I've stayed in a few 2-star hotels, and specifically searched for 3 or better, while still trying to stay within my budget and in a hotel near my customer's place of business. The hotel is untidy, smelly, and has a full-service restaurant and bar that never had any customers. The carpet and furniture in my room were covered with large dark stains, making me keep my shoes on till I got in bed. Dirty, unkept and smelly. Would not recommend to anyone, and a little upset that Hotels.com rated as a 3-star hotel.

The room was not cleaned very well - stains on chairs so bad that you needed a towel so that your clothes would not be ruined. Carpet was very dirty. Some of the towels were stained as well. I would not recommend to anyone!

We have stayed there 3 times in the last 6 months and each time the room was always clean and comfortable. Each room had a microwave and a small refrigerator. The free breakfast was acceptable.

This is worst Quality inn I ever had before. This one is old. The only good thing is just off from the freeway. Other than that, everything is old.

The neighborhood was a bit shady. It was however very close to the Citadel outlets and Costco. There was only shampoos and soap bars in the bathroom. You have to bring your own conditioner and lotion. We had to ask for extra towels. The breakfast was not the greatest with very little selection but I guess you can't complain when it's free. We only ate there once out of the 2 days we stayed.

It was good.

Made my mini getaway marvelous...

Very disatisfied with smell and cleanliness of hotel, worst choice hotel I have ever stayed at

located right by the I-5, near gas stations, Costco, some restaurants, and an outlet mall with a food court. breakfast was mediocre, no fruits and selection of bread very limited, but otherwise ok. room is spacious and clean, newly-renovated. bathroom a bit small.

The place is pretty run down. Hallways reak of cig smoke. We were happy to find that the rooms did not. Not an enjoyable place to stay, but if the location is convenient, it is tolorable. For reference purposes, I am not a picky traveler.

I really had a bad experience. When I booked the rooms I was said that you will definitely get a microwave and fridge but on arrival we were said that all rooms with fridge and microwave are occupied. After 5 minutes one of our friends tried to book a new room and the receptioniost gave him a room with both of the things. Over all location is not good. Quality Really not matching with its 3 star rating. Families should not go there at all. The complementary breakfast was not of a standard. The AC was not working and one person came after 5 calls only. Overall quality inn does not have quality.

The room I way assigned/given. Was sharing the same wall to a LOUD Party in next room. I gave the front desk a heads-up, having to leave the next day. Not to assign that room due to all of the loud noise next door. The front desk clerk shared, they had received various calls reporting/complaints,regarding.. Room#440.(Extreamly loud) Wow...I was floored at that feedback, from the front desk!. Nothing was done ALL night. I could have gotten rest, Only if management would have done their job.

I got my money's worth for this room and I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and the hotel was easy to access from the highway.

We book rooms almost every weekend and decided to book this room based on the nice pictures and higher rating compared to similarly priced hotels in the area. However, as soon as we saw the homeless person sitting on a garbage can right outside of the main entrance, we started having doubts about our selection. Upon check-in, we were invited to the hotels "pool party". Basically, they rented out the pool area to some club promoter and there were a bunch of non-guests, taking over the pool area, restaurant and bar area, as well as having a DJ blasting music, until later in the evening. Normally, we wouldn't care, except it was a Sunday evening and we just wanted a place to relax, before our morning commute. Since, we felt uncomfortable going to the restaurant area, we asked if they would deliver the food to our room. Not only did it arrive late, but was missing the sides and came in very small portions. The only redeeming quality of the hotel is that they have a security guard on-site and the pillows were soft. We will never go back and I am hoping the rating will be lowered to better reflect the overall experience. 2 Stars at best!!!

Terrible hotel room - right above kareoke bar which kept going until midnight! Even after being told it would be over at 10. Had to run the fan at full blast to drown out most of the noise. Could do nothing about the thumping through the floor! Wish the Doubletree had an open room!!! Quality Inn - Not living up to its name!

Arrived got our room key....took elevator to third floor, doors opened and the disgusting stinch of cat urine filled the elevator. We got to our room and the air conditioner was broken, the carpet was soaking wet from a bathroom leaky faucet. We requested to switch rooms and then they slipped a note under our door saying they had to switch off the water for 5 hours. Morning breakfast was nasty. French Toast was just slices of bread dipped in plain egg batter. Apple Juice should have been called "Apple Water." My daughter swam in their pool and got out after 2 minutes because there were so many bugs in the water that she no longer wanted to swim. She told me, "Mom this hotel is ghetto." Needless to say, we did not stay our planned 4 days. We left immediately. Dont waste your money - sooo gross!!!

The hotel was not as nice as it looked in the pictures. It had a musty smell and my wife thought it smelled like cats. The first room they put us in didn't have a working TV, so they moved us. The second room was located near the bar, vending machines, elevator and exit doors. Needless to say, music was bumping and there was A LOT of noise. The breakfast was good and there was free parking, which were pluses. Our stay may have been more pleasant if we would have had a room in a different part of the hotel (hopefully).

I have stayed here quite a bit. The staff are very nice and they always remember me when I arrive. I The breakfast was great and had a nice selection. The rooms are very nice and clean. I will continue to stay there.

The neighborhood is in the ghetto. The room was really nice but the rest if the hotel was nasty. The breakfast was ok. No surrounding restaurants besides a terrible Denny's. The karaoke until past 11pm on every Thursday night was horrendous.

Excellent accommodations: Excellent king bed with excellent mattress. Good TV; free internet; coffee in room; good shower; hearty breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon, coffee, juice, muffins, pastries, fruit....everything; nice bar and dinner below...... The best I have encountered, staying at hotels at least once a week for work.

great stay. friendly curtestest staff ,the beds were very confortable and clean . The free breakfast was well worth the tripp Stayed two days wanted to do the hollywood seen didnt know how far form hollywood but it turned out to be only like 22min away

Great hotel to stay at in Montebello for business - centrally located and easy access to freeways.

It was the worst experience in my hotel stays ever. The whole hotel smells like a dirty kitchen. Towels were old, carpet were dirty. I am not sure how it can be a 3-star hotel. I will never stay there again.

I expected so much less based on the neighborhoods nearby. I'm used to staying in nicer areas close to Disneyland, so it was a change. Honestly its not bad at all. I loved the convenience of the nearby shopping center, including a Marshall's, Anchor Blue, and Walmart. The staff was very nice. I requested a microwave and refrigerator, but they had none in the size of room I made a reservation for... so they upgraded us for free. The bed was very comfortable, nice sized room, and very clean. Only con for me... the water pressure in the shower was a little too strong, resulting in water puddles on the floor. Other than that, I have no complaints. I've paid so much more for the same quality. This place is definitely worth it and I'm sure for my next trip I'll keep this hotel in mind.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. There was a bar and restaurant that is near the front desk that played loud music until 2am. The music was so loud, that I could barely hear the clerk at the front desk. Our room was directly above the bar, and we had difficulty sleeping because of the music. I asked the front desk if the music could be turned down, and they said it was hotel policy that they needed 5 complaints before they could turn it down. Otherwise, they told me they would turn the music down by 11pm. The next morning I found out they had more than 5 complaints, and neither turned the music down after they received the complaints or at 11pm. The room had sticky carpet. The room's lock didn't work properly, so we had to go to the desk frequently to get someone to fix the door. The employees tried to be helpful, so I think many problems were due to management. I would not stay at this chain of hotels in the future.

Convenient to the LA Garment district and poker rooms. Parking was sufficient. New TVs.

Since I stayed there before, they remembered me and remembered what I had asked for on my last visit. The Hotel has been refurbished and is looking better all the time and is a nice stay for the money.

Pictures were deceiving. Room was dirty and smelled . No shower curtain and there was hair on the floor. Honestly did feel safe at all.

Although the price was great and the room was clean and large, the overall aspect of the hotel was not so great. I was not impressed when i entered the lobby. the hallway leading to our room was very stuffy and smelled bad. On the othe hand our room was very clean, nice furniture, included a fridge, microwave and the bathroom was decent too. It was worth the money, but i was not impressed with the overall aspect of the hotel and the area it was located in. The parking was on the hotel property but right off the streets, i did not feel safe. We had breakfast at a nearby Dennys, but other then that, i could not drive easily to any restaurants or points of interest without looking it up on a map.

Todo esta bien solo que no me gusto el olor del hotel todo el tiempo olia a sucio y a demaciado cigarro
