It was a comfortable, hassle-free 3 nights stay with family. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Centrally located, it is within 5-10 minutes walking distance from all of Bruges' main attractions. The Xbox -360 in the lobby for kids is a nice touch!

Very nice hotel, with good lobby areas for groups to sit and enjoy a drink, with Xbox ( always in use) and free computers. Good to have free wifi everywhere too. Staff were always helpful and friendly.The breakfasts were a bit expensive so we joined the rest of our party next door in the Ibis hotel and had a very nice but cheaper breakfast.

Just been to Brugge with two kids and found this hotel at the last minute. it is great value for money with room service, which is not available after 10.30 :( walking distance to the city centre, free Internet , but paid parking 9€ per 24 hours. It is clean, quiet and convenient, very reasonably priced, will recommend :)

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend with our 11mth old daughter. Great location, really handy if you want to nip back during the day & close to all sites & good restaurants. The room was big enough to have the travel cot up at all times & bring the pushchair in. Clean & comfortable, just right for a long wkend. Did have to keep asking to have tea & coffee topped up & for clean cups instead of it automatically being done each day. Parking is available next to the hotel at 9 euros a day.

The hotel is wonderful. The location is great and if you are traveling by car it has a ver convinient parking.The rooms are big and very clean. The service was brilliant. We will definitelly stay again @Novotel Centrum.

This hotel is well located, very nice staff and nice decoration. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There's space for children and an exbox disputed by many. The restaurant/bar is OK. Breakfast is great, but on the expensive side. Parking is very convenient, but not includedin the price, of course. Overall, I really like this hoitel and I'd recommend it to anyone visitng Brugge alone or with children.

We got a good deal booking a couple of weeks in advance in low season and thought it was good value. The location was great; only a 10minute (ish) walk to the main square and lots of nice shops and tearooms along the way. We didn't eat in the hotel as it was very expensive (like everywhere in Bruges!) but we were very reluctant to pay so much for breakfast in particular. In hindsight, I would have refused the breakfast tickets which you give back if you don't have breakfast, as if you lose them they will charge you. Comfortable room, but nothing special. Does the job for a flying visit in which you are out and about a lot and not sitting round the hotel all day!

You can walk to everything you'd want to see. There's a small play area in the reception, which was great for our two small children when we wanted to kill time waiting for meals or to have a drink. The staff spoke excellent English too.

A great hotel and the food was fantastic, there was a great waiter by the the name of Mathis and he was brilliant and helpful. The hotel was only a 15 min walk from the grand Market where the famous clock tower in the movie "in brugges" was filmed. A great place for a romantic break and a great hotel with parking next door to it, easy to find.

We were only in Bruges for 1.5 days and we wanted to be in the centre and close to the city. The hotel is in a great location close to the train station also and the centre of the city. It was only a short stroll to both. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly and very accommodating to us during our stay. The facilities were also very good and the value for money is great.

We had a fantastic stay in a fabulous City. The Hotel complimented our stay. he staff were friendly and extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfasts were great with plenty of choice - much to our childrens delight

Good solid choice, but nothing spectacular. The location is good, but there are other more central options. Our ground floor room had some traffic noise from outside, plus some from above. Next time I'd either try a more central tourist hotel that offers slightly better value for money, or opt for the cheaper Hotel Ibis next door.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, and probably the best property that we stayed in during our 10-day European trip. The information on the website was completely accurate, and we found the hotel staff professional and helpful. Note to those looking to book this property, that this is a child-friendly hotel. The lobby is filled with a playing area for children and there was another place for kids to play video games. The majority of guests had children, and we had issues with the children running up and down the hallways with no parent supervision, as well as jumping on/off the beds in the room directly above us. A call to the manager resolved the issue immediately, but it started again the next morning. We were only there one night. The only thing to point out that seemed "off" was that upon check in, you are presented with 20 euro breakfast coupons per person. You are not able to refuse them (I tried). And, if you don't bring them back upon check out, you are charged for the breakfast. Overall, I liked this property and the proximity to the town.

This hotel took some finding! Bruges is not an easy town to navigate around even with a Satnav!! The hotel had an underground car park which was handy, I took time finding the right hotel and once you found it its position is superb. I could walk to all the things I wanted to see like the belltower and cathederal. The staff were friendly and the breakfast superb, you could use the internet for 20 minutes free, this was very useful. My only complaint about the hotel was the low hard bed. The room was immaculate and the cleaner changed my sheets every couple of days. If you want to see Bruges but do not want to drive around the town, I reccomend it. In summary I was very pleased

A family of four stayed in one room in this hotel - it was comfortable - with the loo seperate to the rooms and the bathroom. The breakfast was stupendous, a real feast and one that catered for every taste. I have never been welcomed so warmly as the receptionist at this hotel. The location is brilliant as its in Brugge but not in the centre of the tourists - which can be overwhelming in such a small town. My one complaint is that we were a family of four and there was not enough bedding. But overall a wonderful place to use as a base to the city centre. My suggestion is that you get a taxi from the station to the hotel - its too far to walk and the buses dont go there directly - the cost is about 10 Euro.

Slightly biased as I love Brugge, on the whole the hotel was exceptional, would highly reccomend. Only down side for me was was an uncomfortable bed.

it is located near the train station(10 minutes walking) and near the market square (10 minutes walking). it is clean, spacious and the breakfast is great. We have been a family of 4 and we all enjoyed our stay there; When we check out they offered to keep our baggage secure so we can have another day in the city with no baggage

This hotel is in a great location with a car park next door. Breakfast was nice, lots of options. We had a family room that was perfect for our 2 year old,the room was big enough to bring the pushchair in! This hotel was perfect, we will be back! Big thank you Novotel :)

I booked this hotel pretty last minute, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Everything is within walking distance, breakfast was ace, and hotel was clean! I'll be staying here again when I go to brugge!

Well situated for the centre of Bruges. Rooms of a good size. Has children's playground and nice size swimming pool but weather wet and so could not use them. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Tthe hotel is very nice and gives a great solution for a family (and privates too), while the price is very reasonable. It is in the city (very close to the main centers), very nice breakfast, nice rooms. The parking (which costs money) is attached to the hotel.

Superbly located with very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great facilities for the price. Perfect for families.

My wife and I decided to have a few days in Bruges with our 3 month old son. We chose Novotel because of the proximity to the centre and because of how it looked on the website. Our expectations were exceeded. The location was perfect, only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the the main market square. The presentation and cleanliness of the hotel were more than what we expected from a 3 star and the staff were friendly. We decided to go into Bruges centre for something to eat on our first night, it wasn't bad, but it was expensive. The second night we stayed at the hotel to eat, the food although minimal in choice was good quality and very well priced. Again the staff were friendly, professional and well presented. I would happily stay at this hotel again when I come back to Bruges and definitely recommend it to anyone wishing a pleasant stay in Bruges.

The hotel is not immediately adjacent to the main square but only a short walk away. It is within the boundaries of old Brugge and all attractions are accessible on foot. As a hotel it is modern and functional. The rooms are clean and reasonable size. The replacement of tea and coffee in the room wasn't always reliable, but there was no problem in getting reception to help. The hotel is like many other Novotels - functional rather than exciting.

Good location helpful staff good parking excellent food free internet recommended hotel nice pool

The hotel is overall good if you are willing to put extra effort and time in actually searching for the hotel in the city. It is situated a bit inside and far from the main roads. So, if you book this hotel, it will be good if you reach the city fresh and energetic because if you reach there tired, then you dont want to put energy in seraching.

It was a good hotel ten minutes to the square but with plenty of sites to see on the way. Good value for money. We had breakfast included in price which was very good with plenty of choice. Boat trip along canal at around 7 euro per adult is a must and the horse and carriage ride at 36 euro is a nice way to see round brugge centre.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good. The toilet and bathroom were in seperate rooms in our hotel room and there was a dividing door seperating the bedroom from the bathroom and toilet - this also helped to reduced corridor noise. We thought this was a nice and unsual touch for hotels of this star rating. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints over the 2 days we stayed.

We were in Bruge for just 24 hours. We got straight into our room even though we arrived at around 11.30am. Nice room, clean, modern and comfortabe. We didn't eat Breakfast at the hotel as it was €20 so we just went to a local cafe. Overall a great stay and if I were in Bruges again I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a family weekend away in this hotel with our three young adult offspring. The location was good for the main attractions - the belfry and main square are only 10 mins walk away. The hotel is bright, clean and spacious with comfortable rooms (fabulous showers) and great staff. I would recommend it for city breaks. Although the hotel is in a quiet spot with little traffic, I would advise the use of the air conditioning as the cobbled roads amplify the sound especially at night.

Excellent location, only 5 minutes stroll to main streets and square. Modern, clean hotel, great food, very helpful staff. In all, a great stay!

This is a clean comfortable hotel which seemed quiet but is within reasonable walking distance of the centre. Staff seemed very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel above average. 10 minute walk from centre. Cheap car parking next to hotel Euro 8.70 per day. Drinks in hotel are reasonably priced. Service is good and bar and graden are lovely. Only flaw is they add on Euro 20 per person for breakfast and you have to get it removed from the bill

Well positioned close to the station, yet handy for all the main attractions. Plenty of parking if you are travelling by car, which is rare for Bruges. Hotel staff were friendly and the rooms are a good size with an excellent shower and seperate wc. There were 4 couples in our party and all found the rooms to be clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a bit expensive, but you are surrounded by small coffee shops. Last year my wife and I stayed at a 4 star hotel round the corner from the Novotel and the room was no where near as good. We would definitely stay at the Novotel again.

While the rooms are a little small if there are more than 2 people (there were 3 of us) they are very comfortable and the hotel is of a very high standard. Everything is within a very short walk from the hotel and there is ample car parking in the public carpark under the hotel. My husband and I have stayed here a number of times - when ever we have visitors in London, they always want to visit Brugge so we always stay here and are never disappointed!

Convenient parking also. Very modern and comfortable hotel,
