Not at all satisfied. Did not get what I requested 2 queen bed for 3 persons.

I reserved the room months in advance to attend a music festival. Imagine my surprise upon arrival when the front desk clerk told me they gave my PREPAID room to someone else (they thought she was me because she had 'Lee' in her name, too) and then tried to tell me they had no more rooms due to the festival!?! WHAT!? The night manager was called in and the staff tried putting us in a room with a queen sz bed but as I reserved & paid for a king, I insisted on a king (my husband id 6'5"). They moved us to a room with a king sz bed - with wet carpet and a terrible musty smell. The process had taken over an hour (calling hotels.com customer service for advice) and we had to get to the festival so we were out of options for that night. They moved us again the next day - to the room upstairs from that gem. They are renovating the hotel and there are piles of furniture near the dumpsters. Its clear neither of the rooms we stayed in had been renovated yet. Both beds were among the worst I'd slept on. The whole experience was stressful, aggravating and disappointing. I will NOT return to one of their locations.

Wonderful Hotel. if you need a microwave, you need to ask for it in advance. The rooms were big and I loved the pool. This is a wonderful family hotel and they even have a childrens pool.

VERY NICE WILL COME BACK IN MAY

Good location for the $. Water was luke warm. Couldnt get HOT WATER to stay on long enough to take a shower. Remote control for Tv didnt work.. People were friendly, and eager to please. A low budget restaurant across the street and convenient. If, the water situation was better if would be a somewhat decent hotel. It has Wifi

An electrical outlet did not work properly and was never replaced and I was at the hotel for over a week.

I got to my room and found the furniture lacking and antiquated, the carpet had multiple & terrible burns. The shower water pressure was poor at best. Paint on the toilet. For $10 more I could have stayed at a resort. The next night, I stayed at a 4 star Hilton for $10 more.

Room was nice and neat. Couldn't find the ice machine. Beds were very comfortable

This is an OLD hotel that is in desperate need of upgrading and repair. There were areas of the floor in my guest room that would sink an inch or more when you walked on it I found myself walking around these spots for fear of the floor collapsing. The shower head came straight out of the wall. Only someone under four feet tall would be able to stand underneath it. Also, the water came out like a fire hose, so not very refreshing. Wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom from the overs pray of the shower. I also noticed a lot of paint peeled off around the outside hotel walls. The outdoor carpet on the walkways was warn bare everywhere and rubber mats were thrown down to try and cover up these areas. Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We did a mommy/daughter getaway to Palm Springs. The room was ok. That was fine, because we wanted to spend most of our time at the pool. The pool and jacuzzi were great. We were close to downtown and had a great weekend.

This older but well maintained motel had beautiful grass areas with palm trees and flowers everywhere. The pool area and spa were also better then expected. The price per night was a bit more then expected but it is located in the very-very popular location of Palm Springs so It's a good deal compared to other hotels in the area. Laundry on site and free fast wifi (get access code from front desk.) Also workout room too if your into that kind of thing. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Would book again.

Room 256. This was the dirtiest room I've ever been in. The mattress was covered with yellow urine stains and other dark stains (may have been blood). The top blanket had holes in it. Carpet was too dirty to walk barefoot. The hair dryer had someone elses hair matted in it. This room was booked for 2 people but only one towel was supplied. Dust was all along the edge of the carpet and crud was built up on the baseboards. Regardless of the 3 deadbolts on the door, light still managed to get in. All of this, and it was not a cheap hotel price-wise.

Room was comfortable, pool/jacuzzi looked good (didn't get a chance to use them), but surprised the hotel simply seems 'not quite up to par'. No liner for the ice bucket, refrig door was out of alignment and shelves over-worn, would've need special action to get a microwave, no tissue dispenser in the bathroom, just a few little things that were an inconvenience.

I give it a VERY GOOD for an in season price and Overall Rating

Waited almost 1 hr before we can check in, rooms weren't cleaned at all next day. The rugs in the room was really old and had burn marks. The pool area was very nice, but overall stay was disappointing.

Not much nicer than motel six, but more expensive

Yuck.

Depending on the rate you get this hotel for, it's not a bad deal. In all likelihood, it will be one of the better values in the area. Beds were very comfortable and it's not far from downtown. The neighbors were a little noisy but that's just the luck of the draw. Not bad for a basic stay.

The room I stayed in was pretty average but the location was great having it to be in the center whee travel wasn't an issue. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the pool area and the main lobby otherwise it seems to offer the same thing any other hotel would offer.

Generally the room was comfortable and service was good. Hot water lever for the shower did not work well and the low flow water was a little irritating. Other than that pool area was nice with jacuzzi. Had a real good time.

Good basic hotel. Had soap, lotion and shampoo. Shower curtain rod sagged which allowed curtain to open itself ...needs tightened. Jacuzzi hours short. Jacuzzi over chlorinated.

The front desk staff was very helpful, the room was nice and the location is fantastic!

Far walking distance from downtown, very poor maIntenance, toilet broken, change room (the receptionist was very nice about that) got a room with a lot of smell outside and broken shower hangers (had to take a shower holding the shower head. Very conviniente price, but I won't stay there again

Clean and for the price excellent value. Close to downtown and local dining.

We just needed a bed to sleep in for one night. We didn't need anything fancy or luxurious, just a bed, which is what this property provided. For what we paid, we can't complain much. It was obvious by the mould ring around the toilet bowl that our room hadn't been used in a while and the coffee maker was missing from the room, but the room was quiet, the bed comfortable enough and the surrounding area quite pleasant. For the price we paid, we'd stay there again for a quick overnighter.

My wife and I would stay at this locaton again. The price was very affordable and the location in Palm Springs was very nice and the staff was also very nice. However I must report two negativer points: 1.) Toliet kept running and I had to open the lid and adjust the the flush/flap mechanism, repeatedly. 2.) Lawn mower was running very loudly outside our window and disturbed our sleep on Saturday morning, we went there to relax. In spite of these two negative points my wife and I enjoyed our overall stay and plan to return next year for Thanksgiving weekend again or possibly sooner.

Quality Inn brand motels seem to be pretty consistent in standards, unlike other motel brands. This one was fine, perhaps a bit below the average for Quality Inns due to age of facilities, but still acceptable. Price was dirt cheap for a Quality Inn, although there were plenty of no-name motels in the neighborhood for $50-ish. Short, easy drive to downtown Palm Springs, but definitely not walking distance.

Decent room for the rate

The room smelled like mold, and also a cockroach in the restroom behind toilet.

Hotel met all our expectations,very convenient,reasonable price,clean and nice staff.We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hot tub in the evening,and the comfort of the enormous bed. Would definitely choose to stay again.

Our stay was only for one day. We knew it was going to be hot in Palm Springs so we were looking forward to using the pool and relaxing. We were very disappointed to see that the pool was not very clean and in fact green. People (kids especially) were still swimming in the pool. We chose not to swim in the algea infested pool.

was a terrible experience for my and my family. Never try to get a chip hotel. ROCHES AND FLEAS every where. To noise at night. so dirty. BAD
