The hotel clerk was not very friendly.

I reserved a handicaped room on the ground floor, but the tried to put me on the second floor and I can't climb stairs because of my stroke. I left a message for the manager to call me and he did not call me. VERY DISAPPOINTED. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Checking in was quick and simple. Staff was extremely friendly. The room was more than what I was expecting. It smelled clean and everything was in order. The shower's water pressure was great and the water always stayed warm. Right down the street from the Route 66 area which we loved! There were a lot of great little shops and restaurants. There was also a little cemetery that the hotel sits next to. I would have usually been freaked out about it but it was oddly enough...charming. Overall it was a really great stay.

Great place to stay after visiting the Grand Canyon to avoid driving all the way back to Las Vegas in the same day.

We stayed (2 adults & 2 kids) stayed in Days Inn and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very co-operative and helpful. One thing I noted in the morning was the proximity to the cemetery :(. One note for the hotel staff is to make sure that, the writings on the bathroom mirrors are cleaned well. MY daughter got scared when she saw something strange written on the mirror. This shows up only when the mirror is coated with the steam from the shower!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was clean and convenient for us to stay at before driving up to the South Rim. No complaints about our visit.

My girlfriends and I road-tripped from the OC to get our first look of the Grand Canyon. After driving 7.5 hours, and knowing we had to get up at the crack of dawn for our tour, we dove into bed. COMFY-EST BED EVER! Even with 30 boy scouts in the hotel, it was quiet, and we slept fabulously, even though it wasn't long enough! DEFINATELY would stay again!

First hotel I have ever stayed at that had no elevator for getting heavy suitcases to the second floor, the bathroom toilet seat would not stay up, the handrail in the shower was installed in such a way that it would channel the water behind the shower curtain onto the bathroom floor, and there was nothing in the hotel that recommended any surrounding restaurants for dining out - we were on our own to search around. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable however......

Clean and easy access to Grand Canyon. Interior hallways which is a plus but had a musty odor. Furniture is dated but room is clean. Doors and walls are paper thin and conversations in the hallway and adjoining rooms can easily be heard. Not a top quality property but ok for a night stay on way to Grand Canyon and better than most in the area.

This was a very pleasant hotel, clean, even had an indoor pool, but really let itself down with a chaotic, poorly organized breakfast room and service. People tripped over each other to get at food and beverages, which were very limited.

This hotel was very clean and well run. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. About the only suggestion I would have for improvement is the towels were old and "threadbare" and could use replacement. Everything else was great. Excellent value for the money. The location is well within reach of grand canyon and the area this hotel is in is very beautiful. I recommend this hotel.

My husband and I were somewhat disappointed in the hotel overall. We stayed on the second floor and there was no elevator. My 50 lb. suitcase was a bit of a load for me to haul up the stairs. I didn't appreciate that. Like I say in the title, I expected it to me a little more current. It wasn't dirty or anything, but very dated and just adequate. For the price, I was hoping for something a little nicer.

Great location at a reasonable rate. Near hwy and town of Williams. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was an added plus. I would recommend this place. About 50 minutes from grand canyon, but it didn't seem far at all.

I stayed with 2 young grandchildren (6 & 8) and found this hotel to be a good one. The pool is quite nice, and not even cold as I've often found. A forgotten toothbrush was no problem with a complimentary one from the front desk. The room was clean, comfortable and large enough to add a twin size blow-up mattress.

We stayed at Days Inn Williams for 2 nites when we took the train to visit the Grand Canyon. We used the pool and hot tub-which were great. We enjoyed the rooms - we had two attached for our family of 6. The free breakfast was great each morning and they kept it very well stocked. We did eat closer to 7:30am each morning. The hotel and rooms are not fancy, but it was clean, quiet, and it seems they are updating parts of it. Perfect for the price. We would definitely visit again!

Days inn was very and clean. Beds were comfortable and room fairly spacious. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would stay there again on a return trip.

paper thin walls and very loud hall way. people were shutting doors really loud all night! we cancelled our second night and we were glad we did it! worst hotel stay EVER!

This was a very nice hotel with a pool and spa!! It was very near Bearizona and the Deer Farm which were both fun for the family. The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean and quiet.

When we first arrived we were welcomed by a cheerful young lady at the Desk. She not only checked us in but was very helpful by making reservations for us. I would recommend it to anyone going to Williams Az. Thank you all.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our American Odyssey tour. The rooms were lovely, the spa was very welcome on a cold snowy night and the staff were great, Would highly recommend staying there.

This was one of the best hotels that I stayed in on my visit the North America. The beds were so confortable. I would stay here again.

The hotel is pretty quiet and us close to bearizona how ever not many options for food in the area. Room service is timely and friendly. Great place to stay for the price.

Very nice hotel. Got there at 3 in the morning and was treated very nicely. Good continental breakfast the next day and an easy check out. Thanks!

We stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. The staff was very helpful and friendly and met all of our needs. The only items I missed in the room were a refrigerator and microwave oven. We would definitely choose Days Inn again for our travels. Thanks!!!!!

nice rooms and pool/hot tub. Nothing fancy but nice clean well decorated rooms. Glad they got rid of bedspreads and only use double sheets over a duvet. Very clean plush and inviting

Unlike the hotels description, this is NOT "minutes" away from the Grand Canyon railroad station. Took 2 days to get someone to open the in-room safe so we could use it. Stale doughnuts, stale bread, very poor selection of cold cereal made the breakfast bar a MUST skip affair.

Stayed at the Day's Inn for one night while in town for the Polar Express. I had booked a room with 2 beds and a Sofa. When we got there I remembered too late that they have a second floor with no elevator (I use a wheelchair), which was of course where the room we had booked was. They scrambled and were able to get my family (wife and 4 kids) 2 adjoining rooms on the first floor. They have a good continental buffet (blueberry waffles), pastries, cereal, the usual fare. There is a nice indoor pool right off the breakfast room and the lobby, and a hot tub. Its a little bit further down the road then some of the other hotels, but still a 5 minute drive to the train stations. Rooms were nice and clean, my parents had a room on the 2nd floor and were happy as well. Pretty quiet as there were probably lots of sleepy kids after the Polar Express.

We only stayed one night at Day's Inn, Williams and we arrived very late and had to leave very early in the morning. So we didn't get to "see" the surrounding beauty per se of the hotel. But in our 5 night trip, this was the best inn we stayed at. The decore was lovely and the rooms and batchs were very clean and hassle free. The inn had a lot of facilities, including a laundry room, indoor pool (which we couldn't use) etc. It was very conveniently located near William's down town and less than a 1 h drive from Grand canyon. Wish we got to stay at least till sunrise to enjoy the b'fast and the outdoor beauty.

The bed is comfortable. And the hotel is very clean. However, the breakfast is not so good.

if you have a small dog! We were unable to locate a closer hotel that would take pets. HOWEVER, having said that, the Days Inn was much nicer than I had anticipated... very clean, very comfortable beds, and rather spacious. *and* reasonable !

This hotel is very serviceable and affordable as a place to stay when you visit the Grand Canyon. However, the decor is dated and everything feels just a little old and worn. We were there during a busy week, between Christmas and New Year's Day. During the peak volume in the breakfast room, one overworked young woman couldn't keep up with refilling the counters, and there just wasn't enough sitting room.
