THE HOTEL IS FIRST CLASS, SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD IS SUPREME. BEACH AND POOL GREAT!! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.

Loved this hotel-reminded me of the W Barcelona. Appreciated being greeted at the door when we arrived and shown to the check in desk. Enjoyed the ease of getting outside, finding the gym and the restaurants. ME by Melia does everything they do just right. Enjoyed both Salt and Silk restaurants, did not like the skewer, drive through, fast service of the Watermark. Enjoyed the pool, bed rental service and had fabulous service provided by Enrique who greeted every request with a huge smile. He books around this pool and beach to make sure you are happy. Great relaxing, easy vibe here which we totally appreciated. So many hotels are stressful to stay at with getting outside an issue, having 5 different restaurants on 3 different floors. ME by Melia takes that all away and places you in a beautifully decorated property with a wonderful staff

ok so, first BEWARE, this all inclusive hotel is a party place on the weekends, no one tells you that, its kinda spring break for adults, with dancing girls in bikinis and heels and VERY VERY loud dance music on the beach all day ughhh- there is NOT a quiet place to read either! (monday during the day was quiet)They even put ear plugs in the rooms for the pm bar music which you can hear from the room until the bar closes, bizarre really! FOOD is pretty good in all restaurants, (Water Grill is romantic and exceptional service and view) however, they don't serve normal desserts in Water grill or Salt, only little sample desserts- again wierd, and NO DECAF- huh?? you can get a normal dessert in Beach House which was closed in the evenings when we were there- that place BEACH house is just okay- not great and the service in that rest is AWFUL slow and some wait staff don't speak english well, they also don't understand the concept of appetizer becasue each time we ate there, they served the appetizer WITH the meal-surprising! they seemed under staffed there, the drinks are really good (dacquiris, martinis, pina colodas) but don't go up to the bar, the daytime bartenders don't want to deal with public, they only want to deal with their servers- ALMOST RUDE- and another thing was after a walk on the beach, we wanted some water, no waiters anywhere on beach so went up to the water grill bar and they said NO to giving us bottled WATER, thats just wrong! bad business! MANAGEMENT ARE YOU READING THIS!!! the other odd thing is there is only one bathroom in the entire outside area so you have to walk a long way if you are on the other side of the pool at beach club etc, otherwise you can go inside with your sandy feet. Elevators are very SLOW and sometimes don't work. Front desk is also very SLOW with both check in and check out, but VERY NICE- the all inclusive is nice but you really have to ASK for everything like getting snacks and mineral water in the room was a problem, th

The all inclusive was a bait, the food inclusive is real bad, you cant eat if u want to eat good food need to pay,the elevator is the worst elevator in the whole wolrd ! It is so slow it is really terrible , i never recomend to a friend and never never come back to this hotel it is a really Bait

I traveled Dec 29th-Jan 2 to the Me Cancun with my husband for New Years. The Pluses: Place is very beautiful and modern Most workers/waiters are very respectful and say Hello Food was pretty good Nice Pools/Beach Views Spa service was excellent The Minuses: NO CHAIRS BY POOL OR BEACH EVER UNLESS YOU WENT OUT AT LIKE 7 IN THE MORNING ADULT POOL WAS PAY ONLY - $40 TO JUST WALK IN AND WHATEVER AMOUNT TO LAY DOWN ANYWHERE TIPS ARE NOT INCLUDED AND BILLS WERE OVERINFLATED SO THE TIPS WERE HIGHER WIFI DIDN'T WORK UNLESS IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BARELY ANYTHING IN THE MINI BAR WAS PART OF THE INCLUSIVE - A COUPLE OF WATERS AND SODAS ROOM SERVICE HAD A SERVICE CHARGE ALL RESTAURANTS HAD VERY SLOW SERVICE NOT ALOT OF CHOICES FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH DINNER RESERVATIONS HARD TO GET AT SALT AND SILK FOR A HOTEL THAT ADVERTISES NIGHTLIFE - THE HOTEL WAS DEAD EVERYNIGHT NEW YEARS - THE PARTY WAS $50 A PERSON TO GET IN - SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS ELEVATORS WERE SO SLOW RESORT CREDITS WERE USELESS Honestly, I probably would not stay here again even with the pluses - I understand this was a super busy week but it was ridiculous. All inclusive means All inclusive - I did not plan to come down to Cancun to spend an additional massive amount of money. I can not believe how hard it was to get a chair everyday. If a hotel is at 100% capacity and all the chairs are taken, the beds should have been free for hotel guests. I am very unhappy with my few days I was there. If I ever go to Cancun again - I will stay at one of the Palace Resorts. I had an amazing experience at the Hard Rock Moon Palace in Punta Cana in August (mind you, also 100% occupency)

This hotel was very immoressive and we certainly enjoyed ourselves. The pool areas a very well designed and they offer lots of luxurious beds by the pool and on the beach. Though these are not all free unless you are in premium room. Service staff were very good in all the bars and restaurants and it was overall very impressive. The main problems we encountered were: The all inclusive system changes depending on what level of room you are staying in. We had a passion suite which is one of the top rooms in the hotel. However upon arriving in the room there was no information on the hotel at all which I have never found before in any large hotel. We had to request a room service menu and keep asking about any information we needed. It was all very unclear which drinks were included and which brands. After 2 days we found out we were on the ultra premium band, but several time we had to then explain this to bar/restaurant staff which can be embarrassing in front of other guests. A clear guide should be in each room for each band of exactly what is included. Also for the last 2 and a half days of our stay we were disturbed about every 2-3 minutes by very loud scraping noises on the floor above our room. It sounded like a major move was going on but when we asked our concierge they said no work was going on and offered no solution for us. We still never found out what all the noise was but it was driving us mad by the end, it even continued during the night. For the price I would expect them to be more interested when complaining about large problems like this. Also it was our honeymoon and no special treatment was given to us, I would have thought something would have been offered.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel a lot. The food was delicious, the beach was superb. The only "but" was our view to the lagoon. The lagoon itself was gorgeous, "but" we looked down to the roof of the hotel entrance and it was lacking some maintenance. It showed a lot of chipped paint and it was ugly...except for that we tried to not stay at the hotel so much and just enjoy the beach... We miss it already!

Be aware , this is not an all inclusive hotel , in fact very far to be one like this, Now: - Very slow elevators , can drive you crazy - Need to sign for anything to order , even a small drink , very stupid and old fashion, - You want dinner? Fine, you have to make reservation to one of the restaurant until 4PM , really?? This is a joke… - Never got the two bottle of water allowance refill in the minibar until I called the guest service, - Never got a shampoo while cleaning the room, There is more … Good location, Food in restaurant is good including the breakfast buffet, Nice pool Nice beach Music was cool while the DJ was in, Hotel smells good, Valet parking was great, Adults only hotel so its great, Wouldn’t go back again for sure!!! Will go back to "The Royal In Cancun" resort , this is a HIGH CLASS hotel with the best you can get,

The hotel was amazing and the staff at the pool was wonderful. We want commend Joel, Bart and Oliver who work at the adult pool made the experience wonderul!! I would like for them to be commended for this service! My only issue and it is a huge one is the air in the room. It would never get cool enough and then the air in the hotel lobby at night was not cool either. The overall air in the room, lobby and restaurants needs to be turned down as it was very hot and we heard the same compliant by others.

Its a nice hotel staff is very attentive and with great attitude. A disadvantage is that all the beds in the adults pool costo you an extra 50 USD per day even having an all incusive package and the pool beds with beach view aditionaly you have to buy a alcohol bottle. Makes no sense in an all inclusive. The night buffet sucks so you better reserve at the different restaurants but the food there its delicious. Its a very nice and chic hotel, the lobby is amazing, and the bar is so cool. you can have lots of fun. Its sooo close to the main mall "la isla" that its locaiton its VERY VERY convinient. I had the Ipdo dock but never could use it beacuse need it a cable and they never send it to me. But overall its an amazing hotel to stay at.

I've stayed at a number of top hotels in cancun and this place by far is # 1. The hotel itself has a very attractive staff that is friendly aswell as efficient. The hotel tends to attract a very sexy crowd and that is maintained throughout the environment of the hotel. The beaches are absolutely perfect. If you need something and your on hotel grounds there someone within arms length to handle for you. The only complaint I might have is it does get a little annoying signing for everything everytime you order something or having to make a reservation to eat in one of the 4 restaurants; but I promise one you taste the food you won't mind so much. Food is on par with any of the top restaurants in the states. Good stuff!!!!!!!!!!!

Our stay was nice, however, there were several charges that we were not made aware of before booking. For example, the all inclusive bar closes at midnight and from then on you have to pay for cocktails. The mini bar that was supposed to be fully stocked really only had two free bottles of water and two bottles of beer, everything else was not included. There were also not sufficient chairs at the pool and beach as they have a lot of day beds set up that cost $40 per day to rent. With that said, the service was pretty good, the staff was friendly and the property clean (although not as nice as it looked in photos.)

This hotel is amazing. They have just changed over to all inclusive a few months ago and they are nailing it!! The service is top notch, pools are amazing, beds by the beach where you can eat and drink all day also great! Beach it nice and clean, water is perfect. Filet, shrimp, calamari, stoli, absolut flavors, basically mid upper shelf, whatever you want, you can have all included!! Hibachi grill in one restaurant you can sit at, Sushi was good too! I already figured out how much it would cost to live there for a year all-inclusive and trying to figure out how to make that happen!! Loved every second of it, I want to go back right now. Overall, great place. We got a great deal and the hotel is beautiful. Just a couple complaints: very loud techno music- from the club at night, but also in the restaurants, and on the beach during their parties - sometimes you just want to hear the waves. Checkout took an hour - they have no system. Hard to find chairs in the shade by the pool. No outdoor jacuzzi. But none of these were a huge deal and other than that - beautiful hotel, very comfortable and modern rooms, very good food, excellent service. Would definitely, definitely go back.

It was a great trip, the hotel is modern and the staff is very helpfull, but my only complain was the pool so is very cold.

I really liked the location of the Hotel within a walking distance from La Isla a very nice shopping center with lots of things to do all day long and a very beautiful place to walk at night too. Very close to all the restaurants and nigh clubs. The beach was nice and clean as well as the pools. Incredible view to the ocean and to the lagoon. The modern rooms are nice and nit. I will love to go back!

Hotel had beautiful ocean view rooms. We spent the first 2 nights in a Luxury Oceanview room. Room was very clean and had a large bathroom. We spend the remainder of the trip in the Loft Suite, which was beautiful. The bed on the balcony was very comfortable. The pool was pristine. The infinity pool was great. The beach in front of the hotel had kelp in it, but that was the same up and down the beach. The only minor thing we had an issue with was that the front desk staff was slow. The staff for the Level was fantastic though. Hotel.com was great. I had a price match guarantee done a couple times since the rate kept falling. The price match guarantee is NOT automatic though. You have to call to have it adjusted. I would definitely go back to ME.

Great hotel. We had a great view and the facilities were excellent. The buffet breakfast was too expensive though (about $25 each). Walking one block to local businesses, you could pay $8 for the buffet breakfast. Hotel though was great.

If you are staying in Cancun - don't miss the opportunity to stay at this property. We moved there from another 'not to be named' property with whom we were disatisfied. The first thing you will notice when you come in is that EVERY employee will greet you by placing their hand over their heart as if to say 'I'm touched you are here'. It is an emotional connection you feel when you first walk through the door and every time you subsequently walk through. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. The food is excellent, if not a bit pricey. We simply can't say enough good things about it.

The ME by Melia was one of the nicest hotels I hve ever stayed at. The staff was awesome and the building was incredible. The pool and beach areas are very nice. I will definitely be coming back to stay here.

This was the 3rd time i stayed at ME and it was incredible. The best buffet breakfast ever, pool is awesome, service was great, spa staff and gym also excellent. I won;t stay anywhere else in Cancun again.

O café: excelente. Variado e com qualidade. Almoço: há 2 restaurates. A churrascaria é média. Pratos a la carte bons, não são ótimos não. O outro comi uma fraldinha (eles chamam de arrachera) muito ruim, ruim mesmo! Já o ceviche estava fabuloso. Quanto ao jantar 4 opçoes de restaurante. O mediterrêneo é bom, comida variada e de ótima qualidade. O japonês equivale a um restaurante japones na casa dos 50-60 reias em são paulo. A churrascaria é ruim. É um rodízio fraco para o brasileiro. O beach house de comida mexicana ´pe muito bom. Os serviços do hotel são bons, o staff é cordial. A estrutura é nova. Os quartos são muito bons. Se a diferença de prço não for muito alta, fique d efrente pro mar. Os quartos são iuais ao do fundo, mas o mar deles tem uma cor maravilhosa. O atendimento da área da piscina-praia é o único do hotel inteiro que é ruim. Lento, demora muito. O bar noturno é bom. Não é uma balada. É umbar com uma equipe de barmen super bem treinados. Ponto alto. Atendimento (com exceção da piscina)

En cuanto a los aspectos o caracterisitcas favorabvles del hotel,preciso es señalar, que se encuentra cercano a los centros comerciales mayormente concurridos, que existen cinco restoranes uno de ellos buffet que funciona para desayuno y cena, es resto a la carta, tanto para cena como para almuerzo.- las instalaciones del hotel son fantantiscas sobre todo las reposeras de playa y camas Bali, el acceso a internet es gratuito, los viernes en la zona vip que a la playa se instala un Dj a las 12 del dia, lo mismo ocurre los viernes en la noche en el space, y los sabados realizan fiestas en la playa, esta repleto de gente joven, mucho entretenimiento, diversión, glamour.- lo malo, preciso es destacar, que es un hotel solo para adultos, pero se realizan habitualmente matrimonios, por los que circula uno que otro niño, asimismo se admiten mascotas, que los mejor del hotel son sus instalaciones en la zona de la alberca y playa, sin embargo las camas bali y las reposeras que bordea la alberca que da a la playa deben rentarse, cuestan alrrededor de US 45, y las mas cercanas son por consumo de determinados licores, cuyos precios van desde us 50, es decepcionante este hecho, ya que en mi caso particular elegui el hotel por sus instalaciones, para ocupar las camas bali tuve que pagar en todo caso adicionalmente existe para los afortunados huespedes que pagamos una atencion especial de playa con una carta especial, otro hecho negativo es que el all inclusive en cuanto a los tragos solo dura hasta las 12 de la noche, bajon para aquellos que quieren disfrutar ya que pasada esta hora debes pagar, ojo que los vierners y sabado dura hasta las 1 No pueso pasar por alto que la atencion desde el maletero, la mucama, restorant, playa y toda la gente del hotel es grandiosa, por eso pese a dos hechos puntuales negativos, a mi juicio,se compensan conlo fantastico del hotel, ello teniendo en consideracion que en Cancun me hospete en otro Hotel especificamente el Sun Palace, que tambien la

Um hotel muito bom!!! A decoração é sofisticada e os restaurantes são maravilhosos. O único problema é quanto ao serviço all inclusive que não oferece 100% dos pratos dos restaurantes nem dos serviços do hotel, como por exemplo os bangalos proximo a piscina é preciso pagar U$40,00 para poder utilizalos, e a piscina com fundo infinito também é paga. Quanto ao frigobar só oferece agua e refrigerante, os outros produtos são pagos. Mas mesmo assim vale a pena se hospedar lá, é um hotel muito bonito e bem localizado e a comida oferecida é muito boa.

muy buen hote, instalaciones perfectas, todos los restaurantes con muy buena comida. lo unico malo es que todo te cobran extra y el bar lo cierran a las 12pm

Fantastisk fin beliggenhet. Flotteste sandstrand vi har opplevd. Hotellet har supre fasiliteter i bassengområdet. Rommene var flotte og ble holdt skinnende rene av vennlig personale. SPA behandlingen var en uforglemmelig opplevelse. Maten på hotellet var meget bra. Deilig frokost, der de lagde smoothier og eggerøre etter ønske til gjestene, stort utvalg. Sushi resturant og strand resturanter serverte også nydelig mat. Shoppingsenter like ved!

ME Cancun - espetacular para lua de mel!!! Mar azul turquesa, areias brancas que nunca esquentam, espreguiçadeiras amplas e macias, DJ tocando música envolvente, decoração muito legal e novinha... Vale o all incluisive totalmente!! Ambiente sensual e exclusivo, ideal para lua de mel!!! Recomendadíssimo!!!

Hotel bem localizado, quartos ótimos, serviço de quarto perfeito. Todos pedem gorjeta, isso incomoda bastante. A comida, tirando o café da manhã, não é das melhores.

Très bel hotel, bonne bouffe, personnel très acceuillant et dévoué. Super!!

Hotel muito bom, luxuoso. Quarto excelente, de vista para o mar: Loft. Porém, compramos com café da manhã leve, e não pudemos tomar "todo" o café, com garçons e funcionários do hotel exigindo "propina" para melhor atendê-lo. Extremamente bem localizado, próximo do La Isla Mall e de restaurantes bons e famosos: Outback, BubbaGump, Planet Holywood, etc.

It was a great trip, the hotel is modern and the staff is very helpfull, but my only complain was the pool so is very cold.

Los precios son algo elevados en los desayunos y el agua en la habitación. La comida de los restaurants es excelente,y la limpieza también. Lo que no me gustó es que el uso del área de alberca para adultos donde hay música tiene un costo adicional. Y el personal te persigue todo el tiempo para saber si todo está bien que te incomoda.

Un hermoso hotel a un muy buen precio. Tranquilo y con unas instalaciones de primera. Porsupuesto que vuelvo algun dia.
