Very good hotel for the price. Clean room, friendly service, nice neighborhood near many restaurants. The included free breakfast was also very good.

Not so bad, not so great. Breakfast not terribly good. Room was fine, but this is not a 3 star hotel in terms of decor, services, etc. Price was high for the level of funkiness. Staff was pleasant.

This is an older hotel that has been somewhat refurbished. An advantage of older hotels is that the rooms and spaces tend to be roomier. However, at this hotel they were also shabbier. We would have been OK with shabby, but our room was not clean--carpets dirty, chair seats soiled, bedding covers soiled, linens borderline. Our room had 2 queen beds but we only used one, because the other had suspicious, uniform black particles in some of the seams--wondered about bugs, though did not see any actual bugs. We had a small dog with us, but he did not want to be on the carpet at all. Also, the A/C unit was not working properly and the hallways were not secure. We have noticed that when we travel with our 8 lb. dog, our rooms tend to be less desirable. I don't think this should be the case, especially since we usually pay an extra pet fee. I don't know if all the rooms would have been like ours or not. The shower was good--bathroom in general OK though again, not totally clean. Breakfast was mostly breads and pastries.

Hotel Check-in clerk was exceptional... He was very friendly and helpful... We were there for the Basketball Playoffs and he gave us the best route and looked up the weather for us on computer... Every employee that we met, spoke and we appreciated that because we are friendly people.... Appreciated the computer access since I forgot my laptop at home and needed to do some work Thank You Deb and Mike

The hotel staff was very accomodating. The 1st room we had smelled like cig. smoke. we were given another room right away. after a couple of hours the hallway smelled of smoke, then entering our room. For the price the hotel is ok and we might stay again, but even the surrounding restaurants seemed subpar.

This is an exceptable facility for someone on budget or traveling with a family the free breakfast will come in handy. The rooms have some have updated decor with flat screen TV's. I was not impressed or disappointed but I would stay again.

The price and the location was the best thing about this hotel. You get more than you pay for here. We were attending a wedding nearby so it was ideal. Great Asian cuisine restaurant next door with a discount offered to hotel guests; fair continental breakfast at the hotel; only complaints - the hotel smelled funny throughout; the plumbing was noisy.

Carpets were old and dirty looking. The rooms had the smell of too much bleech... at least you know they cleaned it well. There are other motels in the area for around the same price. Next time will try something else.

I cme here about every weekend. I get great,rates and they,r always so friendly.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ROOM AND HOTEL.. CLEAN AND AC WORKED GOOD.. BREAKFAST WAS A DELIGHT AND PRICE WAS EXACTLY IN MY BUDGET FOR THESE ECONOMIC HARD TIME..THANKS FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!

It sucks

This was my first stay at this hotel. It was great! Very clean, very friendly staff and very quiet. I have to be in the area again next month, and I have already booked my reservation to stay again!

The nicest hotel we have ever stayed at, for the price. Flat screen TV in the room and a breakfast that was better than most.

Definate keeper. Son looking at college at MTSU. If selected, this is definately where we will stay on our visits. We were there on this trip for an audition. Night clerk let son practice his trumpet in the weight room so he wouldn't bother anyone else. Super experience! Breakfast the next morning was great. Spacious area. Wonderful biscuits. Well stocked.

My only complaint is the same for most motels and that is the HVAC unit that blows the air across the bed. The bed was comfortable and had sufficient covers, the staff was friendly and helpful but the location was out of the way for my purposes. All in all a good value.

Te hotel was nice clean and affordable. On th othe hand, there was to many kids in parking lot and couldnt find a parking spot.

We were looking for a good budget hotel, and for the price, the hotel is decent. The hallways were smoky, and there was a loud party going on downstairs in the meeting room, but it was clean enough and the service was fine. I would stay there again, but don't be prepared for a 5-star stay.

The motel was a little dated, but clean. I was looking for a reasonably priced, clean room and that is what I got. The blanket was worn rather thin, though.

Biggest plus, was that the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and accomodating. The hotel itself was very old and rundown looking. I don't think anything was ever updated since it was built, including the sheets and blankets. original wallpaper, old carpeting and bedspreads. The washcloths were extremely rough, the toilet backed up when we first got there, but was immediately fixed. This Ramada needs to be torn down!

Only complaint: When we moved the table and a chair, we found some pieces of bread behind them. Other than that, the room was okay, the breakfast was decent and the staff was very helpful. Good enough to come again and rest.

The service was very good.. Very kind and helpful front desk.. The breakfast buffet had some good selection.. Very clean.. I would stay there again.

We have stayed at the Ramada Inn in Murfreesboro several times and we have enjoyed our stay so much each time. The staff is so friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcomed. The beds and pillows have got to be the most comfortable we have ever had at a hotel and its so quiet, very easy to rest at night. Also, the free breakfast in the morning is great-a really wide selection to pick from. Everything is very clean and the prices are very reasonable. We have made this hotel OUR hotel when we visit Murfressboro!! If you stay here you wont be disappointed.

Initially this hotel stay looked like it would be a train wreck, but after a few days the place grew on me. For what we paid (the place was running a Thanksgiving special), we got our money's worth. No serious complaints about the place: it's not a Hilton, but you're not paying Hilton prices. The hotel is old and needs remodeling, but still works as is. The breakfast was decent and the room was clean - what more could you ask for? The local area is sketchy, it's on the industrial side of town. In the plus column, a big Asian Bistro/Hibachi is across the parking lot. If you're going to stay, ask for the rooms away from the train tracks for a quiet nights sleep. I would stay there again if the price was right!

I would recommend this hotel if someone is looking for the most bang for their buck. If they are more concerned with an updated look and feel I would recommend an alternative.

The service here was really nice. The person at the desk explained everything and made sure I knew where I was going. They said they appreciated my business. The hallway and the building itself didn't look very nice (you can see just fine, but it's kind of dim and aged). However, the room itself was great. You can tell that that's where they've put their efforts- into the place where you're actually staying. In the room, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was also clean and relatively small but not cramped. The temperature was pleasant and the TV worked just fine. I found the ice machine and vending machines. I didn't hear any of my neighbors once I was in my room (even though I'm pretty sure there was someone next door), and all the lights worked. My room (which was the standard non-smoking, 2 doubles) had a coffee-maker, ice container, table with two chairs, iron with ironing board, and a hairdryer. They had options to upgrade to a room with a refrigerator. I found my dinner within walking distance: within sight of the hotel are a Wendy's, Shoney's, and an Asian buffet, which I found helpful. Driving-wise, it wasn't hard to get in & out of the parking lot, and the hotel was in a nice proximity to I-24. The wireless internet there wasn't especially fast, but it was present with no hassle. I didn't have to get a code from the desk- I just had to log on through Internet Explorer (though after I did that, I was able to browse in Chrome). Another amenity that I didn't use was the exercise room, but I saw other people using it in the morning. Breakfast was standard and tasty. When I visited, they were open 6:30-10:00am (and for those travelling across time zones, Murfreesboro is on Central time). Breakfast had milk, juices, coffee, pastries, waffles, biscuits, gravy, cereal, fruit (list not exhaustive). There was also a TV in the breakfast room, which was nice for watching the news and weather. After I had breakfast, checkout was a breeze. Over

The staff was kind and responsive in correcting an error in the reservation from smoking to non-smoking. However, while some of the rooms are being renovated, the room I was in had not been redone. The bed however, was very comfortable and the room was clean as it could be. The lack of insulation and sound proofing in the walls was obvious. The moldy ceiling in the bathroom and the dripping condensation on and around the window trim needed replacing. All conversations in the hall and the room next door were LOUD and clear until 2 AM. It all started back up at 6 AM. So unless you don't need a full night's sleep, you might want to choose a different place. NIce staff and when the reno is done, it might be a comfortable place to stay.

Front desk folks were nice. However, I didn't feel the room was very clean. The jacuzzi in my room was not clean (hairs in it), and I found hairs on the blankets. I did not feel very safe because the external doors were never locked and I had to stay close to the end. Overall, the room just didn't have a clean feel to it.

The staff was nice, room was cozy, quiet, and coveinent location. It was also a resonable price.

Employees were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was good, but needed eggs and bacon. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, even for my hard-to-please wife.

Cheap Room, Clean. They were incredibly motorcycle friendly, letting me park under cover on their lighted front sidewalk just outside the window so they could keep an eye on my new bike. I also had a trailer for hauling the new bike home and they were accomodating with parking that, too. Overall excellend experience for the price.

Hotel was a good value. Our room was ok but nothing to write home about. The hotel is aging and needs an update but the room was relatively clean and quiet. The breakfast was ok; waffles, hot biscuits, cereal, fruit, juices, rolls, coffee, etc.

Wasn't far from shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and alot of choices. We would stay there again. The only problem was not having a room on the 1st floor having arthritis in both knees going up and down was hard on my knee's. When I asked about it they said an extra charge of $10 I thought that was kinda strange and handicap rooms were extra as well. Making reservations thru hotels.com you can't express a preference. The price of the motel room was resonable considering the breakfast in the price. Room was clean bathroom a bit small but for us staying one night it didn't matter. I will probably call the motel next time and see about a first floor room or handicap room and see what the cost is compared to hotels.com.

The desk clerk let my wife into the room a couple of hours early when he found out she had been waiting for me to get off work. The entire staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights this is the place. Resturants close by and gas right next door. Loved my stay.
