, and the 8am wake up calls from the housekeeping staff didn't help either the first night, then I put out the do not distrub sign the next 2 nights. And no hot tub either.

This hotel is conveniently located to many attractions of the twin cities. It's also nice that there's an Outback Steakhouse attached. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was a little small- especially the door. The hotel itself could use a little more upkeep- only one elevator was working, and a bunch of the carpeting in the hallways was ripped up. The pool was pretty small, but it went to 8 1/2 ft deep! The breakfast was decent.

I would like to know if the properties I reserve through your site are under remodel. I have had this happen the last couple of times. It is not a real bad deal, but there is extra noise, elevators are hard to use, and sometimes messy and general inconvenience. Is there anyway this can be given information?

Excellent staff and location. The hotel was in the midst of elevator upgrades, but there was never a long wait for the one operating lift. Close to everything we wanted to see..

The price was right, the location was right, but the overall feel was bad. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted happily by the desk and we checked in and grabbed our room keys. The elevators were all mostly out of service because they either broke or they were making repairs. The hallways were clean, but everything was a really nasty yellow color and there were stains here and there on the ceilings and floors. We dragged our suitcase up to the third floor passing a police officer sitting randomly in an endcap area looking like there was usually trouble at this location smacking his flashlight against his hand, waiting...odd. The next morning we wake up to find a paper at our door...free right? wrong, this is how they get that extra few cents out of you! Make sure to request NO daily paper be delivered to your door IF you don't want it, we later got charged only $1.00 extra for the whole weekend, but it was still annoying. Other than that, breakfast was decent, but they shut it down early and run out of food fast so get there before the rush, they have it 7am-10am only on weekends otherwise its 7am-9am weekdays. Satisfactory? Yes, would we return? Probably not, it just didn't have a good feel, you'll see what I mean.

after an exhausting day at a funeral, it was a relief to find the Outback Steakhouse right in the building so it was helpful to have a good meal and a good night's sleep before flying out in the morning.

Couldn't get any easier with hotel arrangements. Close to MOA, close to the highway to get to other parts of Minneapolis. the food was easy; waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee.....Not too bad. The pool is small and it was crowded due to the high volume of occupants, but no big deal. It was Spring Break and the hotel provided a place to sleep and relax.

The hotel was very conveniently located with a complementary shuttle to the Mall of America. There were some repairs going on, an elevator was not working. Although the room was clean, the hallways were dirty and made one feel uncomfortable.

Very close - almost walking distance - from the Mall of America. The elevator maintenance made the lobby area look old, but the hotel staff made up for it. Great guy at the front desk and Carol, our van driver, was fabulous. When she says she will be there in three minutes, it is three minutes.

The room was a good size however the bed pillows were way to soft that when you lay your head down your head sunk into the pillow making it uncomfortable to sleep I found my self tossing and turning all night trying to make my pillow stay up. Other then that the room was comfortable and the view was good. The people were very friendly and informative. Riding the shuttle to and from the airport was very fast and the drivers are very helpful. Other then the pillows the room was fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick trip to the Mall of America, and if you don't feel like going out for dinner Outback Steakhouse is right on site.

Overall this was a good place to stay. The lobby and hall areas are a bit dark and could use some "lightening" up. My room was fine and had fairly good amenities. They could use some body lotion, however. The pool area and exercise areas were nice and the breakfast was very good. I ate dinner in the Outback Steakhouse. To make a reservation, however, I had to call from an outside line, rather then be able to call directly from my room. Could not figure out the reason for this. But everything else was fine and I would stay there again.

This hotel was nice and close to airport and mall. The room was clean and the continential breakfast was nice. Would recommend for the reasonable price and quality

Convenient to the airport and mall of america. Great shuttle service and breakfast.

The hotel was nice but hard to tell where to park to find the front door. We drove around several times to figure it out. Some foods for the breakfast had run out over an hour before the end of the time it was to have lasted. What wehad was very good but several items gone too soon. The pool water was a nice temperature and the brightness of the room was great.

The room was very clean. The bed was a little hard, but I guess that's what you get in a major hotel chain. The female that checked us in was very personable. They were working on one of the elevators while we were there but it wasn't a full out construction.

Horibble survice. Very rud workers.

We had a non-smoking room and the smell was not a smoke smell but there was a lingering odor similar to an electric motor smell. Room was otherwise clean and pleasant.

When our flight arrived and we phoned for a pick up, the hotel was quite rude. Another hotel arrived left with their customers and came back for their second group before Comfort Inn came for us. By the time they came there were 18 of us waiting.
