Only stayed for quick nap and shower after redeye flight and before morning meeting (0600-0900). Common areas and lobby were well decorated and updated. Room was poor - especially bath room which was in need of renovation and good scrubbing. Stains on tile floor, plastic tub and commode seat.

Every vacation to LA, this hotel is my number one pick! The hotel nice, the staff is always friendly and the beds are amazing! !!! And the price is always right! Look no further this is best hotel with an amazing price and a short distance from the airport.

Seemed like nice place. convenient to LAX and our rental car office but couldn't get the heating system to warm up and too tired, too late to call for help when we went to bed. Thought it would warm up when turned on heat all the way but it never got more than 2 degrees warmer.

Felt intimidated at the amount of security guards at the entrance and reception area of the hotel. They dominated the area, At least 6 very tall men at anyone time. Two even got on the shuttle bus back to the airport. What problems does this hotel have!,, We did not feel relaxed at all. Will not be staying there again.

We got into the hotel late, and the check in was quick, but not very personal. We were not told where to go, and the way to our room was confusing, as the door we needed to go through said exit. The carpets were dingy and dirty, and the room felt the same. Although the beds and desks looked fine, it was very uncomfortable.

My wife and I had a 1 day layover in LA and wanted to visit the city. The shuttle from/to the airport was easy to use and quick. The room was OK (small and basic - we didn't need more) but could be better soundproof. The concierge was nice and efficient to find activiies/tour in LA and transportation for us.

Requested non-smoking because I have a child and was placed in a room where there was cigarette smoke coming through the vent in the bathroom and I had to be moved.

Served it's purpose of a clean place to crash before connecting to Australia Parking arrangements a little confusing at first.

everything is normal and good as a hotel

The evening valet all but refused to park our car for us. But, he was all too happy to accept tips for the smallest kindness. We were double charged for the tip on room service. To be fair the front desk corrected this mistake after a lenghty conversation. And we almost didn't get out of the parking lot without paying double.

The hotel was fairly crowded for a Monday night. Overall the room seemed a little dated, but was comfortable. The air conditioner was also somewhat noisy.

Very nice and clean good bedding. No noise from the airport. The only bad thing is parking $19

Overall good hotel, only down sides were no complimentary breakfast and pay for parking (not uncommon in LA). Must visit their bar! Super selection of Californian beers!

The beds were so comfortable , bathroom was ok but the tub was backed up so i ran he water to get it hot by the time i got back in there it was like a full bath of cold water so i had to wait for that to drain, the repair man took forever to get there. We also had issue with the heat but that was fixed when i called to speak to the front desk i was told they were busy for like 2 hours so when i got really upset they gave us free breakfast vouchers. But the last morning we were there cleaning lady repeatedly banged against our walls i asked her to stop twice and she said oh i'm sorry and went back to doing the same thing. she was the worst part of our stay by far sooooo Rude...

The overall say of the hotel was just fine. The design of the room is just weird. The room was not easy to find. When I went to grab one of the armrails to walk up a flight of stars, the arm-rail FELL OFF!! WTF?!?! Had these been steeper stairs, I could have really hurt myself. The room we had didn't have a window looking outside (I wasn't asking for a view of anything...but I like a window) Instead, there was a window to the HALLWAY. It was very college freshman dorm feeling. I was not into that at all. Walking down the hallway, you can see into people's rooms and it just feels odd. It made sleeping there a bit stressful. Would I ever stay here again, No. Next time, I'll go to the Sheraton Gateway and spend the extra 20 bucks.

Our stay at Four Points was great. I would like to book again the next time i travel. I would even recommend it to my friends. I love the soft bed and pillows.

Not enough towels in the room - only 2 bath towels, no wash cloths.

Hotel was ok....i was surprised since its sheraton i expected better but this particular one had horrible customer service. Was there 2 nights for a siminar near the area and i will not stay Again. Also website did not address that there was a $19 parking fee which was also a bad experience.

The hotel had all the amenities I needed. It's within striking distance of the airport and withing a reasoable driving distance to great dining and shopping. The rooms were very clean and promptly serviced. The parking rates were a little expensive at $19/day, but that seems to be close to the standard in the area. It was a fairly busy hotel at the time of my stay with conferences and meetings happening, and various airline crews staying at the hotel. However, it feels like the service was not affected by how busy it was. I never had to wait too long for service. A rental car counter is located on-site which is very convenient. Overall a very pleasant stay, and would surely be back.

WE were worried about being so far away from our daughter who we were visiting in Hollywood, but the value and comfort of this hotel made it worth it.

The worst ever. I have stayed there two times and both experiences were disasterous. Bad rooms, everything is old...staff is not very welcoming. And they charge for everything... extra towels, wine glasses, etc.

Very kind concierge service, saved my soul helping me out. I know it is the job they do, but they had good smile :-) Good Beer bar, but have to say, the shower and bathtub was not good at all.

We loved the room, our only discomfort was that our rooms only window went to an inside hallway! The room got very warm at night and the air was not working that weekend:(. They were working on it, but was not fixed while we were there.

The hotel was exactly what I needed for an inexpensive stay before my (very) early flight home. The room was clean and efficient, but nothing special. The hotel bar was much nicer than typical- I arrived hungry and was impressed by the extensive beer list and quality of food. To save time the morning of my departure and money on parking, I dropped my rental car off the night before at Hertz and was able to walk the few blocks back to the hotel. Renting from Budget would have been even more convenient as it is right across the street. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was only a short wait (I was told it runs about every 20') and it was a quick, painless trip to the Southwest terminal.

We were in the front of the building and it was too noisy.

very comfortable bed - clean and neat. Loud knocking in the middle of the night with no satisfaction from front desk. Sorry about the noise, can we give you a cup of coffee. Others had also complained. I'll choose another hotel next time.

The overall stay at hotel was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However The hotel do not include a complementary breakfast with your stay.The poor selection of buffet breakfast was not worth the $17.44 price tag. Also I rented a car inside the hotel only to learn that I had to pay $19.00 per day parking of a rental car which would have been parked on the hotel grounds had the vehicle not been rented. Therefore I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Seems like an old motel that was enclosed -- rooms have windows in hallway; staff has to remind everyone to pull down privacy shades. Rooms small and cramped. Not the place for a business traveler. Free wifi is nice, as are staff.

I was not happy at all. Attendant at the front desk was extremely rude. I got a room with no air conditioning. Rooms did not look anything like their pictures. horrible experience overall.
