Comfortable stay. The breakfast had good choices and there is an evening reception with heavy snacks and drinks. The staff was great. I am appreciative of the desk person who recommended a place to have a chicken dinner since there are a few places in town that serve them. It is always good to get a local person's opinion. I was just there for one night, but would definitely stay there again on my way through that area.

I booked this as a last minute Mothers Day trip for my wife. I was basically looking for a hotel with an indoor pool for the kids. It turned out to be so much more. There is complimentary hot breakfast which we took advantage of both mornings. The evening reception at most hotels has unlimited drinks and some chips and salsa. At Drury you are limited to three alcoholic drinks but you can eat dinner with the food they put out. Granted it is hotdogs, chicken strips, pasta with marinara, etc but for a family with picky eating kids it was quite a savings. The kids ate dinner there both nights and we actually ate there the second night. The room was great. We had a suite with two queen beds and a pull out bed in the couch. Newer flat screen tvs were nice. Very clean upon arrival. The only negative was that the A/C wasnt working the first night and the room was a little warm. Not intolerable but it was about 74 degrees. We usually like it about 66-68. However it was fixed before I could say anything the next day and the second night was much better. Location of the hotel is at the north end of the Frankenmuth "touristy" area. You can easily walk to anything you want to do without having to move your car from the lot. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will now try to book other Drury hotels based on this experience.

Enjoyed the stay - loved the free phone and food service.

The hotel was quaint and well situated for shopping sites and local attractions. Service was warm and friendly and rooms were clean...I will definitely book again!

The best hotel we have stayed at in a long time and we plan on going back.

Great staff, great location, and great deal. Within walking distance of all the amenities downtown. Fabulous breakfasts and kickback. Lisa was terrific.

Everything was as good as it gets. We especially appreciated the wonderful breakfast and supper. We have gone to Frankenmuth for years, and this was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had there.

Great hotel for a quick one night stop off. The free breakfast offered no options for a Gluten Free traveller.

I loved the location but I was very disappointed in the "free kickback" at 5:30 pm. The food wasn't refilled often & many people just left. In the morning no one refilled the coffee or cleaned off the tables. Very sticky & messy tables. Kids seemed to have the run of the place. We were woken up in the morning at 7am by screaming kids running down the hallway. Would have liked to have a little more sleep. Many people seemed to take advantage of the free food & were filling up extra plates after they ate. Therefore there weren't any large plates left when we came down for breakfast at 8:30am. Where was the help ? Had to clean off our table. Very disappointed !

We were very pleased with our stay at your hotel.. I was very impressed with how clean everything was, especially the bathroom. The people were very helpful and pleasant. We would highly recommend your hotel to our friends. p.s. loved the smell of the amenities in the bathroom that were provided!

We had a great experience with this hotel. Plenty of parking, check-in was a breeze and it is walking distance to everything. It is at the opposite end of Main Street from Bavarian Inn and Zehnders, with lots of shops and restaurants in between. The room was spacious enough and had a large flat screen tv, mini-fridge, microwave, very comfortable beds with clean white linens, and a clean bathroom with full bathtub. Breakfast was good but not fancy. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, bagels, muffins and a waffle station. Plus coffee, tea, and juice. We never really encountered a line for anything during our weekend visit and there were always seats available. More than good enough to set ourselves up for a day of being tourists. Something unique is their “5:30 Kickback” each evening from 5:30 - 7:00. In the same room where they have breakfast they serve hot hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. Three beer, wine or cocktails per person included, soft drinks and juice free for everyone. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub while there, but others seemed to be happy with them. Nor did we use the available laundry facilities. Overall we got more than we expected with this hotel and have nothing but good to say about it.

I enjoyed my stay at Drury Inn & Suites. The staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the extras that were included with my room. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We loved the stay. It was so close to everything we wanted to go see and do! Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay and were lucky with good weather that you could walk easily from this location.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and hot food and drinks in the evening. The room was perfect for the five of us. The only thing is the pool was pretty small for all the people. We would stay there again!

I was impressed with everything from price to service to cleanliness. Will definitely be back soon. Can't wait

Over all it was good. Had a problem with your menu now that I'm cancer person. Not your problem.

Price is a bit steep, but the drinks and the breakfast/dinner snacks were nice.

Very good in every way except it was very crowded the night we were there.

Overall great experience. Only complaint was the shower, the water pressure made it hard to get the soap out of my hair. Other than that it was a great hotel!

We loved all the perks - Kickback dinner and snacks, popcorn and pop, free long distance to Canada, great breakfast, the friendliness of the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion - it would be great to have a pillow selection as they were too overstuffed for comfortable sleeping.

We stayed here on Thanksgiving with our daughter and two dogs and had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed all the extra ammenities like the free dinner buffet and drinks and the wonderful hot breakfast. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool and the free drinks and popcorns was a nice touch too. There was plenty of parking and a dog walk area just off the back entrance. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and we loved having the fridge and microwave and large flat screet TV. Above average hotel for this price range!

The hotel staff was one of the nicest group of people I have very met. The manager, Tony, was especially attentive. Their breakfast and happy hour food selection was impressive. We will definitely return!

Come hungry because there was always something to eat. That is a savings for all the food you can eat. Loved it.

2nd stay at this Hotel. Love it! Will come again!! Maybe every year!!! Friendly staff. Perfect location to explore the local shops.Great value for the money. Booked a suite both times and with the included kick back hours, drinks and breakfast....What`s not to love??

This place was a great place to stay, nice rooms with great bedding and comfortable furntire. Rooms were updated and very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and the reception hour is nice too.

I was amazed at the extras included with the stay. When we checked in, we were each handed a card good for 3 free alcoholic drinks during the evening hours. This could be wine, beer, or mixed drinks. They also provided a food buffet with pasta/meatballs, baked potatoes, salad, nachos, hot dogs. Soda and popcorn were available for free all afternoon and evening. The included breakfast buffet had excellent oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, etc.

This hotel was recently renovated and is just beautiful. The VIP room we stayed in was large and clean. The hotel was very quiet even through totally booked due to a car show that was taking place on the weekend. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Both the breakfast and "kick back" were all you could ask for. As this hotel allows cats and dogs I would suggest the Drury Inn reserve certain rooms for guests travelling with animals due to allergic reactions guests may experience if they stay in room which previously housed a cat or dog. We will stay here again.
