Enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Plan to return to the Biltmore at Christmas and will definitely stay at the Comfort Suites again.

This hotel more than fit our needs (Two adults, 4 teenagers, one room) which isn't easy. Two minor complaints, neither earth-shattering. #1- They need more than one elevator, especially since the only one they have is quite slow. We were on the second floor and without a convenient staircase nearby we often had to wait several minutes, instead of simply walking up a single flight of stairs. #2 - There was not enough room in the kitchen for the morning breakfast. The food and coffee were very good, but we all had to sit in the lobby by the computers along with several other families to eat since all the tables were full.

I procrastinated to book and couldn't get what I was looking for, but what I got was even better. We really enjoyed the experience of staying at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Asheville is a great adventure location with variety of places to visit. Will travel often to this place.

Our stay at the Comfort Suites was nice. Only draw back was there was only one elevator and there was dogs staying there. I'm not a fan of pets in hotels. We could hear dogs barking in other rooms. Other wise it's was a nice hotel with hot breakfast in the morning (from waffles, bagels, eggs & sausage).

Only the location would bring me back to this location. Staff was pleasant. There is only one elevator so taking luggage up to the room and back to the car was an annoying process. Breakfast room was over crowded! It needed to be double the size. Pull through in front was blocked off for repairs, making unloading and loading the car that much more annoying.

Close to the downtown Asheville area. Great rates and very clean hotel.

Very good. It was close to the Biltmore Estates and there was plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The staff was very helpful and the room/hotel was clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Ashville!

everything was pretty good. nothing outstanding. only one elevator. people were complaining.

Excellent room with a whirlpool. Very clean and staff was attentive to all our needs.

While the overall hotel experience was lovely, we had a bathroom sink faucet with no hot water whatsoever - a little hard to shave and wash your face with ice cold mountain water. Also the tub faucet was not attached to the wall of the shower - there was a gap which means water was getting behind the wall. It just needed to be caulked. Maybe the bathroom was being worked on and these couple of items were left undone? Unsure, but aside from these things, the hotel was nice. I'm sure these issues were isolated to this room.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast, Excellent service at the desk. Bed was a bit too hard for us with bad backs and stiff hips.

Fold out bed wasn't comfortable & friend felt like they were going to fall through the springs. Had to sleep on it as a couch.

We went to visit the Biltmore Estate over Thanksgiving Weekend. The hotel was located less than 200 yards off of I-26. Hotel offered us a great two day deal on the Biltmore tour. (about 7 miles away) Suite was large. Free Breakfast of...only complaint was that there was only one elevator, but it is only a five storie hotel. Also feet from a mall and pet friendly

nice hotel, the bed however was like a marshmellow and both my husband and myself had terrible back pain as a result.

We love this place.....we stay every trip we take out east. Very comfy beds for bad backs. We drive about 10 hrs the day coming through and always get a hot tub room for extra stiffness relief. We also enjoy the breakfast in the morning before leaving.......great place!

Nice clean room, quiet setting, free breakfast & helpful staff all made for an enjoyable stay. Restaurants are nearby.

The hotel was close to the things we wanted to see and do. The staff was very helpful

This is still the busy season so we had to pay full price. Room was nice, linens were clean, but....while beds were comfortable, pillows were NOT (bringing your own is always a good idea, but I forgot!) and room, although clean, was so highly perfumed it did not smell clean.. Check-in was very fast. Staff were not unfriendly, but neither were they particularly welcoming. Breakfast was nice, pool is VERY small. Just an ok stay, but we did have a place to sleep, so...

Hotel was very nice. My only complaint is that there is only one elevator to service all the floors and it's very slow; the wait was rustrating at times

The hotel only has one elevator for 5 floors! Crazy! We also had very inconsistent room service in terms of new linens and having trash emptied. One day we had someone knock on our door five times to ask if everything was okay. The rest of the time we had to actually set our trash out side of the room to get someone to take it!

Outside of Asheville but close enough to biltmore and downtown

I was pleased with everything except the food, breakfast, was not good. The coffee was not good. I went to McDonalds every morning to get coffee I could drink.

Disappointed. Renovations substandard for the room price. Only one elevator for the whole building of 5 floors. Room air unit noisy. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Tub drain broken. "Free HOT breakfast" til 9:30? Got there at 9:10, completely packed and they had run out of "Hot food" Skimpy refills were not enough to go around, and food quality sub-standard!

We stayed only for a night. The suit was great. It was clean and the breakfast was well managed with very neat and clean layout.We would certainly stay there when we go to Ashville. The location is very good, close to most places and easy to get around.

There were 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids. The 2 double beds and pull out couch worked perfectly. We didn't spend very much time in the hotel, arriving at 7pm and leaving by 10am but we had no complaints. The complementary breakfast was a huge plus along with free wi-fi so we could check weather, schedules etc.

Place is okay but what is cool if you want a cheap night out is that their is a Cinebarr around the back of the mall which is $3 to watch current movies. You can grab some casual food and have a drink at a reasonable price. We would stay at this place again just for that reason! Hotel was very clean just not lavish!

Right between Bltmore and downtown area. Waiting for the only elevator with 5 floors and probably 125 rooms got a bit stale after the first day. Stayed three nights, toured all around this great town - would stay again. Pool was clean, barely used and separate towels. Pull out sofa bed was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was hot and plentiful...too bad the seating was not - crazy crowded every day. Staff was very helpful with directions and forgotten toiletries. Nice experience overall.

Very comfortable, and staff were courteous and efficient. Rooms were immaculate.

Very nice room for the price. Lots of space made our accomodations quite comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot continental breakfast. Well done!

The hotel room was comfortable, but not quite a suite. It comes with a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was small. The staffs are very friendly.
