Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville - تورونتو

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

The first night was a disaster due to a group of party goers in the room across from us. They didn't shut it down until 4 am. I informed the hotel the next morning and they were extremely accommodating to us; we were moved to another floor and the next 2 nights were wonderful. The staff were attentive and professional at all times. The location was excellent for a weekend of shopping and leisure.

Excellent. Direct access to both main subway lines. Great rooms, nice facility, very good service. Nothing negative to note with room. Parking was difficult to access, but I think this was temporary with the main entrance shut down for maintenance?

There was some inconvienience due to city electrical outage but it was handled efficiently. Staff very friendly and eager to please.

Breakfast buffet way too expensive, with limited items. Internet access should be free.

They even let us check out early, and their bed was super comfortable. Luxury hotel for a good cheap price!

Awesome hotel. Staff very friendly, both at the desk and cleaning staff, Kept saying hi to me.

only disappointment no pool!!!!!

Unfortunately many of the listed 'complimentary' services such as free wireless and breakfast are only 'complimentary' for VIP guests; other guests must pay extra for these services.

Very happy. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Great value for a hotel in Yorkville area

Very clean, nice size rooms, great location for shopping. On the downside valet parking $40 :(

This hotel features a great location (by all the best shops); has terrific beds and nicely decorated rooms, flat screen TVs and is well staffed by very friendly and helpful employees. Really nicer than the Park Hyatt or the old Four Seasons nearby and offers better value. Starbucks downstairs and bar in lobby--what else do you need? It's perfect in every way. Good for couples, families or business.

Nice room, comfy bed, but still has old style tub in good shape, but uncomfortable. Rooms overlook rooftop. Bay parking lot offers reasonable overnight parking, but it involves using some stairs to get to the hotel lobby .

This hotel is in a fabulous location. However, the room was overlooking an indoor garden or something that wasn't that great to look at. It's not a big deal, but it was kind of disappointing. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the shower had good pressure and temperature (which is usually a problem at hotels). I had no problems with the service, although the concierge was a bit condensing. Another problem I had was that they deliver a newspaper to you automatically, and charge you for it. Not a huge deal, but it was pretty sneaky... Overall, the hotel was definitely above average but had a few small problems that put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Great place to stay. Area has everything you need for a great getaway or in my case for work. The Subway is below the hotel and is very conveinent and easy to use. I left a book on the plane and the concierge was quick to find it with my airline. Lounge staff is so friendly and same goes with all other staff. This is the place to stay without paying the "high" Toronto hotel prices. 5 Star in my books. Don't think twice about not booking this hotel.

I don't think there should be a charge for the internet!

We had a wonderful stay in tjis Hotel. All the reccommendations from the concierge were excellent and the restaurant was great.

A delightfully clean hotel with wonderful service. Glad we stayed here.

our prepaid double room was not available so they upgraded our room to a king suite and offered us a cot--but charged for the cot, even though they sold our room. we left the hotel and returned late but the cot had still not been delivered we had to call to request it. the sound on our tv did not work. parking is a nightmare--if you don't want to pay $35 for valet you have to park in a dept store parking lot around the corner and lug your luggage across busy downtown streets. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Although this hotel is has a wonderful location, when we checked in, the hotel said we only had a suite with a King bed and they could not guarantee the (2) Queens I booked for our family of (4). This was very upsetting and she said they have this problem with customers who book through Hotels.com and Exp....all the time. I didn't have any other problems with my bookings except this hotel. They knew we were upset...so by the time we were assigned our room, miraculously our room had (2) queen beds with no mention from the front desk...very strange. Then during the night, you could hear the subway rumble under the hotel (we were on the 4th floor). We brought a sound machine so it helped block the noise. It initially scared my 10 year old and she thought it was an earthquake. I don't remember seeing anyone mention that the subway runs under the hotel. Since this hotel has only approx. 6 floors of hotel rooms and the upper floors are residences, you don't have many options. Bloor is a great location with all the fabulous shops but I think next time I would pick another hotel. If you don't mind the subway, etc. the room (suite) was very nice and very clean.

We asked for 2 double beds, and were not told till we arrived that that would not be possible. Instead, they gave us a King Executive suite which was nice and ok for us since we were only 2 people staying the night. But we had friends over for some late night food (Saturday night, all adults, visiting and eating in the room). Security came by and said he could hear us talking from the hall. We were 5 people and he said one person had to leave immediately, because it was a fire code regulation. He stood at our door till someone left. He was young and rude, and did not even give us a few minutes of privacy to say goodbye or finish our food.

Breakfast quality is not value for money - for the present choise - price unacceptable.

Beds were super comfortable, location was great. The Longo's market next door was a perfect way to start the day with starbucks, fresh fruit and baked goods. Great location to surrounding amenities as well. Parking was a little difficult to find to get from garage to hotel but all in all would recommend.

The only issue I had was that at about 4am some drunk chick was running up and down the halls banging on doors for nearly 40min.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, well located. The only irritants are that parking is somewhat expensive and not at all easily accessible and there is a charge for the use of internet - feels like gouging in this day and age of wi-fi.

Excellent hotel, great service, fantastic location. Car park was a problem. Hotel parking was closed, guest had to use public parking a couple of blocks away in a cold snowy Tronoto weather

The Marriott on Bloor is well located and connects underground to The Bay's mall and food court. Only complaint concerns the bed and bedding. I found the bed too hard and the pillows too soft but more irritating was that our king size bed was covered with a queen size duvet and sheet. The staff was extremely helpful and special thanks goes to the bartender who was most accommodating.

For the price, this was a great hotel, however they were under some renovations that made it a bit challenging to enjoy fully. A four star normally, just a bit less. I was also on the 'conference floor' which was less desirable but overall a good stay for a midtown hotel.

This Marriot was near lots of shopping...and the Yorkville-Bloor area is charming with its avenues, restaurants, the street lighting good for walking at nite. There was a great little market as you walk out the front door...convenient for picking up a salad or wonderful fresh food to take back to your room to watch sports...which we did! We were here on business but came in early to enjoy the city. Its a beautiful city and during our own country's (USA) economy woes, was fun to be in an area that is being revitalized with new buildings and shops and businesses. We would stay at this Marriot again.

Very nice hotel! The elevators are scary and seem like service elevators

checkin/out went quickly with friendly staff in an average foyer, room was spacious ,clean with nice mirrors,lamps and chairs.42' lcd tv was great to watch hockey games and movies in hd,very nice.. bed was amazing,very soft linen and lots of pillows,had a great sleep bathroom was small but very nice,soaps werent plenty but nice scent..shower was great,nice shower head and light on the ceiling of the shower,nice touch.hairdryer in room as well and lots of towels. the hotel has only 6 floors so no city views which is disapointing,the building itself has several floors. two negatives here.....the description of this hotel on this site states...sattelite tv and bathrobes...neither was true..disappointing.. however i enjoyed my stay and will come again. as long as you dont need a city view,sattelite tv and bathrobes,i highly recommend the hotel

The hotel is located right over a subway station that you can take throughout city. Not many amenities at hotel but it all right there for you. Even a starbucks within a block. Bagel place underneath in mall is horrible. Parking at self-park under hotel is a great deal. much cheaper than paying for them to park your car. and the elevator is right there, no worries
