Comfort Inn Erie I-90 - إيري

Nice staff, but not a comfortable stay at all. Hotel is out dated, needs new pillows and mattresses. Was clean, but outdated. Conveniently located attached to the waterpark, but we would have rather stayed at a nicer hotel and drove to the park. Would not recommend. A bit pricey too.

the hotel is old but convenient we went there for the splash lagoon water park .... the rooms are old and has a smell but clean .... swimming pool was nice .... the price matches the hotel condition

Okay for the price. Good location but the hotel could use a facelift. People were friendly and the breakfast was good considering the busy time of year, we didn't have to wait very long and had somewhere to sit each morning. Kids thought it was great being so close to the indoor water park but the walk was a little chilly even though it was connected and it wasn't even that cold outside. It was fine for a nice family getaway.

Everything was fine at first. The carpets were somewhat dirty. We had a great time until about 30 minutes before we were about to leave when suddenly our two rooms seem to be infested with centipedes. Small brown ones on the floor and large black ones on the ceilings. The children were flipping out. We had not seen one in the two days before. I don't know where they came from.

The facility was a pleasure to stay in. The pool was clean and safe. The hospitality was great from the front desk to the cleaners. Close to shopping and other places for activity. Great job all!

Hotel needs new rugs really not very clean at all No towels at the pool anytime we were there. Breakfast was very crowed it took forever to get a waffle.

Ice machine are slow or not working Door entrance are mulfunctioning Staff are semi- friendly and not smiling For the price we paid, other Hotel in the area that are better updated can be found. Breakfast is inferior compared to what we are use to in the area. Swimming Pool was kind of dirty one night we were on

Our room at the Confort Inn was terrible. It was very old, the room smelled, the carpet was damp, there were stains on the sheets, saggy beds, mould in the bathroom the air conditioner was loud. Our deck had a broken light there was rotting wood on the deck above us and the air conditioner leaked over the patio so it was wet and dirty and was forming a mossy/mould mixture. For what we paid for this room it was ridiculous!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The indooor pool was awesome! And you can not beat their hot breakfast! Coffee was available 24 / 7. Minus the little double beds and square shaped pillows, we were extremely happy with our stay here.

The hotel took advantage of a busy holiday weekend. The cost of the hotel was much higher than the hotel calls for, but they took advantage of a busy time period. The room was nice except for fact that when we arrived in the room we had cookie crumbs on one of our chairs and the tub didn't looked scrubbed good.

This was a horrible hotel. The hotel is very old and our room was very smelly. Bed was uncomfortable, one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Pass on this one!

This hotel is rated 2 stars - should never have made it to any travel discount web site, was absolutely the "dump". Definitely will not recommend to anyone, over-rated and and over priced.

I stayed at this hotel because the pet fee was reasonable. However, I could not get a parking space close to my room so unloading all the pst supplies was difficult. There were stains on the bedspread and the arms to the desk chair were chewed. One of the outlets near the desk did not work. I did enjoy the jacuzzi tub and free WiFi.Local restaurants delivered dinner. Breakfast in the morning was impossible. The line was down the hallway and I could not wait to get breakfast.

Continental breakfast room was packed with very long line at 8:00 am on a Friday with lots of families visiting the Splash Lagoon. We skipped the breakfast. All else about this motel was fine.

THIS MOTEL IS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE RAMP TO I90, MAKING IT EXTREMELY NOISY. I WAS AWAKENED BY TRAFFIC SEVERAL TIMES IN THE NIGHT. THE PLACE IS CLEAN ENOUGH, AND THE SERVICE IS FINE, BUT THE LOCATION IS ABOUT AS BAD AS POSSIBLE.

This hotel was right in the middle of it all. They had lots of attractions within minutes of driving time, including gas stations, casino, racetrack, stores, malls, the Erie Zoo, and lots of places to eat. On site, there was the Boston Grill restaurant, which provides free delivery to your room at the hotel. That was a life saver since we didn't feel like going out after a long day of driving. The room was great. Spacious, clean, good lighting, and an amazing jetted tub. One of the things I loved most was I could take my dog with us to the hotel so we didn't have to arrange a dog sitter or kennel. The TV service was better than expected as well, many more channels than other hotels we've stayed at. And more channels equals better selection of something to watch. The front lobby was amazing. Well decorated, clean, and welcoming. The staff at the desk was very friendly, helpful, and willing to direct us in whichever direction we were heading. If you have children, Splash Lagoon is next door, and the hotel offers towels to use at the water park. The hotel is two stories, and does not have an elevator, so if you have mobility problems, you might need to specify you need a first level room. I didn't eat the breakfast that was served, but I glanced around as we checked out, and it looked really nice. My husband and I will definitely stay here again on our next trip through the area. The cost of the room, the amenities offered, the location, and surrounding businesses sealed the door. Great stay!!

The Comfort Inn was a very pleasant hotel with a wonderful staff and very comfortable rooms. Check In was very easy and a good breakfast was served. The only drawback was that there was no elevator and some of the rooms were hard to find as the hotel is broken down into two different sections. If you have small children it is conveniently connected to Splash Lagoon next door which is a water park. That meant a lot of small children in the hotel but the noise was minimal in my stay. Overall I would rate it highly for location and the comfort and cleanliness of the room.

It was a very comfortable stay. It has a bit of a 'homey' feel to it, which you begin to feel the second you walk through the front doors and into their magnificent lobby. Beds are quite plush, the Hot Tub was phenomenal, the breakfast was quite good, as well. All in all a great hotel experience.

The desk clerk was friendly and accomidating, housekeeping was exelent. The furniture was out dated other than that we had no complaints.

The room was very comfortable and nice with the beds and hot tub. The service was fair. They only cleaned room once in the 4 days, we had to ask for toilet paper, etc.. The breakfast at checkin was told to us each day 7-10 and actually ended at 9:30 so when we went to have breakfast it was already being put up and they were quite rude about that. The location for the water park and other area attractions is very convienent.
