The hotel was Ok, clean but the pillows and towels needed replacement. Hotel was clean and the staff helpful.

The hotel was cheap, comfortable, and convenient.

We requested blankets upon check-in at 2AM and it took them almost an hour. Our tub drain was stuck closed and tub would overflow if we showered. Requested they fix it around 10AM, checked out at 12PM with no response from maintenance. They also charged me a "No Show Fee" on my credit card that I gave to them upon checking in. I was told this fee was because we checked in late and it is because they thought we were a "no show". It makes no sense to charge the card I physically gave them standing there checking in, a "No Show Fee"....

This by far was the worst hotel experience in all my travels. I had checked the website before booking and made sure the hotel was "pet friendly." After registration, I was woken by a phone call to our room at 11:00 pm concerning a pet. I said "yes, I have a dog in the room." I was told I had been monitored on video with my pet.and the hotel did not accept pets. I explained I chose the hotel because the website said "Pet friendly." Our website is wrong and you must pay $40 for your pet. I said OK, I'll pay in the morning. No! you must pay NOW, and we only except CASH!. Not the best way to treat guests. We will never return! The website also promised a free breakfast - no breakfast and no coffee - nothing was offered. I felt misinformed by te whole thing. If I hadn't been roused from bed at 11:00 pm, I would have left and booked another hotel. From beginning to end the staff (except for the maid who was very sweet) was very rude!

The price was right. The rooms were worn, but nice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is only 25 minutes from Universal City. I will stay here again.

Room smelled of smoke even though non smoking. No hot water. Uncomfortable beds and pillows

Decent hotel for the price. Severe lack of electrical outlets in the room. I had to unplug a light to plug in my computer.

Very nice standard economy hotel. They try hard and it shows. The condition is a little worn, but the staff make up big time. The proprietors are friendly, competent and accommodating. Great with recommendations for local fare and amenities.

Hotel was tattered, dirty.flies in my room. Management the same, unkept...unclean breakfast area, no napkins. Checking in was strange, locked window with small slide thru for credit card, no eye contact with desk person. Very strange experience, I do not recommend it.

big holes on the blanket on the bed, a stream of red water greeted my attempt at a shower. The mirror in the room was obscured by a non-working tv. It's pretty much a dump.

Not a preferred choice. The room was acceptable and average. However the air conditioner sounded like a misfiring jack hammer. Since the weather was reasonably cool I had it set so that the fan ran on low and the air only came on about every hour or so. When the compressor came on it sounded like they were knocking the wall down working from the outside. Obviously this woke me up several times and the last one about 2:30 AM is when I just couldn't go back to sleep again. Free Internet so I cold respond to emails and catch up on some work as a consolation.

-One star at best. -Poor maintenance of facility -Continental breakfast....very basic. Bad coffee. -Overbooking...very possible. -If you get a room, sheets and pillows are no so clean, mattress are comfortable.

Price great. Room comfortable and clean. Outside hallways and grounds stains and dirty, needs update or facelift. Bed was comfortable and breakfast fine. You are getting what you pay for. We would go again.

The A/C DIDN'T work properly. The room temp was at about 80 degrees and that's with the A/C on high. The "FULL" breakfast was a joke. I do NOT consider a full breakfast coffee, two types of muffins, and make your waffles a REAL breakfast. I couldn't eat the muffins because I'm allergic to walnuts. Guess what was in the muffins... yep, walnuts. The room also had only one washcloth when there were two of us. I do not recommend this Travelodge!

We had a a comfortable stay here for 2 nights. The staff was very helpful. One of the members of our party had substantial walking difficulty. We checked in really late thanks to I5 traffic, and they had the only upstairs room. Although, they were fully booked for the next night too, they did change our room to downstairs by putting us in a recently checked out room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had some issues with getting hot water in the bath though.

Surly deskperson, ripped towels, mold in bathroom, painfully old mattress... Rooms really need to be renovated, perhaps staff needs to be either better trained or better compensated. Don't expect a hello or a welcome. NONE of the staff I saw looked happy to be working there, let alone welcoming to guests - they looked like they were doing hard time. . Convenient location & price.

The room was good enough to stay in if you need a place to lay your head. However, the parking lot is a bit full if you come back late and all the spaces are taken up except a few. The spaces that were open have a truck or a car that are not parked right. The only issue I had was the appearance of the bathroom. It wasn't really dirty but there were stains or wear and tear around the bath tub. Everything else looked clean. Other than that, the service was fine. It was convienent enough to go to Magic Mountain. Only 15 minutes away.

This hotel was not worth the money...it smelled like a cigarette as soon as you walk into the building...the breakfast was a joke...the floor in the breakfast kitchen was so sticky my shoes stuck...Definitely worth it to step up and pay the extra $20-30 to have a nicer room...Learned the hard way.

Hotel was excellent ,service was great we enjoyed our stay there

But it was perfect location for where we needed to be. Seemed like a hassle to go to the theme park if that's the aim of your stay. otherwise friendly staff and clean rooms. Continental breakfast not spectacular but hey its free food.

we enjoyed it but was kinda disappointed in the distance it was from Magic Mtn, we thought it was close by the park but other than that it was good, and the price was reasonable, at the end the distance to the I-5 was not bad . I would say overall if i had to do it again i would to save.

stayed at the hotel for work purposes, i was very pleased with service and staff. The location convenient to a great steak house across the street.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and very Proffesional and willing to help. In general it was a nice experiance.

The lady behind the front desk was very nice, I was a great place to stay for the PRICE. I had a few issues like the pool was dirty, the blanket on the bed was stained and appeared to have had something spilled on it with no attempt to clean it ,carpet in hotel was stained, The microwave & toaster used to warm the Eggo waffles (offered at breakfast) was broken so we were forced to eat them cold - also it appeared they didn't set out enough food for the guest (hotel seemed to be almost full though) showerhead in my room was busted and soaked the bathroom when I tried to take a shower...(water was spraying everywhere), The hotel needed some general maintance! The same lady that checked us in did appolize when I told her about it, but didn't offer us to change the room or even send an engineer. I would sugest you bring all your toiletries, my son forgot his toothbrush and I asked the front desk if they had a vending machine or offered them, she told me that they offer them to guest, and she had me wait 15 mins while she searched for one but it turned out they were out ...but she did offer me toothpaste but I didn't have a TOOTHBRUSH, so the paste was worthless causing me to search out a drugstore.The room was clean and the breakfast offerred was very decent for the price I paid and would stay here again even with all the issues we had.

This motel has very thin walls, you can hear everything around you including a construction going on early in the morning next to the hotel. we had a problem with people yelling and were not ask to leave the hotel until 4am.. this is not a kids friendly hotel my kids were scare of all the noise going on out side our room

Very good pricing on this motel. Room is much larger than other rooms I've been in for a 2 bedroom motel. My room came with a sink and fridge which was very convenient. You get what you paid for if you book here.

It was cheap and convenient to Magic Mountain. The pool area was surprisingly cute because the hotel wall facing the pool has a chalet-looking facade. But breakfast was terrible - two kinds of cereal and only bread (no protein) and the juice in the juice machines is gross. Coffee was fine. Kind of out of the way, but easily accessible to civilization/food (5-10 minute drive).

If you have a family and want to spend your money at the theme park riding rides, eating fair food and buying the latest trinket find to help your family remember their vacation....this hotel is just fine. The lobby and first floor smelled like smoke but our second floor non-smoking room had no trace. The beds were comfortable enough. We had our own pillows with us so nothing to complain about there. The air worked, the shower and toilet area was clean. (Old....but clean.) We stayed at Travel Lodge La Mesa CA the previous night. The breakfast there was a nice waffle, fruit, pastries, two different kinds of toast, juice and coffee. Don't expect that from this hotel. Toast, coffee and juice is about the extent of it. Don't come a min. past 9 AM. Nothing will be there. The parking lot was totally packed. We had a hard time getting our SUV in and out. If you don't mind any of the things I mention above and just want a place to stay and have a decent nights sleep before you stand in ride lines for hours on end.....the rate this hotel charges is appropriate for what you get.

This hotel is very close to our relative's home so it was convenient for us to stay there. We found the room to be much nicer than we expected. It was a large, updated room, with a fridge, coffee pot, ironing board, hair dryer, but no microwave oven. The flat screen t.v. was a nice bonus. We didn't realize that there was an outdoor pool and spa when we booked the reservation. The bathroom/shower could use some updating, but they were in working order. The breakfast was a bit boring, cereal, toast and sweet rolls, but it was free so the price was right. There is a Dennys and IHOP close to the hotel as well as Mc Donalds so if you wanted a different breakfast, you could easily find one. There are several grocery stores nearby too. The neighborhood is fine, sort of blue-collar type of place. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

Helt vanlig standard for et motell i USA, men det eneste stedet vi har bodd hvor personalet rett og slett var utrivelige. Ikke koselig å bo et sted hvor man rett og slett ikke føler seg velkommen. Ellers er plasseringen grei, og det var lett å komme seg til LA/Hollywood med bil. Mange ting å finne på i Santa Clarita også

Et okay hotel rummer det meste. Et minus at der ingen morgenmad kan købes. Så lægger det desværre lidt langt fra alt og lige ud til en stor vej. Værelset var fint. God størrelse, dejligt lille tekøkken og et lille toilet. Dette kan der intet siges om. Kun beliggenheden halter.
