The first room had no internet service and this could not be resolved by help-desk. The next room had a musty smell of wet dog or wet carpet. I advised the fron desk and it was never resolved. The front desk took long to answer the phones or respond to concerns.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to a cruise. Very clean, well equipped hotel. Staff is friendly and courteous but seemed pre-occupied during most conversations. This is probably because the hotel was very busy. It is a convenient location for the airport and within 15 minutes by taxi to the cruise terminal. Highly recommend and will be using this hotel during our next stay in the Miami area.

MY ROOM HAD HAD A FULL GARBAGE CAN WITH STALE FOOD FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST AND THE TUB HAD LOTS OF HAIR. I EMAILED THE HOTEL.

A Very Clean and Well Maintained Hotel With a Friendly and Helpful Staff! A Fantastic Location if Taking a Cruise and Needing to Board at a Certain Time!

Very close to airport , free shuttle service , Very nice property.

Close to airport. Found a live roach in our room and was only provided new room. No apology at all. Will not be returning.

everything was fine for what we needed. Getting picked up at the airport by the van service was ideal, the room and the pool was enough to keep my daughter occupied. The restaurant does need improvement. Our server was great but the kitchen people were kind of slow with the food output.

We stayed twice -- on arriving in Miami late & the night before an early flight. We made full use of the hotel during our short stay: 2 dinners at the restaurant, 2 swims in the pool, husband used the gym, and took the airport shuttle the morning of our departure. Everything was easy -- even with 2 small kids.

I had an overnight layover in miami and chose this hotel because of it's free shuttle to the airport (I had a 6am flight). Upon check in, I was informed that the shuttle didn't start running until well after I had to be at the airport.So the only reason I chose this hotel was because I thought it would be convenient, but i had to pay for a cab anyway.

Close to airport, very little airport noise. Easy to get to the cruise terminal. Hotel parking fees: something you don't think about until you leave

Does not matter what brand of Marriott, you can never go wrong. Clean room, comfortable bed and nice decor. Loved it

Poor customer service, lousy shuttle service. It was such a hassle staying there. I think we had to ask for almost everything we needed twice. We also requested to speak to a manager about our experience and noone contacted us.

Fit the purpose and the bill. I've stayed there twice now and both times it was excellent. The staff are freindly and helpful; the hotel well put and conveniently located.

Very convenient and affordable for an overnight stay prior to our cruise. There were 16 of us and everything went very well.

It was a very pleasent stay

We were disappointed in the room. I booked that hotel because it was supposed to have high speed Internet n the room. Most of the time we had to go sit in the lobby to use our iPads. I met other guests who had the same problem. The night we see checked in we could hear a high pitched squeal in the room. I called the front desk who said they would send an engineer. One hour later I called again. When the ngineer came he figured out it was the fridge so he unplugged it. We told him we didn't need another fridge that night as we wanted to go o bed. We stayed there eight nights and the fridge was not replaced. We had to unplug the alarm clock as it was noisey as well. We rented a couple of movies during our stay and the last movie we tried to rent would not load. We called the front desk who said they would send the engineer. An hour later I went down to the front desk and asked that they cancel the charges. The top mattress on my bed slid out of place every night .Therevwas no safe in the room. Th room was very bare bones for the price we paid. The lobby was very comfortable to sit in and the food in the dining room in the main Marriott was very good. We had breakfast in the restaurant which is part of the Courtyard and it was very good. It was handy having Starbucks as part of the complex.

Someone swipped the hairdryer and the air conditioner leaked and soaked the floor. When I told the desk, they gave me a comp breakfast. Awesome hotel.

We stayed here for one night. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, the HD/cable is great, and it is within walking distance of some pretty good cuban restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. It is a lil farther from downtown Miami, but wouldn't be more than a $20 taxi ride.

Very nice hotel; part of a complex of Marriott hotels. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet offered by the hotel restaurant. It is a quick shuttle bus ride from and to the airport. I will likely stay there again in the future.

It was awesome. Only thing you had to pay for parking which I think should be included in the fare.

Since the room was available, the staff were very accomodating in letting us do an early check-in (thank you!) This was greatly appreciated as my mom was traveling with us and the trip/weather conditions were a bit much. The hotel was perfect in location to the airport (EARLY morning flight the next day) and the free shuttle was a definite plus.I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

when your room rate include breakfast , the dinning room need to know as to avoid giving you a bill...

We arrived from Ecuador at 6:00 am. We were hoping the hotel would store our luggage until a room became available (3 PM is check-in). To our delight, they checked us into a room immediately, which allowed us to catch up on some desperately needed sleep. THAINKS MARRIOTT! We walked over to the Latin diner and had fantastic Cuban food at a very affordable price. That night I got a burger to p/u at the hotel restaurant/bar. When I got to my room, the burger was only warm and the onion rings were cold; plus it took 25 minutes to get the order. There is a 24 hr. small store in the hotel that sells packaged food (like a very small convenience store). The pool is nice a very useable. The room was clean and everything worked. The airport shuttle service worked great for us both ways. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay near the airport. I ssupect my cold meal, although disappointing, was not the norm..

Everything was as expected, very decent, nice, clean, but because I did not book directly through them, they gave me a room with a view of of their massive a/c unit and electrical. Entirely blocked our view of everything. All this while they had several rooms vacant. I took pictures if someone needs to see what a massive a/c and electrical stuff looks like. No fridge in room and internet was horrible. But otherwise, a nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff.
